This is not like Dominos or little Caesars Pizza!I genuinely enjoy their pizza, especially because you can build your own. Ordering is super fast and easy (especially online).They have a dairy free cheese option and it tastes really good!The pizzas I have ordered, I could finish with a friend. Super light (depending on what toppings)10/10 delicious!

The bagels are delicious! I love that you can order a breakfast sandwich and choose whichever bagel you want. You can even build your own bagel. I’ve always had something different each time I visit Reno from the lox bagel sandwich to the plain sandwich. It’s all good! This last visit I decided to try something new and that was the honey cinnamon cortado drink and it’s my new favorite thing! Our waiter was super cool and relaxed during a busy Sunday brunch.

There arent enough good things that can be said about Reno. Looking for great brunch on a Saturday morning? Reno. A good drink after a long shift? Reno. How about a fresh baked bagel and an espresso to start your day? Reno. This is truly one of the most versatile restaurants in the area and you cant go wrong coming here for any meal of the day. Its cash only so make sure you have some but dont let that stop you from checking out this cozy, casual powerhouse on the square.
If I bring in a VHS tape, I hope they will let me play it because I really like it there.
Great food and friendly staff. I feel like everyone goes for the pizzas, but their lunch menu is my personal favorite (particularly the Logan sandwich). There isnt much outdoor seating but the outdoor seating they do have is well spaced out. Its only a few steps from the square and the boulevard if you want to get take out and make a pandemic picnic out of it.
Pizza was yummy and sticker price is affordable for the area.My only complaint is that they added 15% gratuity to a pickup order. My rule is generally 10% tip for pickup places--I find it frustrating that Im expected to pay in-house tip percentages for service I dont receive.
Great pizza and easy pick up! I ordered and paid online and when I arrived my food was hot and ready! They brought my food outside to me for a fast and easy pickup with my dog. I recommend any of their pizzas and ask for them “well done” for a nice crisp slice!

Reno is a great place to bring your parents. It’s got the city “character” with a warm familiarity.-The menu changes with the time of day. We mainly come here for brunch. Their sandwiches are delicious, they have everything from breakfast bagel sandwiches to fried chicken sandwiches and home made chips. Soups are great as well. They’re only served during brunch time.-For dinner- the menu changes to pizza, pasta and salads. Pasta isn’t as great. However... their pizza is really good. The top pizza in the picture is a mushroom pizza which, in my opinion, was the best one. The one other pizza was pepperoni which was delicious as well. They have a great home made thin crust that is baked right in their own ovens that you see when you walk to your table.-Heads up - if it’s crowded they won’t seat you until your whole party is there and accounted for. It never really is a super long wait. Definitely worth it!
Reno Chicago is excellent!! They have awesome wood fry pizza, bagels, sandwiches, and salads options! Good vegan and vegetarian options as well. Also Reno chicago serves my favorite Dark Matter Coffee! Reno has super friendly staff. The staff is awesome. I’m a big fan :)
After a long day of traveling, we wanted a nice, chill place for some good food. Right from the airport we headed to Reno with our bags and suitcases. We were met with a warm welcome as soon as we walked into the doors, and were kindly asked if we wanted to leave our luggage up behind the hostess stand. We had sandwiches for lunch - the Logan and the Master Blaster. Both delicious!! And when our server brought us the bill, she brought us one of their incredible chocolate chip cookies to welcome us to Chicago. #1. So kind #2. One of the best cookies I have ever had. Wonderful experience!
It’s a shame the pizza is so good, because the customer service is terrible. I walked in at 2;31 and they told me they stopped taking seating at 2;30. But told me I could place a to go order because brunch doesn’t actually end until 3;30PMGreat way to treat locals that come atleast 1-2 times a week
For Brunch:We had two sandwiches. I had the Vinny. The buns are not homemade it seems. That was a let down.Pizza is not served for brunch and that is a let down too. Should have check technically my fault.Friendly staff and good atmosphere.
Ok so YES you do probably have to wait FOREVER to be seated but that’s only because everyone knows how great their pizza is! We waited almost an hour to get our food, and that included waiting to be seated, & getting our drinks. I don’t remember exactly what pizza I got I just remember it ha pineapple and it was to die for! Recommend this place if you’re in the area!

Sooo yummy!! I ordered online for pickup and then ate at the nearby park. Built my own egg bagel sandwich with tomatoes and basil pesto and had a regular drip coffee with oat milk. On the online ordering app, they dont have the flavor of the day listed for the donuts but I really wanted a donut and figured theres no such thing as a bad donut so took a risk and added it to my cart. Glad I did because I would normally never order a strawberry cream donut but it was so good! The dough is so pillowy and the cream filling a real decadent treat. It looks like a Homer donut. :) The staff were very friendly when I picked up my order. And by the way you could always just call to check on donut flavors if you dont like surprises. This was my first visit and I definitely want to try more menu items!

