I had almost cleared the truck; making it impossible for me to see her intentions. I gave into despair within seconds of the impact. My extraordinary BFF, who is an experienced, knowledgeable, professional State Farm Representative, advised me on how to select a body shop. Surely enough, Crash Champions has awesome reviews because they exceed high expectations, have impressive communication skills, effective customer service, and excellent work quality that produce impeccable results! Overall satisfied with the body work on my vehicle, since it was no small job it did take about 3 weeks because of a few mishaps and misunderstandings. Thankfully, they got it done and my car looks amazing. Although their communication needs some improvement, Im pretty happy with the service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME.We came in to get my rear window replaced since it was shattered. Went in and the front desk lady had an attitude and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Ended up giving this place the benefit of the doubt…. BIG MISTAKE.Moving forward, I gave them my car on a Wednesday and they said they’d try to have it ready by the end of the week. Was it ready by the end of the week? NO. They ended up calling my brother for some reason even though his info is not on the same insurance when we gave my fathers number.End of the week comes and they said they haven’t yet ordered the window and it would take yet ANOTHER week. That’s when we asked what the reason was. Turns out, the mechanic accidentally scratched the back of my car and they had to repaint the back of my car AND wait for the paint to dry to install the window. At this point we ran out of patience and they ended up finishing the job within the end of the second week. Before hand, we called to see if they would clean the debris of the old shattered window and they said yes and everything would be fine.Now that I have my car, NO GLASS IS CLEANED UP!This isn’t the place if you’re looking for good customer service and good car work all around.Horrible.

If you want professional quality work, these guys are it. They really value their customers; they were accommodating to me throughout the whole process. Theyre very transparent as they make clear outlines detailing what youre paying for. I hope nothing but the best for this place and would definitely return if needed.

First time in a car accident. (Hopefully the last) But Im very surprised and happy with the service Crash Champions provided. They were very very very fast! I communicated with them that I would be going out of town by the estimated time and that my wife would have to pick up the car. Jeff without me asking made sure the vehicle was ready before my trip. Very happy with the results and professionalism. They keep you updated in every single move they do. They also do all the work working with the insurance company so you don’t have to worry about anything. Definitely recommend this body shop!

Overall they did a fantastic job on my car, all the way down to the paint match, looking at my car in direct sunlight you’d never know there was an incident.Service was pretty fast as well even with the holiday weekend, there are issues out of their control so a few days isnt really a big deal, especially when it was done right the first time. Additionally, their communication is appreciated, they called multiple times letting me know the status of insurance adjusters, part timing, as well as when I could finally get my car.I took the advice from a friend to use this place, I definitely don’t regret it.Thank you CarStar!

Not quality work nor professional service when I was told not to nitpicking the work. Poor quality paint and part not aligned comparison for one side to the other. Still not satisfied with the work and been told to wait to speak to the owner in a week cuz he going on vacation. I believe thats not professional customers service.

Our son was involved in an accident in Chicago, where he attends college. We live in Ohio. Navigating all that needed to be done to have his car repaired was so difficult until we spoke with Lianna at the W. Montrose location. Lianna was very informative, helpful and considerate. I felt immediately comfortable as she talked me through the process of repairing our the vehicle. This organization is committed to customer service!

The staff was amazing from the beginning and not only called me to let me know that my car had arrived safely and was in good hands, but also called me every few days with follow up reports in the weeks that followed. They were friendly and answered all of my questions and worked great with my insurance company. They were thorough and when I picked my car up they had gone above and beyond and actually fixed some things that were not even caused by my accident. They treated me with respect and were always sure to explain everything in terms that made sense. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. My car is my baby and it was hard to trust anyone to turn it over to but these guys were great and did an awesome job. my car LOOKS and DRIVES like new. Fantastic job, highly recommended! I cant thank them enough! Not to mention, their reviews are great, they are backed by the BBB and they guarantee their work for the lifetime of the car!

Brought my vehicle in with a broken mirror. The staff made every effort to find a used alternative to save me money. The time quoted for repair was 1/3rd of what the dealership quoted and they delivered it in even less time. Friendly service and modern, clean facilities. I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze and was unfortunate enough to get hit twice while the car was parked within a few months. The first time in the front drivers side corner and the second in the back. On one I was able to get the insurance info from the person the other was a hit and run so with two damaged areas I simply chose this place because it was close. What a change of luck!From beginning to end they made me feel comfortable and confident. It was a completely opposite experience compared to other auto repair shops I had been to. Ian was courteous patient well spoken informative non rushed attentive and kept me updated along the way. They contacted a rent a car co. for me arranged for the rental to be there when I arrived coordinated everything with the other persons insurance co. took care of the billing for me.For the damaged area not covered by insurance they were just as helpful and in simple language explained all parts that needed to be repaired or replaced gave me options worked with me finished on time and put my car back to as good as new. Their pricing came under what my long time mechanic quoted me. So overall I do not hesitate to give them a big thumbs up and can definitely recommend.

I dropped my car off on Monday and had it back by Wednesday. Maggie was amazing! I explained that I was paying out of pocket and didnt have a lot of money, but wanted to fix the bare minimum body damage on my car so that it would be safe to drive. She managed to find used parts and save me a bunch of money. Im so thankful!

Had a dent in my plastic bumper. Originally the front office person said it needed replacing. When I said I couldnt do that she had Don look at it. He said they could heat it and push out the dent and gave me a price. Asked that I bring it back Tues, Wed, or Thurs mid morning. Took it to them this past Wednesday. It didnt take as long as anticipated so they lowered the bill. I was impressed from beginning to end. Highly recommend them!

