The BEST donuts in the city! I always get a variety to share with family and friends, and favorites are the blueberry, pistachio, and pumpkin (when available). The chicken sandwiches are also fresh, crispy, and flavorful though I do prefer the donuts. Also recently tried the Nutella infused coffee which is delicious and perfect for chocolate lovers/those with a sweet tooth! Great, friendly, and helpful employees too!

We first stopped two years ago and my wife was still talking about how amazing they were that I know we had to stop again when we were back in Chicago! They taste just like regular ones!

Absolutely delicious donuts. One of the best donuts I’ve ever had. The yeast donut is massive enough to easily satisfy two people. The donut is so fluffy and chewy almost reminiscent of a croissant. Also had apricot jelly donut. Jelly was tart and not too sweet which was a nice balance.

We ordered the cinnamon raised donut and the chocolate donut. The cinnamon raised was fluffy, fresh, and had cinnamon sugar swirled within the donut - this one was our favorite and was recommended by the cashier. The chocolate donut was a little dense and the chocolate on top just tasted like Hersheys chocolate syrup instead of pure chocolate. We came at 11:30am and there were limited options but still lots of people in line and limited seating outside.

My absolute favorite donuts in Chicago. Do-Rite has a great selection of freshly made donuts, with everything from a Vanilla Bean Glazed to a Candied Maple Bacon (which run $1 extra because they’re so delicious). Their 50 W Randolph Street location gets pretty busy right before work on the weekdays, but even when there is a big line they move people through quickly and you don’t need to wait long. Grab one, six, or a full dozen!

Bought a vegan double chocolate donut which was more like a muffin than donut. But at 9am on a Sunday there were people buying dozens.They close at 2pm if you want to stop, my best bet would be early morning.

We visited the location on Randolph this morning. The cashier was so polite and informative. She just started brewing fresh coffee that smelled so good OMG and we had two sandwiches. This was my first time at Do-rite and it was truly great experience! I saw the shop and recognized it was on my to-try list so stopped by to get a buttermilk donut however they were sold out. I asked for couple of other flavors and they were sold out as well. I exclaimed my sadness and told the girl it was my first visit so if she would suggest me any other must try donut and she thought for couple of mins and showed me a box with dozen of donuts and said this one had the buttermilk flavor and offered me the entire box! Turned out someone placed an order of dozen donuts but never showed up so the manager was kind to let me try all the flavors I wanted to try. Now I have treat waiting for my family and friends back in NY :)

One of the better donut place I have tried. The tastes of the donuts are sweet but multilayered. For the most parts, the glazings are just there for refinements. It is the dough itself that really creates the rich taste in the cakes.

If you love cake style donuts then Do-rite is the place for you. This is a cute little shop with lots of variety. I love all the seasonal donuts but hands down the maple bacon donut is something you should try. It is hard to resist stopping by do-rite while on that end of town.

We served a pre-ceremony meal of donuts, fruit, mimosas at Gallery 1028 with Calihan Catering. Gallery 1028 had the donut wall. It was so perfect for a Sunday morning wedding.The prices were competitive and we worked with Pam. We left the choices of which donuts to bring up to her, our only restriction was that they were meatless donuts and also to include some gluten free. Her selections were excellent. I tried the coconut, the pistachio, and the confetti - all amazing. I heard the gluten free were excellent.We had a glitch with our credit card number, but our party planner, another amazing person, Farrah Singh Kauffman from Simply Azure Events handled the problem. Do-Rite donuts helped make the event great and didnt fail to deliver on-time.I am ruined for life for any other donuts, Do-Rite are the very best, nothing compares.I would highly recommend Do-Rite donuts for your party needs.

Since I am gluten free, there are only so many options for donuts, but once I tried these, I didn’t even care that I was gluten free. I wanted a donut and was hoping to come across a Dublin’ Donuts on my way to my car. But as I was walking by this shop, I noticed the donut replica out front and figured I’d step in and try it out. It was definitely worth it! The vanilla bean glazed donut was so thick and tasty while the vegan chai maple donut was very flavorful. A little sugary, but that’s to be expected! Definitely a place I’ll have to try again

It is usually a valid indication of something good is happening when there is a line out the door (except for the DMV). If you are looking for something unusual, try the Maple Bacon donut. If you are more traditional, the old fashion donuts are great. They are crispy on the outside, moist on the inside with just a hint of spice when you bite into them. As others have said, the $1 coffee makes a great companion.

This was a small location near Daley Plaza, but dont let its size fool you; I had one of the best donuts of my life here. There is not much room for seating and the prices are higher than national chains/retailers, but it doesnt matter because these are quality donuts with amazing flavor. Whether you like glazed, old-fashioned, or non-traditional donuts - this place has you covered. Highly recommend.

Premium fancy city donuts. They have unique flavors and variety, the store is small and only to-go no seating. The service was pleasant and efficient.We ordered one donut something with cinnamon toast crunch ground up in it. It was awesome and tasted like a cinnamon roll. It was definitely something to share.The price was premium as you could have bought 3 chain donuts for close to the price. Almost missed it with how small the location is (cant blame them though, it is real estate in the loop). A co-worker brought some in for the team and I never realized what real doughnuts were like. Very small donut shop but truly a hidden gem. They are my favorite donuts in all of Chicago. The old fashions are crunchy and delicious. They have a huge selection of donuts considering the small size of the shop.They also serve dark matter coffee which is great. Excellent place to stop by your way to work or in the morning after a late night out.

My second favorite of the doughnut places I went to in Chicago. I had the maple bacon which was pretty good. The bacon was a little under cooked and too chewy for my taste but others might like it. Service was a little gruff. Coffee was decent.

Some of the better donuts in Chicago land. The blueberry crumb cake donut is amazing but Ive only found it at the one by intensive care clinic. These is one of the most perfectly textured and balanced filled donuts youll ever find. Its moist and fresh inside but has perfect crumb cake texture for the body of it.

One of my favorite donut shops ever. Its a grab and go location, but in the mornings I believe (before 10am) you can sit inside the adjacent restaurant if youd like. Theres also a few tables out on the sidewalk. My top 3: cinnamon raised, chocolate old fashioned, and good ole original glazed. Theyre all amazing to be honest. No chicken sandwiches at this location though be warned!

On a recent visit to Chicago, my sister and I decided to try a few donut places in town during our walk. Do-Rite was one of our stops and we were glad we did. We decided to pick a few to try. Apple fritter was just okay, chocolate glazed was good but nothing special but when we got to the pistachio Meyer lemon donut... it was amazing! I wished I got more. Coffee + donut = a good way to start the morning!

This place is outrageously good. The donuts are reasonably priced considering their size. You can get a pretty large, filling donut for between $2 and $3. They have a variety of kinds, from simple classics, like chocolate, to funky (but delicious) flavors like lemon pistachio or carrot cake.My go-to is the apple fritter. The apple chunks are so flavorful.I havent had Glazed and Infused yet, but Ive been to Stans several times, and although the donuts at Stans are pretty good, theres no doubt in my mind that these are the best donuts Ive yet had in Chicago. I heartily recommend this place to anyone who loves sweets.

These are the best donuts in Chicago! Compared to competing shops they offer great seasonal flavors, always taste fresh, and prices are reasonable. The old fashioned donuts are my favorite.
