I have to be honest, I grew up in the area where the Walmart is, however, I find this Walmart to be one of the best stores in the area and in surrounding suburbs.I went earlier in the day, the store was clean and well stocked. I had no problem getting through the aisles because they seem to be wider than the other Walmarts I visit.The one issue that I did have is that I couldnt find some of the Frozen items I was looking for. Either the Walmart is not well staffed to restock the Frozen section, or theyre going to have a product reset in the Frozen aisle. I didnt get pics of the empty freezer shelves.

This Walmart location will not be ready for Black Friday they have over 10 machines that are broke down for self check out they need a full-time tech to handle these issues a lot of the ploys was rude this day the line was like all the way in back of the store I did not like my Walmart experience

They were great patent while helping me smileing and doing the best they could for My satisfactory .

This one is way outside of my home area otherwise it would be my Walmart. It more comfortable shopping here.

Store just opened November 20, 2020. The staff were friendly, check out is different at this store everyone does self checkout but staff are present to assist. This store has great finds, plenty of toy and bike options. The best spot for grabbing household items, holiday gifts and groceries. There is curbside pickup available and instore.

Surprise..!Faster Service, more Attentivethan CVS and Walgreenscombined.

This place is huge and they have a lot in this space. The store wasnt well maintained, and appeared under staff. But, the staff was very helpful, courteous, and patient with all the customers in the store. I would definitely return.

Super BAD... 3 visit to this one and carts area are always empty, I have to go to the parking to get one, and almost all of them have wheels locked, barely any of them works properly. On products, thats another problem, I go looking for something and always empty (not a problem when I go to other Walmart, but on this one, my gosh)Some products are past due on expiration date, packages of ham slices opened...At least employees are nice... Must be a manager problem.

I love this store its very accessible and the people when you come through the door they are always so friendly and theres help in every department if you need it and the food is always so fresh and the shells are always stopped with everything you need and theyre within walking distance of some people and you can catch a train or a bus

Great store. Found the right size school uniform for my son, and his size is not easy to find. We went to a lot of different clothing stores with no luck, so thank you Walmart for being there for us.

Items are all over the place. Workers standing around chatting in groups, on their phones, cant find what your looking for and when asking for help your pointed in the wrong direction. Go to Walmart on Cicero or the suburbs on north Ave, way better. My opinion.

For such a large and well established brand, I was highly disappointed with the customer service I received here. I had to wait for a worker to return from lunch break to get my questions answered. I was told this by 3 other workers. Also, there were other customers that asked for help and were actually told, I CANT help you by sales associates. I am shocked that a company like Wal-Mart would allow such poor customer service represent its brand in a market they fought for decades to get into. I normally dont publicly write reviews like this, Id normally send my feedback directly to corporate but to see a customer told that they couldnt be helped by multiple employees isnt acceptable.

This Walmart is like most Walmarts. But make sure you choose the time you go wisely because the parking lot get packed. Also dont let the randoms in the parking lot trick you I to donating to some random cause

Too over packed. Lines were unbelievably long. Like literally, You will have to wait at least an hour in line to get to The checkout. Make you not want to visit the city

I liked stores setup/and they seem to have everything that i came in to get AND more.

The store is great. The people that work the floor are polite & nice. The cashiers..... Not so much😒They lost 2 stars because the Cashiers seem to be trained in Rudeness. They only speak to tell you the price. You can TRY to say Have a Good Day, or Thank You, but youll most likely get upset because they wont respond. The crazy part is that they ALL do it.

Customer service could be more professional but the curbside guys are pretty young.

They always seem to be out of the same item. U have staff just walking around. U ask for help & get I dont know. Y are they ther? People who are NOT handicapped r playing on carts. I see them get up & walk 2 items like nothing.

I pride myself in going to a Walmart every new place I visit. This was by far the worst Walmart I have visited. A lot of items missing, stores disorganized, and for me the worst part was absolutely no fishing stuff (no reels, rods, or any tackle)!

