I can not say enough good things about Sam. My garage door opener was not functioning. Despite the below zero temperatures and blizzard like conditions he came out right away. I called John at Magic Touch Garage Doors earlier today after having the same problems with my garage door that I have when the weather gets cold. My home inspector told me when I bought my house last year, I needed the eyes (sensors) replaced. John explained that since the opener is over 20 yrs old, this would only be a band aid to replace parts and end up costing more in the long run, which absolutely makes sense, considering its 15° outside and I have no idea when these replacement parts can be located. John quoted me to replace the sensors and opener, and even though it took 3 hrs instead of 1.5 hrs (because the wall button was a nightmare) he honored his original pricing. He could not have been more fair, honest, helpful and friendly. Same goes for his helper/employee that was with him tonight (sorry I forgot to get his name my brain was frozen!) These guys are GREAT! Highly recommended! And they do maintenance as well! I will absolutely be calling them back for that part!

Recommended. Garage door went off rails in single digit temperatures. Emailed Magic Touch through their website, they called within an hour. They were on site within 2 hours. 1 hour of work was replacing rollers, greasing bearings, replacing bad sensor and other necessary maintenance in a cold garage in a snow storm. Price was fair and competitive. Team wore masks and followed distancing protocols.

Our garage door spring snapped. John came out that day and was back the following day to fix it. He replaced the spring, tightened everything up, and replaced the rollers. It’s like new now.Great customer service! Price seems in the ballpark and for the service provided it was well worth it.
