Booked a Segway tour through Groupon. Easy to book online and easy to find stand. Our instructor was run and informative. Out instructor was cool and relatable. Our group was funny and had a good time.

Great tour guide for the segway

I paid for a Townie and the bike I got was NOT a townie. It was much less comfortable to ride than the Townie. And they need to fix their Google maps location because the bike stand is located at the end of Illinois, but the map directed us to halfway down the actual Pier.

I would give them 0 star if I can! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! DON’T LET THEM FOOL YOU! I came to redeem my citypass tickets but they told me they CAN’T! You ask me why? Because certain kind of bikes aren’t available! And there at least 50 bikes parked and no one is using them!! They Sucks 😷😷

My wife and I took the Navy Pier segway tour offered by Bike and Roll Chicago for her birthday over the July 4th weekend and it was amazing! Lenny our tour guide was patient and helpful in getting us familiar with the segway and was very energetic, nice and informative throughout the 2+ hours of the tour! The weather helped as well and we were able to see the amazing skyline with a few recommendations from Lenny to go for, after! Thanks again Lenny for making her birthday an unforgettable one!Definitely recommended especially for Chicago first timers!

Great bikes

Had a really great experience, did the 6pm Segway tour. The training only took about 15 minutes and then we were on our way. Our tour guide Jay was really energetic and nice and made the experience a whole lot better. There were no problems with the segways.

Rebecca, our tour guide, was great! She has such wonderful insight and knowledge on all the sites we stopped at and the buildings around us. She is very pleasant and funny, nd mostly importantly, FUN! Will go back next time in Chicago! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do not go on the tour with Vincent. He is very rude and not patient. He would not answer any questions and he made very inappropriate comments about everyone from the state of Indiana being racist. also, he definitely did not share any interesting info about the city. What a waste.

We did Navy Pier segway tour on our last day in Chicago and Jade was our guide. Since me and my girlfriend were segway amateurs, Jade made it so comfortable for us and showed us how to ride. On top of that, she took AMAZING photos of us. We would highly recommend Bike and Roll Chicago and especially Jade as your guide for this segway tour.

Shout out to Albert in the Rental Department for his excellent customer service! We made a reservation on-line and we in and out in no time all with a can do smile. Thanks Albert!

Decent, reliable bikes for a very affordable price (if you preorder online, which I highly recommend otherwise you may be waiting at the door).

We walked all the way here just to be told that they didn’t have any more kids bikes for rent. Would have been great if they answered their phone so that we can check in future.

We had a great time on the tour. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was a great way to experience Chicago!

All about the location. Gets busy here on weekends so budget 20 minutes to get your rental and another 10 minutes to turn in. We rented rollerblades and had a great time. No half sizes but they run large.

Family had a Segway tour scheduled. We were up from Tennessee for sons birthday. They cancelled tour at last second because the guide for that particular tour did not show up for work. They were unable to re-book us because we were leaving the next morning. Could not add us to later tour because it was full. We did get a refund. We were all disappointed.

Little expensive and people are not that friendly but the bikes did their job without any problem

The worst place to go. They were an hour and half late t open for our reservation on the last day. Didnt remotely care. The attitude is we dont really care. Dont waste your time with this company

Reserved a bike three days in advance for 9:00. After calling a few times, they sent two employees around 9:45. The employees were rude and actively worked to help us last.

Depends on who is working.. frequently lack explanations of times and bikes, tend to run out by mid day

Divvy is much much cheaper

The bike broke and they wouldnt give us anything although we only got 45 minutes out of our hour that we rented.