The issue I have at this location is some of the staff. Just because their employees are customer representatives of the company, does not mean that they have quality customer service skills. Some do now, dont get me wrong. Some of the associates who are Managers, totally lack good managerial sills. It seems like if they have a certain amount of time with the company they automatically get Manager spots. What they Need, and badly, is extensive customer service training. They appear to have let their jobs go to their heads. There are some who will actually take time to show you where something is if you ask. Then there are some who say, and I quote, Its over there. Like I can see what theyre pointing at. Im 5 feet tall. I never knew where over theres is.

Typical walmart, probably due to its location. It has a lot of things youd typically find at a beauty supply store for all my melanin queens! Which is not usual for other walmarts Ive been to located in other neighborhoods, so who ever is on the marketing and research team, youre doing a good Job.

They dnt have work shoes like before with affordable price

I was looking for a specific first aid product that their website confirmed they had, but when I got there, they were completely out. It took me about 30 minutes to get there, unfortunately it was a waste of time and gas. The shelves desperately needed to be restocked and organized. There were alot of workers not doing any work, but for the most part were friendly.

They would not take cash because maybe there to lazy and ever time time they take cash I dont know why they did this it never happen to me ever seen they open

I applied for a part time job here and passed the test with no errors. I was told they needed me to work 32. Hours which is part time. As much as you advertise hiring I have great experience but the personnel dept refused to hire me. Im truly wondering why. Especially when I shop there at 2 to 3 times a week. When people that know me asked personnel why. On North Ave and Cicero. Thats a shame when they turn down good workers with great experience. We support or Wal-Mart neighborhood store but cant be hired there.

Always a place to come and get some if those items that other stores offer but at Walmart at a better price. Dont expect the best service but they do have a large self checkout. There is plenty of parking and you can also order online and pickup at store so it is convenient.

The seasonal bike accessory aisle looks like a bomb hit it! Its spring time and what was my experience!?empty shelves, product in disarray,advertising inventory when not available!....to many criticisms to even list! I wont even discuss the bicycle inventory! Unless youre a six yr old, you have a big problem there because 0 selection!

They have good parking and everything one needs

This is always a good place to shop. They have everything you need, and the prices are amazing. I go there a lot and enjoy the new products they have added to the store. Plus you can check yourself out or if you prefer go to a cashier.

This store closed during the covid outbreak but has reopened and been remodeled. Beautiful and clean, it might be the nicest Walmart I have seen. The self checkout is a plus that wasnt there before the remodel.

I just love this store and the people who here are nice. Especially the cashiers and the gay supervisor. He is so sweet and adorable wish I knew what his name was I forgot.

Been to about 40 Walmarts... this one has one of the best setups Ive ever seen. I only felt like there was one too many shelves with empty areas to ignore.

The chicken has a price tag written on it with a discount, but paid without a discount. Walmart decided to make big money off me

One of the better walmarts in the area. Sometimes shelves arent stocked and items arent available. If I have time and ask an employee to help, they can usually get me what I need.

Pretty meh,service is basic but my card got declined 3 times literally I had to try over and over and the processing was really slow. 3/10 basic selection, prices are lower but if you want a better experience and quality youre better off paying a lil more at target or something.

Great prices as expected and saved so much money for my babys items. However at the time (Saturday evening) I went many shelves were either half empty, or things were just scattered all around the shelves. I managed to to get what I needed but the disorganization made it longer. Not to mention many departments were just now stocking shelves. Wait time in the long was okay, but this Walmart supports more self checkouts than cashiers and there were only two cashiers open. Its a good Walmart but your best bet is to go in the morning.

I loved it. That was my 1st at that one. Im new to the community. The customer service was excellent. I wanted this red, black & teapot, it was the only left with no price tag. The floor customer service fut found the price for me, walked me to the register and told the ladies what to key in so I could get the teapot. Excellent service i will be shopping there regularly.

Even after the remodel they still have the worst customer service.

I went to the pharmacy and the counter attendant did not want to refill my prescription because she said the prescription was expired even thought the due date says Julio 2022. I didnt argue and I called to the other Wal-Mart pharmacy on North Ave. and they refilled my prescription.

Like the services because I needed help shopping and the super at the time gave ok for this incredible young lady to help me, she was not rushing none of those things. Patiently help me take the time to shop. Yes I did spread the news. THANKS AGIN