Service is always great. We really like the burrada and salumi apps. My favourite pizza is the Spanish monster, my husbands is the hang ten. Fancy Nancy and philomena are close seconds. Their mixed drinks are also always good. For the morning, I love the olive bagel with feta cream cheese and a side of bacon.

LOVE this place! My friend lives in Logan square and everytime Im in her area we come here. We always get the pizza, its too good to not to. It is cash only but they have an ATM so its not really a problem for me. It gets pretty crowded but we usually get seated pretty fast. The service is always top notch and very friendly. Definitely one of my favorite places in Logan Square!

Olympian burger(veggie one) with a side of the daily choice of antipasta.I absolutely love this place. The food is super delicious and they have plenty of healthy choices. I do not consider the cash only as a disadvantage. It keeps the prices reasonable.Recommend checking number of items if you order for a pickup.✌️
The pizza tastes delicious. Burrata is an option. The cheese is great, and the patio is friendly and relaxed.

I’m pleasantly surprised by Reno. They have great brick-oven style pizza by night, but also a great breakfast menu by day. I had an excellent breakfast sandwich on a homemade bagel and I’m excited to try more of the menu. They also serve Dark Matter coffee, which is the best Chicago coffee there is! :) Only downside to Reno is it’s cash only.

I tried to like this place. Its across the plaza from me. When we dined in once it was decent, but pandemic times, once it got to pick up, a cold pizza 4 out of 5 times. They dont seem aware that its a problem.Reno, Toast has a setting that notifes the customer by text when the order is marked out on their KDS as ready/fulfilled, please use it.

I’ve had mixed experiences at Reno and ordering. We did brunch at Reno a few months before COVID hit and it was was an ok experience. I liked the bagels but the service was very slow and not very friendly. Regardless my boyfriend wanted to give it another try tonight because a few of the menu items looked appetizing. Ordering Reno was not great. My boyfriend liked the pizza and said it was ok, not his favorite though. The lobster pasta however was absolutely disgusting and tasted like chlorine. I don’t know what happened... maybe using tap water instead of filtered? Pasta shouldn’t taste like chemicals and mask the flavors of the dish.All things aside, we will still order bagels from Reno. They are very yummy!
Good atmosphere and menu selections. Clean and friendly. Ive ordered two items off the menu. Ive ordered the Ruben and steak sandwich.The Ruben was juicy, tasty and filling. The steak sandwich left much to be desired. The meat for the steak was very thin leaving me craving for something else to eat. The bread was a bit overwhelming yet delicious.Unfortunately I dont come to restaurants for bread, if you do then this is the place for you. Great Ruben, sub par steak sandwich equals an average shop. Every item should blow the guest away. Good place to eat not great.

Food delivered completely cold. Time stamp on receipt shows it’s been sitting for 45 mins before it was picked up. Why send food out that sat for that long? Blame the delivery service, but you allowed this food to die, you could have remade it.
Reno is one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. Weather you go for breakfast for bagles or dinner for pizza you cant go wrong. The staff is awesome, and the food is top notch. HIGHLY recommend.
This place is incredible! Been coming in for years to get their breakfast sandwiches, pizza and coffee. Just tried the wings and they were some of the best I ever had!!!
I ordered some bagels to go, and was well pleased. For wood-fires bagel, I expected a more bold smoked essence but that can vary batch to batch, and some people don’t expect or like that flavor. The crumb was nice and chewy and aromatic, but the crust was a little bready - not as chewy as I expected. Their schmear is a little sweet and whipped well. Despite these preferences, I still give it 5/5. A good Chicago gem.

Discovered this gem during COVID. Is now my go to pizza and wings in Chicago. Pizzas here are creative and somewhat nontraditional, but theyre on point. The Hog is great. As is the Culvert County. Really enjoy the Hang Ten, too. Their wings are prepared well. Great flavor, just enough spice. Looking forward to trying their pastas and bagels. By the way, its clear the demand for their food is high, and Im sure the pandemic has something to do with that, but their staff has been great to deal with both on the phone and when delivering my orders. Finally, dont let a third-party delivery company take any amount of credit for this deliciousness, order direct from the website. Keep it up, Reno team!
So delicious. Got 2 pizzas and a premade cocktail delivered. Very easy ordering system, fast delivery, hot food, tasty cocktail and very friendly delivery person. New go-to in pandemic times. Bless the whole Reno team!
Pretty good pizza but inconsistent on the cook a lot of times. Half the time I get it, the crust is completely burnt and the center is undercooked. Flavor and seasoning though is on point.
Delicious bagels and pizza! Always love this spot but dont frequent often after leaving the neighborhood. Visited last summer with my dog after a long run and they were very accommodating on the patio. Realized I hadnt eaten anything after my run and my server was quick to bring me an appetizer and water for my dog! Even let me run across to the Chase to grab cash once I realized I had none on me.

