I was side swiped on lake shore drive and Mr. Auto Body did a fantastic job at removing the dents and other damage. Also they did a great job repainting the side of the car the accident occurred on for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services.

M&R continues to impress me with their work. Whether large or small, the job is always done the right way. I am a car guy, and after speaking with the owner, I could tell he really knew his stuff regarding process, blending, etc. I have been to many shops, and as we all know good shops are hard to come by, but I would definitely recommend M&R!

Amazing quality work and done in a timely manner! M&R completed work on my 2011 BMW 335i, including getting my front bumper refinished, rear quarter panel, and all four wheels. I couldnt be happier with the final result! Will be going here for any paint/body in the future.

I went to M&R because I had some paint damage and some dents. Let me tell you, Robert did a really great job . When I got it back it looked like a brand new car. You can tell that the quality of their work is really amazing. Robert himself was also very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He was even done with the car earlier then expected. I really had a great experience with M&R auto. Anyone with mechanical or cosmetic issues with their car should go to M&R auto!!

I worked with Roberto and the process and results were truly great. he met me at my local car wash near my house to pick up my car. Based on the scrapes and wear other shops had quoted approx $4K to fix everything. He quoted roughly $1500 on site. He communicated with me via text everyday and noticed there was a fog lamp housing missing would I like that included. I said yes and again he kept me appraised of costs and timelines. The job took 4 days and on the final day he picked me up at my ho,me and drove me to the shop. The car was great, the price was exactly as quoted and I know if I need body work again I ll call Roberto again.

This is one of the best painting and mechanic experiences I have had, not once, but twice. The first time I had my Range Rover evoque painted and it was great. Now, I had my Land Rover discovery sport worked on and it was also an amazing experience. I had my break pads replaced, back bumper painted, one rim fixed, and side door dent repair. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. My car looks awesome. Great customer service and reasonable price. Definitely highly recommend.

THEY STOLE MY REMOTE STARTER OUT OF MY CAR! Not to mention the inside of my door doesn’t match! When I called looking for my remote start pad, they claim to not have it, 8 months from than I put my car in the shop and the dealer tells me my factory remote starter is missing!!!!!! M and R are the only ones who had my car since I bought it early last year. Of course the hung up on me and acted like they don’t know what I’m talking about! BEWARE! They are THEIVES.

Charged our insurance $1700 for towing our car when the accident was 10 minutes away from their shop. Called the shop at 4 pm to check until what time they stayed open since we needed to go pick up our belongings as our car was totaled. The owner answered and said “came tomorrow we are already closed”. I thought it was weird that the shop was closed at 4 pm. Had my wife called Mike which I think is a co-owner. Mike said that the shop closed at 5 pm. We showed up the shop was open, the owner was like “I told you we were closed” we told him that Mike told us that the shop closed at 5 pm. He then gave the keys to my wife. The owner of the shop was rude. Mike was actually nice with us when he was telling us about his towing services and how they wouldn’t charge us the deductible. Disappointing that they were so shady charging our insurance $1700 for a 10 minute towing service. Be aware that they are not charging you for your deductible but they will screw you buy overcharging your insurance with ridiculous fees.

Do not do business with these people. They are scam artists. I can’t speak for the quality of the auto body work done but the towing this place does is ridiculous. Like $1400+ for storage and towing after two days ridiculous. Never use this place

I had got into a accident and my front axle was broken. They fixed my car in a timely manner and when I picked it up, you could barely tell there was anything wrong. It looked like a brand new car. I would definitely be recommending them. They did a great job.

Started repairing the vehicle without any prior authorization. Charged my insurance company 2000 for towing. Did a horrendous repair job, hammered structural supports back together instead of properly pulling them. Gaps in body panels all over and engine vibration. Insurance conpany had to step in to reverse payments.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! GET A SECOND OPINION! I was a victim of a hit and run so I called the cops to make a police report. While I’m talking to the cops, this guy shows up and is talking our ears off about his auto repair shop and how he’ll waive the deductible. He also said he had just gotten a totaled Prius (my car is a Prius) so he could put their battery in mine and also give me their side mirror since mine came off. He also said he owns a rental car company and would give me a rental for free while my car was being fixed. I was like okay good deal! (I should’ve realized this was all too good to be true). He came and got my car and left me with a rental the next day. Then when I figured stuff out with insurance I decided I just wanted the battery fixed for now. He refused to only replace the battery and kept repeating himself as to what I should do and what to tell the insurance company even though I told him over and over NO! and then he continued to say my suspension was messed up and that he can’t fix the mirror without fixing the suspension?? I was like yea... Idk anything about cars, but i KNOW that’s a lie. I took my car back and took it elsewhere. They tell me your suspension is totally fine! Wow. He is telling people things are wrong with their car that isn’t. PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION! I do not want anyone else getting scammed by this shop. Not to mention what they’re doing is completely illegal.

Where do I start. The guy I spoke to was cool but now that am looking at my car I see Bad welding spots and there creaking my suspension sounds bad and they didn’t replace my Windshield holes in the car nor connect my windshield fluid sensor they had my car for a month. I guess they were in a rush but I we’ll never take my car to them not even to fix there mistakes. The 2 stars is only for the paint job.

This is one of those scam companies that show up at accidents when they hear them over the police scanner. Just like another person posted, they are asking the insurance company for over $1900 for storage fees. They are not up front when you ask how much they are charging daily to store it so that can sneakily overcharge later. I dont recommend this company at all and would give them zero stars if the rating allowed it.

These guys do not know how to buff. Gave them a car and it came back rusty as hell and ruined.

Took all the insurance plus an additional supplement payment and the car we got back was wobbly, shaking, sensors going off and the body panels were not even on correctly. Totally would not recommend. Had to call the police department in order to get our car away from your shop... that says a lot about the quality of your work and what you stand by
