Amazingly quick to respond and perform a full windshield replacement. I have a 2012 Subaru Forester and I spent 2 years putting off this repair thinking it would be over $400, but I finally looked for a quote online.Their website made it super easy to select the work I needed done, and I received a customized quote within the hour. I was then able to make an appointment via text for the next morning. It was done in under 90 minutes for only $177!Everyone I spoke to at the shop was friendly and helpful. It was the best auto repair experience of my life and the first google review I’ve ever given.

Have used them twice, once to repair a windshield and once when our car was broken into via the rear passenger window. The rear window replacement was 200 bucks less than a quote from Safelite, and they vacuumed the broken glass from inside. Good work and fast.

Today Tuesday morning around 8:14am I called to get a quote on my vehicle, I was on hold for about 10 minutes. Once I provided my information regarding my vehicle and the window that I need to fix, I was placed on hold again then once They provided me with a price I mentioned to the receptionist if they’re able to match the price they told me no, and she hung up the phone on me - now however, she Didn’t even say have a good day I do apologize for any inconvenience or let me check, So that means that they are false advertising since the lady didn’t even confirm if they’re able to match the prices. I do work in the customer field for over 10 years I am a bachelor and I feel that was very unprofessional the way they handle me on the call. I will never take my car here again! In a place of business customer service’s is number one priority!

I had a passenger side window smashed in on a Monday afternoon. By Tuesday morning at 9:00 AM Aaron Auto replaced the window. I had also been procrastinating a repair to fix a bad windshield spider-crack. It wasnt repairable so they replaced the windshield as well, during the same appointment, all in under an hour for an amazing price. Highly recommend!

A rock had fallen and caused impact damage to my windshield while I was driving home, and my friend had suggested Aaron auto glass in Chicago, so I called them and Josh the sales rep was incredible! Super knowledgeable and explained everything to me crystal clear and very friendly!! Great place to have your car taken care of employees are very knowledgeable helpful and they provide great customer service. Sometimes the wait may be an 1 hour or 2 before your vehicle being completed but the work speaks for it self. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle. All staff deserve the 5 stars.

My tints came out nice. I was a little confused because they didnt have all the tint percentages posted for an example. I ended up getting 20%. I was allowed to wait while I got my windows tinted. There isnt really a comfortable place to chill for the few hours that it takes. But, there are a few chairs and a TV. Sitting in the chair can get uncomfortable after a while. There is no bathroom for customers, so be aware.

I had a great experience. Had my windshield replaced. Was able to get a quite and set appointment through text. Once there, my car was serviced right away. Everything looked great. The staff was very friendly and professional. They even text me to check to make sure everything was still good a week later and i appreciated that. I definitely recommend.

Really quite amazed with how quick and how well they did. I have a rare windshield because my car is a vintage Saab. Someone smashed my window and some how these guys were able to get a window within 2 day and install it. Windshield are super hard to find but the quote didnt match that. They charged me less than the quote and it was super affordable.No idea how you charge so little on hard to find parts, but you have a life long customer.

When I called and explained I needed my motor replaced they quoted me $65 to install it. When I went in to get the service done, they added another $30 to the charge. If you quote me one price on the phone, you shouldnt increases it when I get there. The service I mentioned on the phone was the same service I received. Which was to only replace the motor. Clearly I went there because it sounded affordable over the phone. 🙄

My sales rep Josh was fantastic. I called to get an idea of what it would be called to replace my windshield and recalibrate my safety system since my car has a camera behind it. Originally the windshield they found for my car wasnt the same so I went ahead and called Mazda for a quote and part number. The price from Mazda was ridiculous. $607 just for the windshield. Didnt include installation and recalibration. Called josh back right away with the part number and immediately Im saving $400 on my windshield and installation. He also saved me an additional $250 on recalibrating when he said 95% of the cars they work on dont actually require recalibration. Said theyll install it and if my car does give me error codes then theyll do it. I really appreciate the honesty I was given. What wouldve cost me over a grand at Mazda, only cost me $300 at Aarons auto glass. I used them before for window tinting and now windshield replacement. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. Ask for Josh. Youll definitely be taken care of.

I brought my car in for a crack on my windshield, and with no explanation what so ever! my window in the passenger seat stopped working. when I asked what was going on? they said it was like that! That I brought it like that! I was called a liar on my face at this place.I’m still furious as I write this. I mean not even an apology about the inconvenience I got accused of lying while paying for a service all because of the lack of work of an employee.

This is the third time I have used Aaron for various broken car windows. They have always done good work. It is also hard to beat their prices. One word of warning, when you call to get a price, give them your VIN and write down the amount and who you talked to. Bring the info with you when you go to get the qork done.

Ive had 2 experiences here. The first one was great but the second one not so much. I made an appointment and provided all of the necessary vehicle info including VIN. I went to my scheduled appointment only to be told that they dont have the correct windshield for my car. I hope I never have to go again but I would still consider this establishment.

