Do yourself a favor. Do not use this shop. My car had a MINOR collision. Cracked bumper. No airbags went off. The worked my insurance....kept my car for almost 2 months. They charged my Insurance like 12 Grand. And claimed they Broke the Frame and had to rebuild it....on top of it. My car makes these terrible sounds when I turn right. AND, these collision assist sensors go off constantly and says its unavailable. They didnt fix it when I brought it back. It was not my first time using them. I feel completely scammed and ripped off. i should give no stars, but I feel like if I left one, my comment would be looked over. So I left two. Just so YOU would actually read this. I dont care how many good reviews they have. They totally took advantage of my situation. And now my car is considered rebuilt. shady business.

Still have yet to have work completed from my accident months ago. They gave me back my car with a bumper but didn’t fix the piece in the tire well. Which is why I brought the car in. It was hit. They didn’t fix the wheel that was damaged. Awaiting for the call back that they have the pieces. Thankfully, it has a warranty because they are a StateFarm affiliated repair shop. The reason I chose them as the repair shop.

I took my car to this shop after seeing the reviews my car was hit by a Pace van and the insurance paid to have my car fix this shop had my car for over two weeks had my car towed into their shop on August 10th, 2021 I got a call my car was ready to be picked up next day go to get my car only to be driving home while on lakeshore drive my tire pops off my car causing more damage to my car I have the car towed by to them the next day only for them to deny liability the owner was called he came in talking mess until he was told I was the guest he was there for he tried having me file another insurance claim to get my car fix saying they never touched the tires on my car but when I did the walk around and they pointed out to me the Physical damage I told them about a sound every since my car was hit they told me they were going to break the car down and look for other damage why wouldn’t that cause for wheels to be taken off but they got distracted and forgot to tighten the lugs back almost causing me to hurt myself due to wheel poping off

Was awesome experience. They made our car look new after accident.Top notch shop. Hopefully wont need them anytime soon. If you need work done on car. This is the place. I recommend them highly.

I’ve been coming to this particular Euro Collision ran by Gabby for a couple of years now, and every time the experience has been great. They do great work and I know my car is in good hands whenever I have to come in. I highly recommend this shop. Very professional, great customer service and overall good quality of work.

I came here for repairs after an accident a year ago. The hood was apart of the main repairs made. The hood closed when THEY closed it and said the work was finished, but 2 weeks later I needed steering wheel fluid, and Once the hood was opened it never closed correctly again. After returning 3 different times because the hood still isnt fixed, and started to catch air when the car is on the expressway, causing it to move as if it may fly open. Now they are saying that its not what they thought it was. If the wires were getting old, and this is a part of what makes sure the hood closes properly, why would you not replace everything associated with the hood when you checked what parts were needed to repair the car??? The insurance company is paying you to do the work, but I am still paying with my time and gas.3-17-21: I am updating this review and giving this one star. I have spent almost a year trying to get a lifetime warranty on the work they did honored because they continued to lie about the poor work done on my car. The hood was not aligned properly and they tried to say it was wear and tear after 1.5 years, with a NEW HOOD. REALLY?? I had to call my insurance company to make them do the work. Stop talking to Euro Collision about your issues with their work and go back to your insurance company and COMPLAIN!!! Do not allow your insurance company to keep sending them customers. I will never go back to them and would NOT recommend for anything. Bad work and horrible service. Definitely not a place for women because they will try and lie about the work because they think you dont know anything. Ive wasted time and money going to them. Unacceptable work and service.

I am very satisfied with the work Arriana and her team did with my 2018 Chevy Cruze. I was very hurt when it got hit and they informed me that they would take care of everything. Once I got my car back I was very impressed with everything. It’s looked like I had just brought the car all over again. Thank you guys and if I ever need anymore work done I will be giving you guys a call.

