My truck a 2011 Traverse was taken to Classic Cars as a recommendation from my Insurance due to a drunk driver crashing in to my truck while parked, which I did not dispute. Took the initial check to start work on my truck on 05-01-2020 . They told me it would be 3 weeks, that I would get pictures, that they would call me with any issues. 3 weeks went by and called them and said oh certain body part is on order has not arrived but it will be done in 3 weeks . Needless to say I picked up my truck on 08-13-2020 and it was still being worked on. Another thing I get there and nobody cared to tell me the body shop or my insurance which is another story. That I had to pay extra because they replaced the parts with better parts and my insurance was only paying a percentage of it. I was livid to say the least .. all I wanted was my truck back. On the drive back home I noticed something weird on my truck got home and the steering wheel was so hard i had to use both hands to move it. So I had my boyfriend check it and from the so-called better parts that they said they replaced are used. AND they forgot to put the Link that they said they put and charged for . I would not recommend this place at all .. except for the body work and even that, there were drops of paint on certain areas on the truck. How can you give out a truck with a missing link?sending this to the BBB.
After going to several repair shops to repair my car I found this place. The owner was friendly. They were able to diagnose the problem and honest about the time that it would take to make the repairs. The price was also reasonable. I actually waited a couple of weeks to write the review to make sure that I would not have any other issues. My car is still running well with no complaints. I will definitely come back for other repairs.
Took my car in for front end body damage . Got my car back looking like a brand new vehicle . There were issues getting the correct parts but Ms Rosa didn’t see looking until they finally sent the correct parts . I highly recommend .
Classic Cars did an amazing job on restoring my 2016 Hyndaii Accent back to its original condition. After being hit really bad during the beginning of the pandemic. Arianna is an amazing adjuster & very pleasant to work with she talks to your insurance company & fights for what is owed on your vehicle. She is very professional & good at what she does. Her staff is also very nice & respectful & hard working. She explains everything to you & doesnt hide anything. They have been working during the whole pandemic months. I really appreciate that & would definitely use them again & also recommend them to others.
This was the worst experience ever, ms rosa is nice but shell lie to your face and the other young lady who sits by the computer is very rude after the deal was done, I dont recommend its been a week since I dropped my car off I still dont have it and no one has called to give me updates on anything..... This was the absolute worse experience ever..... Wished I would have read the reviews before I took my car to them. Ill never do business them ever again

I have a 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid that needed some work done in regards to the engine as well as the transmission. Rosa, Arianna and the staff there exemplified great customer service. They were 100% transparent in what needed to be done and cared for my vehicle as if it was there own. They kept in constant communication with me regarding any issues related and in my opinion they went above and beyond. I highly recommend going to her shop for any work that needs to be done. They set a standard that other shops should follow and to me that is what makes them better. As for my vehicle it runs perfect now thanks to them.

I was rear-ended and had extreme difficulty dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit me. Both Rosa and Adrianna at Classic Cars explained the process to me, were extremely patient and empathetic with me, and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I dropped of my vehicle and had it back in 10 days, which was faster than the quoted time of 14 days as well. The work on my Jeep makes her look brand new! I would highly recommend this auto body shop.
Upon having a minor car accident, I was referred to Classic Car Body Shop located at 4711 s. WESTERN. When i arrived, the owner immediately greeted me, reviewed the damage and provided an estimate. This is the best shop Ive ever gone to. The place is great and a lady named Arianna was polite and she fixed my car. I came another time for my car to get scratch painted and the blend was so good. Who ever needs their car painted or fixed you have to come here.
Horrible work. Took 3.5 months for my car to get done. Daughter gives attitude almost every time I had a question and the mother was no help neither. Dirtied my seats in the back and had a chip on the dashboard that they so replaced. Charged me for gas that was not in there at all completely empty. horrible. I would not go here if I were you. Im definitely reporting them to the Better Business Bureau !!!

I took my car here and they did a really good job. When I was their I saw a lady wanting a free diagnostic but it clearly says a diagnostic was $75. People who gave a one star gave that rating because they were mad that they didnt get something for free so you should go their and get your car fixed. It does take a while because they want to make sure your car is fixed right and its in tiptop shape.

Dropped my car off and was given an estimate of one week. I did not receive my car until almost a month later. This would not have been such a big issue if I was kept in contact with. I never recieved one call from the shop. I had to continually call the shop for the update of my car. Rosa, the manger, would continually tell us she wasnt sure of the status of my car and would have to ask her daughter. I was put on hold just to be told parts were on back order etc. Finally called on the day I went down to pick my car up to make sure it was ready. Rosa had told me over the phone they were all finish, just finished installing a fog light they had been waiting on, and were cleaning my car. I got to the shop to see my car in the lot without the fog light. When asked about the fog light she seemed to be confused and disorganized. She disappeared to the back and returned saying it turns out they order or received the wrong light for my car. I was lied to over the phone on top of that never recieved a call stating it in fact had not been installed and was the wrong light. They did however work with me in the fact that I was able to take it back to be installed when the light was received rather than leaving the car. Got the light installed to find later that day that the undercover wasnt even screwed back on all the way. It gave me a scare because the sound it made against my tire made me think I had a severe flat. Overall work on the car itself was okay.

Iam not sure what is the actual reason for the one star ratings of this business but my personal experience was nothing but great! Even though this was not a choice of mine to come fix my car here, i can only say what a great job they did with my fender and front bumper! They said it will be done in 3 days and on the third day i got a phone call to pick up my car. The car was washed and cleaned including the engine, and Rosa and her daughter couldn’t be nicer. Very professional and friendly. So don’t let the few mean comments and ratings discourage you but if you need your car fixed give them a chance and create your own experience.Highly recommended!!
Had a fender bender, came here and got the best price after looking around. The bad reviews worried me a little, but after getting my car back looking like brand new I knew that I had made a good choice. They definitely have my service from now on!