I had a great experience everyone there is extremely professional and efficient. I had my windshield totally replaced it took them less than an hour. I have an 04 model car and the total cost with labor and everything was only $145. It also came with a lifetime warranty which essentially covers everything except obviously accidents or intentional damage. Five stars!! I cant recommend this place enough.

Random person threw a brick through my back window. They were the only place to offer a used window, and it was half the price of everywhere else. The people were nice and friendly. And the mechanics that did the job were so kind, they even cleaned out all the broken glass from my trunk. Did not expect that. Its not the most professional place. Ive been coming to Aarons ever since I got my first car. Their tinting services have always been A-1 next to their window replacement/installations. Whenever I call around, Aarons always gives the best deal and seem to be the most competent over the phone. The ladies in the office are sweet and do their job well!

I called for a quote a couple of times over the span of a few months but couldnt make up my mind. Carla was awesome and gave me a good deal. They didnt hound me to get me in and when I was finally ready, the quote was still good. I got there and was given very easy-to-follow instructions. Even with several people waiting, the replacement took under 2 hours and my new windshield looks great!

Had my window shattered and called to see if I could just get an appointment, they told me I could come in at that moment and they had the glass AND tint finished in an hour if not less!! They also happened to be the cheapest near me. Very nice people working in the office as well!!

Had a crack on my wind shield, called the dealership and they were going to charge me $1000 for the parts and labor. Called other places and they referred me to Aaron Auto Glass. I spoke to Carla and she gave me a rate for a 1/10 of what the dealership was going to charge me. They took me the day of and was done within a reasonable time

I went to them for a sunroof leak. They fixed the issue but it didnt last long. I just called to come in only to be placed on hold for over 5 minutes. Then the lady comes back to the phone quoting a price. I asked what is the price for because she never asked me why I needed to come in. I tell her about the sunroof leak, she then says oh well will be all day and were busy. I said if Im calling to set an appointment why does that matter. She wasnt helpful at all! When I asked what does all day mean, she responded maybe 5 hours. I will go somewhere else where the receptionist are more helpful and the work is guaranteed.Update- The owner reached out to this post. I took my car back to get serviced and I had no issues with setting up an appointment. I did notice I had broken glass in my car/seats and my rear view mirror is damaged but I just wanted to be done with my sunroof leak.

I received my quote from my sales Rep Carla within 3 minutes of sending it via web. Carla then reached out to get my car in asap. When we arrived Carla and the entire team were very professional and did the work quickly. They also followed all Covid guidelines to keep everyone safe. The service was quick. The price was right.The amount of glass left in my vehicle after the job was done was completely unacceptable. There were literally mounds of broken glass under the seat. I spent an hour vacuuming out my car because the glass got spread around to every nook and cranny of the car. Also, the was glass in one of the seat belt buckles and the buckle would not shut. So instead of spending one afternoon dealing with my broken window I spent two.A word of advice: Please check all work that these guys do before leaving the premises.

They made us feel very comfortable knowing that they were able to do a great job on our vehicle. We also made another appoin tment for more work we need done to our expedition. We found our glass doctor for our Ford expedition. They did such an amazing job, we went back to get our windshield replaced, its so beautiful. We appreciate aaron glass for the amazing experience and job performance. We will never go anywhere else but them. They are my car doctor for life.

Everything about the service went perfectly: the work was done perfectly, the time estimated to get the job done was completed within the stated time frame, and the price for the work done was the lowest price in the city. $75.00. I was expecting a low price point would give me a mediocre job. I was wrong! This was the third time I’ve been at this shop in the last 3 or so years. This company is a gem! I live in a nice neighborhood and unfortunately had my car broken into (by a side window) twice, and another time had to replace my front windshield (a ding from a pebble hit my windshield on the highway and in no time turned into a long crack!). I drive a Subaru sedan 2015. I used to drive a Lexus SUV, and if I needed work done I wouldn’t hesitate to take that car here. If you care about having quality care and concerned about price, this is the place to go! Manuel, the service person who handled the repair was great! By the way, no one is paying me to say all these nice things. Everything I’ve said in this review is honest and comes from the heart.

I just called to get a repair estimate and the lady on the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. She did not offer any service information nor did she bother to ask what kind of vehicle I had or what location would be near me, nothing helpful at all just awckward silence. Then at the end she hangs up abruptly cutting me off. I’m not so sure I want to go to this place…

I was sent to this location when I needed a new windshield for my Honda. I was able to work with Josh who showed amazing customer service. I was able to text him with any questions I had and he always responded quickly. He was able to have my windshield replaced within an hour and walked me through the entire process. I’ll be using this company for my tinted windows soon as I believe in rewarding good companies with my repeat business.

Aaron Auto Glass has fantastic skilled techs, excellent prices, and great customer service. They were able to re-use my front window gasket on request to keep the factory appearance, even on an older car that required a little extra patience and skill from the installer. I booked an appointment at Safelight twice and they essentially turned me away both times because they didnt have the confidence or talent to do the job right.... and Aaron Glass was $50 dollars cheaper? Not to add to the chorus, but this place is 5 stars for sure, fast, great value, and they have excellent technicians!
