Fresh produce and meats. Enough staff on the floor and the are enforcing the No Mask, No service. All the staff is wearing masks and they are helpful. Prices are about average on some things and above average on others.

Friendly staff, good selection of items for a quick run to the store. Items slightly over priced but restaurant inside serves delicious food. Always feel welcome and appreciated coming here!

Luv all of the Latin food and products, I always visit for their fresh French bread 🥖 and so much more, I can always find what Im looking for.

The tacos are delicious and everything is fresh, restaurant is very clean.

Good supermarket, if your Latino you will find everything, if your African American, you will find everything as well for you and your family and friends, if your white American you will find also things that suits your needs and also find everything,. But keep in mind that prices are subject to change,.

Taqueria has great food already made

Delivery order, this place showed up as Rico’s Tacos on DoorDash and I wanted Mexican breakfast.Packed SO well in styrofoam containers but then wrapped in foil which was necessary because the beans were the thin kind(not thick).The portions are obscene, like the biggest I’ve seen. Got the chorizo and eggs and huevos Mexicanas. Each dish came with a pack of hot Atotonilco corn tortillas. So for 2 breakfast items, I got at least 24 tortillas, maybe 30. Insane.The chorizo and eggs needed salt and was made with what I assume is fresh chorizo since they’re in a grocery store and they weren’t greasy at all which I appreciate, but the flavor could’ve been better. The Mexicanas were tasty but also needed salt. I don’t like overly salted food, so would prefer to have to add salt, than it be too salty. The rice and beans were delicious, especially the rice - very well seasoned. The horchata which i rarely get was one of the best I had because I could really taste the cinnamon in it.The food was good for what it was and I’m excited to find a new grocery spot, which I intend to check out in addition to the other food offerings at their taqueria.The feedback I’d give is to add options on delivery service to add items to dishes like cheese, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, etc. I would’ve like to have been able to add that to my chorizo and eggs. Also, don’t need so many tortillas, I assume it’s a expediency thing and that they’re getting them for dirt cheap, but it’s not necessary. Finally, the only thing I would’ve liked better is if the lid to my horchata was taped down including the straw hole. Nothing spilled but I do get paranoid about a driver slipping something into fountain drinks that aren’t taped down. My own crazy, I know.

Good grocery. They have a large, fresh selection of produce. A well stocked deli. A lot of standard cooking supplies and ingredients. they have fresh baked breads and a good beer and wine selection.There is also a restaurant in the front, and while I havent eaten there, they have a broad selection.Plenty of parking, and a quick checkout. Folks are very nice.

Very reasonably priced meats. However, the taqueria is fantastic, the steak tacos reminded me of my trips to Mexico. The tacos were also larger and more filled than what I expected. Strongly recommend not only for groceries, but for the hot food.

They have a small currency exchange services, pay your bills, money orders etc., Wire money services, Mexican restaurant & purchase your food groceries all in one place. How cool is that!

Bad customer service. The cashiers have an attitude and dont take time to properly bag your groceries.... Last time i came here, I walked to the parking lot when i noticed i didnt have a correct item. I wasnt able to get an exchange. The manager was rude and didnt take time to listen to me and laugh in my face.Will not come shop here again. They always close 10 to 15 mins early.

Overall it is a good store. Produce and meats are fresh. I always check the quick sale items for good deals on fruits and veggies, give the package a once over. They even have deals on prepared foods. The butchers are friendly. Good deals to be had at the deli as well. Store hours work well 7am-9pm daily

Live a block away, good times

A mostly Mexican market that is really inexpensive. Their produce is usually quite good. They have some really great tortillas, some freshly baked goods, and an expanded deli counter. Theyve started adding craft beers and better wines. But it is most fun to find traditional Mexican ingredients and build your dinner from there! Also, they have one of the best taquerias in the neighborhood!!

The best grocer nearby. Way better than the neighboring Armitage produce, on every measure. The staff is friendly, likable, the store is always clean and well run. The cafe inside is delicious and their rice and beans are sold in the store. Great produce section and deli. They even have some vege products and occasionally get more. I shop here regularly and always enjoy my visits.

Let me tell you that They also have a Taqueria and the food is fire... The steak sandwiches are the best in the area and so are the Tacos and chicken... And for a price you cant beat..

Place is great. Prices are good. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Come here all the time for fruit and fresh cut meat. Fresh carnitas all the time.

This is more about the restaurant. Prices have increased. Many times Ive gone in and they are out of food. This says they are open until 9pm but they have always been closing at 8pm but now I just came back from there, its 7pm, and they turned me away and told me they are closed at 7pm from now on. Im going there tomorrow just to see if he was lying to me. This place and the attached store is notorious for wanting to have one foot out the door at closing time. Ive even gone there 15 minutes before closing and had someone stop me at the door and wouldnt let me in. Ive tried getting in there 10 minutes before closing and they locked the entrance door.

Opens EARLY. Vegetables and Fresh Fruit. Reasonable prices. Most importantly FRESH BAKED HOT FRENCH BREAD...this ol girl is HAPPY while enduring Chicagos Winter Season.

I love Rico Fresh. Great prices, huge selection of imported and domestic products, and a great little restaurant inside.

Food was good. I had a burrito which cost about $6. I also got some fried plantains which heavily disappointed me as they were quite stale. The prices seemed to be average It was a bit cramped. The customer service was fine.

I do not have any complaints about this place. Its a great place to do your regular grocery shopping. Prices are great...

They dont carry a lot of the things other markets do, and the staff has a lot of attitude to them. Every time I go inside I leave wanting to kick some a** the woman look like theyre trying to win a beauty pageant and the men give some crazy looks

Dont eat the meat, but the produce is cheap. As the area gentrification, they are now carrying some organic food as well. Its local and cheap and Im fine with that.

I wish I lived closer so that I can get CHEAP produce. You can get 10 limes for $1 here! Thats HALF priced as Jewel Osco. Pineapples were on sale so I picked up 2. They were $2 each!

I retract anything good I have ever said about this place. It always smells like rotten meat, the produce is usually bad on the shelf and if it looks even ok, it is rotten by the next day. They dont carry basics like pretzels. The place is filthy. Go the extra few blocks to Tonys.

I visited this place for 2 times and everything was ok I just visited for the 3rd time and what a surprise I order 1 steak torta before I ordered the steak tacos they was good but today the steak taste nasty I have to throw the torta away caused of the taste that was horrible the steak was spoiled I will never come back to this place totally nasty