I have a Chevy Nova 1969 ( Eleanor ) that my Grandfather ( R. I. P. ) give me when he passed away, the car was sitting in his garage for years but I refuse to give up on the car, so I took her ( Eleanor ) to Classic Cars and now she looks like brand new, I highly recommend this place, they are very professional and honest people who treat me like a family member and they totally understand what that car means to me.
DO NOT take your car there. I took it in for check engine light so I can take to the Emission test. They broke the glove compartment in between the front seats. They must have forced it to close and now its broken. They stole all my loose change and a few dollar bills I had. Still had the nerve to charge for gas when I had a full tank and it was returned with half a tank!
Took my car wednesday because I failed my Emissions test rosa was very friendly shes knows her stuff got my car back the next day and everything was good they even took my car up the emissions test facility for me and got it tested I would highly recommend this place to anybody in need of affordable fast service dont believe the reviews people not expensive compared to the big brand shops you pay for what you get but all in all my experience here was great 😁

I took my truck to get it checked out and only change the spark plugs and they took two days and they couldnt find them and the lady that works there is very rude she thinks her shop is #1 the USA or something because she #1 in Chicago ..Honestly I rater go back to Firestone a lot better service and they are done quickly.

Dear anonymous anonymous And mother Carla SahagunThe shop did not take 3.5 months to repair your vehicle.1.The shop had to wait for you to send to your insurance the documents they requested from you to approve the claim so we can begin the repairs.2.Saturdays we close at 1:00 pm when you were told that the car was ready you were told to bring the insurance check, plus deductible and $5.00 for gas. Your kept saying that your boyfriend brought the check, and you said you had a receipt, which turned out that you were lying. You had our staff waiting 1 hour after closing to solve your issue with the check.3. You and your mother Carla Sahagun started cursing at the staff because you wanted them to wait for you extra time onSaturday after the hour they had already spent, while you went home to get the check you swore was given to us, but then turn out to be at your house.4. Your seats were not damaged by the shop. We cleaned the vehicle inside and out before returning to you, and you requested to inspected the car before paying the repairs. We have your signature to prove it.5.We had the courtesy of adding at least $5.00 DLS. of gas to a completely empty tank, so your fuel pump doesnt get burned. It is not the shops responsibility to do this. Since you were told over the phone that it was only $5.00 it is common sense that you had to be prepared to add fuel right after picking up.6.You missed to add that you were given free paint stripes on the opposite side of the accident which have a cost of $150.00 DLS. Also that you came in the office demanding with an attitude for more gas.Unfortunately you are too young to understand that peoples time and the way you treat people make a difference. All my staff deserves the same respect from the porter boy to the manager. I hope next time you get a service form any other public place you treat them with respect, not the way you acted that day.
I love those ladies, excellent customer service. I experienced a car accident in September 2017 JM auto on 44th & Kenzie had my car for amost 3 months....they Fxxxed my car up. I took my car to Classic Car, they found everything that JM claim to fix but didnt. Ariana & Rosa kept me in formed with everything that was going on with my car. Those Ladies had me up and running in no time. I have a brand new car and take it to Nissan for everything. I have found my new auto car shop! Thanks Ladies your business is awesome!!!
This the worst place you can ever do business with, I took my car here a month ago prob a little more and today still hasnt been done I been very very but very patient with them, today is the only day since this whole month I had to stand my ground with them because I got sick of their excuses everytime I asked them about the status of my car and what makes it worst yesterday the manager told me that I can pick up the car today after 3pm so I gave them a courtesy call at 2pm letting them know I was going to be on my way to get the car and she said I will call you back when is ready, after arguing with her for like 20min she was just without words all time and she didnt know what to say she end up by just assuring she was going to call me back before 6pm, I just called them again bcs of course she never did and guess what!? of course they were closed. Please DO NOT! Go to this place please dont theres so much to say that dont have time right now but please contact if you want to know more

Horrible place to bring your car or truck. They are short staffed in mechanics which they only have one certified mechanic and the rest are learning. So your car wont be ready when they say it will be. The staff is rude and they are just put to get money even if they dont know how to fix the problem. I brought my 2009 Chevrolet impala in to fix a grinding noise and the mechanic supposedly said it was a tire rod that needed to be fixed. Three days later I got it back and it still had the same problem, so I took it back to the mechanic and complained. Then he said it would take at least another 4 days for them to fix it, but on the fourth day he said they needed more time so it ended up being a week! Also in between that full week 7days, they broke my master cylinder and tried to say it was faulty. Honestly dont ever give them business people this place is a rip-off!!..

POOR service! took my car to get checked out a month and a half ago and the problems still not fixed and i probably will not know if its ever fixed because they do not call to let you know whats going on and when you do call to find out whats going on the receptionist gives attitude and the manager is NEVER available and does not return phone calls. they told me to pick up the car when i went to give it a test drive the car was worst than when i first took it in. they tried to convince me to take it home and let it adjust i refused to bring it home until the problem is fixed. iv invested 900$ so far and they tried to convice me by telling me the new part was installed in the car . 2 days later they call back to tell me the part is defective! so im still waiting.....very disappointing!

I am more than pleased by the service, they were friendly and clear from the start. The obvious diagnosis has a cost, another workshop charged me 95 for the diagnosis and here it was reasonable. The diagnosis is free if you decide to do the work there, otherwise you have to pay. For now they have my confidence.

They are scammers! I drove my car and they told me that the engine was not working. They charged me $ 1,500 not to leave it and I brought another mechanic recommended by a friend. It was a $ 45 gasoline pump relay, my mechanic charged me $ 60 for the return, installation and diagnosis.Very bad this workshop!