Unfortunately, I have had to use their services twice this year. Gabby is very professional and on time. The paint on our pick up truck was kind of fading and with no hesitation she told us to take it back and repaired it at no extra cost. My second vehicle was a total loss. Paper work was sent to my insurance at a timely manner. Euro Collision treats its customers as if they were family. 100% recommended!

Great service. Great staff both intake specialist and mechanics. Great quality work both big and small. I have experienced both. I recently stopped by just to have my front license plate reattached. 5 minutes later it was done without a charge. Great service for a repeat customer. I highly recommend Euro Collision of Chicago.

Euro Collision made my car look brand new again! They repaired my rear passenger door and quarter panel plus wheel damage from a hit and run. They really pay attention to detail (no overspray) and made sure everything was back to normal. Plus their customer service is excellent, the office staff is super nice and took time to answer all my questions.

Driving from New Jersey, we were rear ended on the Ryan Expressway and took our car to Euro to see if we could drive it safely to Door County where we were going to visit our son. Not only did they check our car on the spot, but their technician pushed the rear fender back into place, but he taped it securely and sent us on our way. They were caring and professional. Five star for sure!

I was very pleased with the repair work on my vehicle in July 2020 at EuroCollision in the South Loop. The quality of the work was exemplary and the staff was great to work work. My car was repaired on time and returned to me looking good as new and very clean. I received texts updating me on the repair timeline, which was very helpful. They do quality work and theyre certified to repair higher-end brands & models. I used them for an extensive repair ($17,000+) and were happy with the results. We also had a slight issue with a window adjustment that they fixed right away without an appointment. Its nice that they have coffee, tea, and bottled water in case you have to wait for anything. I would definitely use this shop if needed in the future.

The only problem i had is that once i picked up my vehicle there were issues wrong with the car that were not issues before dropping car off . Still waiting on a call for a certain part that can repair whatever just so happen to have broken down while in the care of business. Other than that body work that was done I have no complaint it looks brand new .

Took the car for an estimate. They were professional and took pictures of the damage. Was promised an estimate over email within the hour. After 3 phone follow ups on the same day and more promises, I still dont have an estimate. Gave up on them and got the work done somewhere else. Perhaps they are just too busy.

Their are two Ive been very happy with the one located just south of Cermak on wabash. This time went to 2nd location on ne corner of wabash just north of cermak and was given my car back with the gas Gage not working.was told out would correct after driving. It did not ive been ill and cant get it back to adjust.Not happy with their service they should have taken care of it when I asked them to before leaving

UPDATED 9/6/18: Let me be the first to say, that no repair shop has left me in as much awe as this one. This review goes from 2 stars to 5, easily. I wish I could add more stars. My initial experience, in NO WAY, speaks for my overall experience nor the quality of work and customer service put forward. If youre looking for a repair shop that adds a personal touch to every customers experience, this is definitely the place for you. After making it known how important my car was to me, all their staff had no issue with providing updates, daily. The owner of Euro Collision even provided me with his personal contact info, if I need anything else.After picking up my car, August 17th 2018, it was as if no accident had even occurred. My vehicle was cleaned, inside and out, and everything appeared to work as it should. But lets take it a step even further. 2 weeks after getting my car back, it began to overheat and smoke was coming from under the hood. This happened during labor day weekend. The following Tuesday, the owner called me letting me know that hed be willing to help in any way he can. AND HE MEANT THAT. Not only did he send someone to grab my car keys from me while Im at work, in the heart of downtown, but he also had them go to where my vehicle was parked, tow it to their shop, and inspect every inch of the work performed. But lets go even further. In his commitment to providing excellent customer service, the owner even offered (with my approval) to take the car home with him, to drive and test everything, before returning it to me.It was discovered that a connector was loose, causing the overheating and smoking. The owner and his mechanics fixed the issue with the connector as well as some issues I was having with my lights, in barely two days. In the photos attached to this review, youll see what my car looked like before and after as well as my previous review. Due to the sheer customer service efforts, the care and concern shown to me and my property, I actually plan to have any repair or maintenance work done by this facility. Thank you Euro Collision.
