My trucks ignition failed. Towed it to Collision Barn, and they opened the lot gate, after hours to accommodate my car. Since it was onsite for repairs, I also had them do some body and paint repair. Just got it back and it looks great. The ignition works and the car is spotless inside. Don’t hesitate to get work on you car done at this shop. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! 👏🏾

They exceeded my expectations in customer service and quality of work. A chain of circumstances ended up bringing me here for repairs on my vehicle’s paint. It was my first time and didn’t really know what to expect. I was surprised at how friendly the staff was. The quality of their work was outstanding. My car’s paint is unique and extremely difficult to match. Their match was FLAWLESS. They also met my time requirements which was tough because i was leaving town but they stayed overtime to make sure it was complete for my trip. The culture was so laid back and friendly. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and stress free.

Tom and his team are excellent at what they do. Working with them to get my recent auto damage repaired was super straight forward and the work was excellent. I just got into car accident last March 18, 2021. My car got struck by another who was driving so fast on a 30mph speed limit road and got hit pretty bad on my right rear door and rear panel, damage on right rear wheel and gas tank hanging down, and right airbags went off on my Mazda 6. Now my insurance is still trying to fix my car for them to save money though I know for a fact that it’s a total loss and when if it do get fixed, it losses it’s value and will not work for driving the same way again. So I followed my gut and choose bring my car to a Mazda affiliated shop at the Collision Barn because I know it’s best to have it repaired there for they know more about Mazda cars instead of the ones provided by my insurance. Thomas Sullivan, the Managing Partner of the shop reached out to me and said that it’s basically a total loss considering the damages. He was so honest that he doesn’t mind making any money out of it and didn’t start any repairs. He helped me make sure that it will be declared a total loss. And it took a while for my insurance to figure out whether to make repairs or declare it a total loss because they want to save money by trying to repair it when it’s basically a total loss! Thomas, my dude, I really do appreciate all your help and honest service. More power to you and the rest of the Collision Barn! Really do recommend this shop!

My boyfriend and I traveled 4 hrs to Chicago and came into a major problem with the radiator and these people were right there with opening arms to help! It was all last minute and on a busy Friday so we were and are very thankful for all of their help. I would most definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone because they are on top of everything and great at what they do. These days seems like everybody tryin to finesse. Tom and his crew are not those kinds of people. They are top drawer, first rate, high caliber, honest, professional and hard working guys. I was impressed with their high standard of hospitality and a clean work areas. I came in because half of my front bumper had come off, and both sides of the back bumper were starting to come off as well. Since I am completely inept to the knowledge auto body repair and maintenance, and add to that the high ratings this establishment was receiving from google, Yelp and every other review site; I was expecting to pay a lot and wait a long time. They could have easily swindled me-too my surprise they instead showed me how easy it was to fix the bumpers; and then sent me on my way. They said they wouldn’t charge for such an easy in and out job; and yes I was in and out.

When I got hit by a car while at a stoplight, my first thought (after assessing that no one was hurt) was “Getting this fixed is going to be a huge hassle”. There was a major hail storm in Evanston in early April and caused damage to my vehicle. The hail which ranged from pellet size to golf ball size peppered dents all over the roof, hood, fenders; however, the windshield and moon roof were miraculously spared.I brought my vehicle to the Collision Barn and met the managing partner, Mr. Thomas Sullivan, who reassured me that they will be able to get the dents out and get the car back to its original condition.Fast forward one week later - they completed the necessary work on time and I was floored to see my vehicle in mint condition as if the hail damage never happened.Most of my interactions at the shop were with Mr. Sullivan but it was also a pleasure to meet the staff at the Collision Barn - they were very courteous and professional.All in all, I’m very pleased with my decision to bring my vehicle to the Collision Barn!

I had some caustic material on my hood for under 20 minutes before I noticed it. I must have gone under the El or something but whatever it was went right through the sealant on the hood of my GTI White MKVII. I had the best experience working with The Collision Barn to get my car fixed after a break in. My car had to be taken back to the dealership due to some wiring issue and Jeremy from The Collision Barn took care of everything from taking it to the dealership, discussing logistics with the technician at the dealership and keeping me updated throughout the whole process. They worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. Everyone was amazing and such a pleasure to work with!

Tom, Jeremey and the mechanic are the best. My car got side swiped while parked and the collision tore off my driver side mirror. I called my insurance filed a claim and was told to take it to the auto shop of my choice. The insurance gave me an estimate of 288.46. And I had a 100 deductible. I choose to take my car to north side Toyota and man was that a mistake. I get there and they tell me they won’t honor the estimate, they wouldn’t give me my car back until they received the insurance check and btw The cost will be 550.00 out of my pocket. So I leave and my partner says go to The Collision Barn on Kedzie they are awesome. I immediately called The Collision Barn and Tom answered. I told him my situation and he says “ we are closing but come over now and I’ll take care of you”. I get there he looks at my car, checks out my insurance estimate and says your car will be ready by Friday. Today I picked up my car from Jeremy and the mechanic and I didn’t leave for 20 minutes cause we just got caught up in a conversation. Not only did they do an amazing job hassle free, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Oh one last thing. They didn’t hold my car hostage!10 stars!!!’
