New to the area and I ride a single speed street bike. Had a flat that needed fixing and my front brakes to be tightened. This man took care of me in a timely manner. I will DEFINITELY be giving him more of my business.

I like supporting black businesses, but this guy is not only expensive for fixing a flat for a bike, he’s very arrogant. I thought maybe I just had a bad experience, but other people have expressed the same experience with him. I will never go back to him☹️

After I called, I stopped by and even though the sign said Open, no one came to the door. I stopped by today, someone came to the door and I was taken care of.

Well as far as customer service skills the experience was not what I expected; improvement is highly suggested!!!My bike was fixed as far as what I came for but on the flip side when I picked my bike up I noticed another issue that was not present when I first dropped my bike off to the Bike Clinic. When I dropped my bike off for one thing it appears another was created.I addressed the matter with Bike Clinic male worker and he refused to even look at it or fix it. Beforehand an associate of mine suggested that I may not want to go to Bike Clinic because of bad experience he had aswell. He called the man a jackleg, Well now I know for sure for what he meant for myself! 👎👎👎👎👎!

I was on a ride around the southern half of lake Michigan and i got to 87th and e lake shore drive when my spoke popped. It made my back wheel wobble. I called leroy from Bike Clinic and he personally came out and picked me up and fixed my bike back at his shop. And i was on my way. Couldnt have done it without him. A real hero!

Been going here for years! No Frills, no B.S kind of guy. Always has the parts I need and always same day service on repairs if the parts are in stock. The owner is always busy working hard doing repairs and doesnt have time for pleasantries. Do be turned off by this though. If you want your bike fixed correctly and quickly for a fair price, stop on by. Best bike repair in the city of Chicago!

Considering the economic reality of our business community, its hard to imagine how a business owner can be so rude, unfriendly and just plain not nice to a potential customer. He must have an alternate form of income.

This guy is the most unprofessional, egotistical, person I have ever tried to do business with. He lacks class and has no respect for his customers. I will take my bike to another state in the middle of a snow storm and pay double the price before I ever do business with him.
