I was in need of a quick fix to my bumper for an immediate inspection that my vehicle had to pass. I called Jorge and he said come on over. He had two guys stop what they were doing to get me taken care of. I certainly appreciate the quick and professional job. THANK YOU

Told my insurance company at 11:20a that they would be able to tow my car in 90-105min. After 1pm they repeatedly claimed they would be there in 42 min, but by 6pm they still had not shown up. Should never had said they could do it if they couldnt. Completely ridiculous.

If I can leave negative stars I would. Jorge was very unprofessional & rude when I simply asked when would my vehicle be ready for pickup. My insurance stated it was a 3 day task. He took a week long vacation without informing me when I first dropped my vehicle off, then gave me straight attitude when he returned. Who takes a vacation while they’re holding someone car for repairs? I got the police involved because he had my vehicle for a month & wouldnt provide me with any specific details on how much longer it was going to take. Not one time did he say my parts wasn’t there he just kept saying he’s waiting for the paint to dry, it’ll be ready tomorrow for two weeks out of the month. He then lied to the police & said I was committing fraud. I left after the police said he has to complete the job or return the money back to my insurance. Of course he didn’t want to give the money back. I have no idea where that lie came from. My insurance sent the check to my home address in my name. It’s not fraud if it’s mailed to you. I think he needs to be educated more on how it works.I cashed the check & gave the manager the money. Im a hard working mother, I needed my vehicle for work & to get my kids to school. He was very inconsiderate & stated I should have gotten a rental, you can’t tell me how to spend my money maybe renting a vehicle wasn’t in my budget. He just didnt show any empathy for holding my car that long. I would not recommend this place to anyone & I would never in life allow him to do any services for me.

This is K&P Body shop waiting room I waited 2:30 hours. I got here at around noon because Jorge told me yesterday on the phone which I can pickup anytime afternoon. I just asked him when it us done....Jorge said he doens’t know...I am still waiting.

The review is for their towing service only. Words can not express how truly express how happy and grateful I am with their service, I did not reach out to them directly and was assigned them from my road side service. For some more background information we have just gotten a foot of snow. The first tow turn down the job, 2nd no showed, 3rd and 4th (starting to lose count and hope by this time ) got stuck in the snow. 5th? tried and made it to my garage but could not hook up.After 3 day, and multiple other tow services called to get my car towed out of the garage, that is accessible only by the alley, and multiple tow truck getting stuck in the snow, another tow truck the gave up just and hour before they arrived. These guys got the job done !!!Jorge was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Service was prompted from the time they got dispatched from the time they showed up was less then 30mins, I wish I had known about them sooner.

Jorge (the owner) was very helpful in troubleshooting the sensor issues that my car was having. He went above and beyond what was expected and helped me find a much more affordable solution than what I would found if I went to the BMW dealership to get this fixed. Jorges philosophy seems to be to take care of his customers first and foremost and they will continually come back as happy, repeat customers. Fast forward five months and Im coming back to him with some different work that I need done.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with K&P. After I hydroplaned and totaled my car on the expressway, George was kind enough to pull over and help tow me off even though he was on his way to another job. He was a stand-up guy and even went out of his way to drop me off at my friend’s apartment. I would have never expected such great customer service from a tow/auto repair company. I had to leave town while my car was at the shop, and Joanna was PHENOMENAL at keeping me updated and even grabbed a few things I still had in my car for me. I would recommend K&P to anyone needing service on their car. Thank you again K&P!!

Superb work and professionalism. I chose to write a review because they deserve the props. I have an older 4runner thats been kind of a pain this year. I recently needed the rear axle replaced.These guys beat the price of a larger competitor on the other side of town by several hundred dollars without even knowing what my quote was. It was refreshing not having to worry about any dishonesty or manipulation. Thanks guys!

I was in an accident and there was a massive amount of issues with my roadside assistance which eventually led to this company taking my vehicle I changed my number and had continually made attempt at contact the owner assured me my car is going to be taken care of and has since been dodging my calls Ive called everyday numerous times for him to not answer today that will be going to the location in person and if my vehicle is not there will be contacting police I dont know how difficult it is just to answer a phone and communicate this is by far the most frustrating auto shop Ive ever come across

Dont take your car here!! waste of time and it took him 2month to fix a small dent on my door (my insurance estimate 3 day ) so I decided to ask for my car back and take it somewhere else because my rental insurance expired and I find out that Jorge CASHED my insurance check WITHOUT my signature ( fraud )