Very clean and updated facility. Great customer service and very professional. Llaci was super friendly and did a good job at keeping me informed the whole time. They accomodated me with a car while they were working on mine and offered to extend to me the daily rates they get from Enterprise if I wanted to get a rental instead. They finished the work before the date they had originally given me. Ive had my car back for only 2 days but everything seems to be running great. I would totally recommend them and will definitelly go back to them if I ever need them again.

This place is the worst place to bring your car for repair. CarStar had my vehicle for a considerate amount of time and while the car looked good on the outside, they totally disregarded detail and pride in the minor things. After they claimed my car was ready to get picked up, I had to return it on 3 different occasions. They never apologized for my inconvenience or for their carelessness. Just fed me and my husband a bunch of excuses. Their standard is not to the highest quality at all!! If you care about getting the best car service/ customer service and want your car up and running as normal, please do not send your car here. My experience has been a total nightmare dealing with this company. It is not the fact that several mistakes had been made but the way this company has dealt with it. I am incredibly disappointed with CarStar and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Staff is friendly, I got my Malibu fixed here when I got hit. And now my fiance needs a fix and will def be going back here. Mother in law has been going to them for years she recommended them and I have to admit they are good.

I had taken my car to get repairs done to the body due to a car accident. The personnel were very personable and helpful. They did great work on the repairs and were able to complete the job ahead of schedule. They also repaired one of the side panel strips that had fallen off my door as a courtesy (they found in the car and decided to repair - no charge). Overall, a very good experience.

Exterior body work on my Honda Civic was done quickly and with complete cooperation with insurance company. At the same time some cleaning had even been done on the interior (why?) - and the crew left grease on the steering wheel. The next day I returned to ask them to clean it, which they did. At first they said it was normal wear, but they took it in anyway to see what they could do. 15 minutes later I pick up the car again. The grease is gone and the wheel looks good as new except.. I immediately find visible and significant damage on airbag emblem. CARSTAR refuses to replace/repair the emblem with no explanation. They tried to cover it up with some silver paint, which doesnt look good at all. Overall, seemingly great service, but will not take responsibility for accidental damage to interior.EDIT 9/5/17: the shop agreed to replace the airbag. Service was performed on Wednesday August 30th. I waited on site for about 35 minutes while the staff replaced the part. The new part looks good but no documentation was provided. I returned today after the long weekend to pick up documentation for the replaced airbag. I was told that they did not replace the airbag after all. So now Im really confused. Its clear to me that Im being lied to. I hope they call me soon to resolve this issue. Id like documentation of the service performed on Wednesday August 30 which verifies the part is compliant with the most recent Honda airbag recall.

Good experience from start to finish. I brought my Honda in after I was involved in an accident. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing and painting my car, I got it back cleaner than when I dropped it off. The whole process from getting the estimate to getting the car back when promised was seamless. Hope I never need it again, but Id feel very comfortable bringing my car back to Accurate Auto Carstar.

I choose this place after my insurance listed them as one of there certified body shops. I had seen it before in passing so I decided to go with them. I was getting a dent fixed on my drivers side passenger door from a tree falling and damaging my Jeep. I came in for the estimate on a Saturday early afternoon it was pretty simple and quick. Ian wrote up my estimate and said it will be available in the system and that I could call and set my appointment in a few days. I was able to get an appointment for about 5 days away. When I brought my car to be dropped off, I didnt really like the fact that the lady at the front desk wasnt very welcoming. You would think since i made an appointment to drop my vehicle off and they new what kind of vehicle I was in that they would know why I was there without me having to explain. Other than that the process was smooth they told me it would be ready in 2-3 days I thought they would have better updates on the car wise site but they didnt. They did call me to keep me up to date, I drop on Monday the car was ready Wednesday. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was very impressed on the seemless work and absolutely delighted with how clean the car was inside and out...it was like they detailed it. Ian explained what they did as far as fixing the dent and gave me my paper work and keys. I was on my way after that overall my experience was good this was my first time ever having body work done on a vehicle thru insurance and Im glad I choose this place will definitely come back if I need to in the future. I gave four stars because I personally felt like when I came in to drop off my Jeep I park right in front so when I came in they should have know I was there for my appointment...that type of customer service goes a long way with a person like me.

I just called today to get repair service on my car. I explained to the woman on the phone that I have some money from car insurance. She asked what insurance, which I provided.Once she realized my car insurance was substandard (not AllState!) she suggested I go with the auto repair shop my insurance suggested because they wont cover their labor charges.Confused as to why she would suggest another place when I specifically chose this one based on good reviews and online research.I asked what did that matter because I can cover the difference. This woman whole persona changed...replying Oh...ok!I asked her, did you assume I couldnt pay the difference?...she said no...but of course that was the case.With that, I decided not to go with this repair shop because they dont value potential customers....that women should be terminated!

Was told I’ll have a call back on Friday, September 14th to bring the car in for repairs. This was after a quote had been taken 6 days ago. Called back Saturday after having no contact, and was told they can’t take in cars until October due to a heavy influx of cars being towed in. So I couldn’t leave my car there four days ago Wednesday the 12th? It’s pretty frustrating. Just tell me up front. People rely on their cars for their livelihood. Not cool to tell me September 14th is a good day, and then not contact me to tell me you really meant October 14th.

Stay away! This place will rip you off! In my case - painting rear bumper. They said one day. It took 3 days. The last two days I didnt have a rental car. They didnt want to reimburse me for two days. I picked up my car clean form outside, dirty inside... Dust all over the seats... The back seat wont release because of the hit in the back... I pointed that to the estimator - the guy argued with me that it wasnt from the hit. Honestly I picked this body shop because I live 5 minutes away. And honestly that was the biggest mistake...