Good service and attention, it was a Saturday evening so it took time to seat down but worth it. Today I just picked up a pizza to go and it was ready within 20 minutes so it was great. Both times I tried the Spanish monster and it was on both occasions great. Just so you know the place is cash only.Will come back.
When we went to this place we didnt really have a lot in mind. But I really liked the way they decorated the inside. They do have wood fired pizza, with really good variations and different options for add-ons. They also have a build your own pizza in there. We chose to go with arugula as as well cheese and basil pizza. We really loved it. Although the size is 14 in, it was good for two people. They have good seating inside and also good seating outside. And for Chicago, if you make it on one of the good weather days, the outside seating would be wonderful. keep in mind that they do not take credit cards. This is one issue we had, so we had to go to the car get the debit card, and come back into the restaurant use their ATM, which did charge a fee, in order to take out cash to pay. So there was that, but if you bring cash, you should be fine. I would recommend it for sure.
Theres no better breakfast spot in the city, in my opinion. Theres always a place to sit, awesome food, fantastic coffee and welcoming service. I have hit up lunch here once or twice, but have never made it to dinner. My recommendations for breakfast are the Egg BLT, Hook or Cowboy Killer--all on an everything bagel. The iced coffee is a must as well. Cheers!
We recently found Reno and have been loving it! Their prices are reasonable and we love their wood fried bagels and pizza. Would highly recommend for small or large groups. They are cash only, but their ATM has Avery reasonable withdrawal fee.
Really fun menu and cute resturant. I very much loved my lox and cream cheese bagel and though my black pepper and fig latte was a tiny bit sweet for my taste, I was happy they offered unique choices.

I loved the music playing/the atmosphere. Love that they have a wall of VHS tapes behind the bar with movies playing!The sandwich I ate was realllyyy good. The bread was awesome.I came for pizza but didnt see pizza on the menu or any sign saying that pizza wasnt served until later? But maybe Im dumb I dunno.I also wish one of the bartenders had attempted to make conversation with me.I was exploring Chicago alone and sat at the bar for lunch in hopes of getting some recommendations for cool shops or something. They werent rude or anything, just more occupied with each other.Not knocking off a star for either of those because it was still a great meal and good experience.
Great cozy neighborhood spot. My girlfriend and I frequent here and its one of our favorite spots. Great service and very friendly staff. Food and drinks are tasty. They run old VHS movies constantly in the bar and have a mustache on the TV so you drink everytime it lines up perfectly with someone. Also the music selection is always great. Cant go wrong here.

The staff is great. Sometimes it does take them a while to check back in, and sometimes the food takes a while to be made. They dont have a lot of vegan options, but if youre in a pinch and need to eat, you can find something here that will quench your hunger within your needs.

Favorite place in the neighborhood! Savory bread pudding or olive and herb bagels are my go to morning picks. Their sandwiches and soup are amazing for lunch. If you get anything but pizza for dinner youre crazy!
First time in Chicago. Seen this place as I got off the transit, train. Headed to my friend house. Stop here and Walked in greet with a welcome guy and ordered food meatballs mantis and hummus with bread, also a salad. Its was great ! Also side Note CASH ONLY. I liked it. Very cool atmosphere and vibes..also I loved seeing VHS movies being played and seeing a VCR. Very nice chill place.
The cavetelli was perfect on a chilly evening, and service here was excellent. I went with a small group of friends on a Friday and the wait wasnt long at all. Everyone ordered an entree and a cocktail, after tax and tip we all paid about $30/ea. I definitely recommend checking this spot out and Im looking forward to my next visit.

There is no better place in Chicago to eat pizza at like Reno. Since they opened Ive been there, I personally love everything from food to service. Staff are great, food is Chicagos top notch. However, dont make your hopes high when you order for delivery. Your driver mood or person might be different. Bottom line is, the staff is great, but the delivery is a big time disappointment. So head there and eat there. You wont regret it.
One of the absolute best spots in Chicago, especially Logan. My favorite day to frequent this place is on Wednesday for the $6 pasta. Always amazing deals. Great service and delicious food.
