I was sent a ponytail that was frizzy right out of the package. The product had to be a return or display item. Contacted the company who stated I have to pay for the return of item that cost what the return would be. Not happy!!!! I have used them several times in prior years and really shocked about this experience. Never again!!!!

Please do yourself a favor and dont order from this company.The provide false advertising on their website.I ordered 33 strands per pack of Nikki Locs as state on their website and receive 24 strands per pack. When I brought it to their attention via email, they said it was an error on their website but because I received the accurate amount of package, they wouldnt compensate me & ignored my request for refund or any email Ive sent them after the fact.You cant call them because no one answers and you cant chat with a representative online either. Only via email and they are not helpful.Purchase from them at your own risk ..

Horrible Service, the customer service rep lied and said they would give me tracking number. I never received tracking number!!! They ignored my request to receive my tracking number. Also there customer service line asks for a extension number and they never answer phone!!!! Asked to speak to manager they lied and said my package show delivered. They tried to scam me!!!! Good thing I have Informed Delivery through the United States Post Office they inform me of every package and mail I receive!!! I checked online never showed it was delivered!!! If I dont get my package or tracking number or talk to someone by today I am reporting this company as fraud!!!

Went there and it had nice things there. I always buy the real hair . Not the fake hair. Fake stuff makes my hair fall out. Plus they have nice accessories.

Great experience. I have shopped online with various vendors. Most time their merchandise does not look like what they show. This vendor wigs were exactly what they showed. They also refunded my money for the one the didnt have in stock. After they emailed and called me to notify me immediately. I would definitely recommend this vendor.

So this was my first time, ordering from BLACK HAIRSPRAY definitely will be my lasted. I seen a video on YouTube review about a purple unit, so I like how it look on the YouTuber so I click the link she had below the video, but that’s besides the point. That link directly to the same wig, black hairspray sent me a different wig reach out to customer service they were nice but still had the nerve to tell me I can either return it or exchange & I would I have to pay for the shipping “why would I have to pay for shipping when y’all sent me the wrong wig” smh never will do business with them again. They come off nice & concerning but they’ll not willing to take responsibility for anything. That’s why I wanted to so this review. So others can be aware.
