Love the Incan Warrior smoothie - highly recommend. Menu is a bit on the pricier side for some, but I appreciate their ingredients. Interior is cute with 2 tables and window-counter seating.

Great quality, but I strongly believe that the smoothies are very overpriced. I really want to be supportive of local businesses, but I have got to say that it’s not fair to charge people $12 for some frozen bananas and berries. Again, for the sake of being supportive, I am giving it a 4 - could easily be a 3!

Really wanted to like this place but after waiting 25 minutes (!!) in line and leaving empty-handed, I’m disappointed. The poor employee behind the counter was struggling to fulfill all of the orders of smoothies and bowls which all have to be hand made and take quite a bit of time. I simply wanted a pressed juice, which are already prepared and this should’ve been a 30 second transaction, but the employee was so overwhelmed by orders he wasn’t able to take any new orders the entire time I was in the store. As someone who works in food service - whoever runs this place needs to provide support their employees and create a system for expediting! It is unfair and illogical to have one employee working during prime hours - and he was doing his absolute best. Very poorly run.

The cleanest food you could possibly buy in Chicago. Filtered water used in all their products, all organic ingredients, tons of superfoods. Extremely healthy and delicious. Well worth the price.

My go-to juice and smoothie joint in Lakeview East! They have a large selection of fresh juices as well as smoothies. The staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when I cant make up my mind between all the different options! My go-to is the charcoal shake, but everyone loves these so they go quick.

What a great addition to the neighborhood! The space is beautiful & all the fresh juices being made give it the most wonderful fresh smell. Lovely staff too! But the reason to go is obviously THE BEST JUICES IN CHICAGO! I went in today for the first time on the recommendation from a friend & had the most wonderful juice & smoothie (couldnt choose & glad I didnt- they were both amazing). They make their own almond milk & cold press their juices. So yummy! Go now!!!

They always remember me, which is impressive because I go there every few months. Their quality is amazing, and they usually have new things to try. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This is my favorite juice place in the city. I love the location, too! They have multiple now.

I love this place. Everyone is so welcoming and the quality of product is unsurpassed. I marvel that people complain about the prices - what do you expect to pay for that amount of organic produce plus e Lakeview rent? In my opinion its a bargain. I dont mind paying a fair price for an exceptional product. I wish I had a better understanding of why there are certain combinations and what the health benefits of each combo are but Im new to juicing so somewhat of a novice. City Press offers a great variety and the product is always exceptional and consistent. Thank you for being in Lakeview where healthy options are few and far between.

Angela knows so much and takes the time to explain why she uses the ingredients she uses. For example, most other juice cleanses I find too sugary and Angela uses a bit of green apple in her combos specifically to keep the glycemic index low and the juice has a hint of sweet. Just one example of the care she puts into each juice.

Loved the variety of drinks they have! Definitely a place to go if you like your organic juices!

Run over to get the juice, very fresh and packaged to last a few days. I like the vegetable mixes personally and there isnt a juice that I would avoid. We have done the juice cleanse as well which is competitively priced for a juice cleanse. Loses a star minimal selection, smoothies are ok, and weird hours (would love to get juice for breakfast)

Best juice and blends in Chicago. Ive tried juices on the west coast and in other countries. No one can beat the taste and creative combinations of City Press! My faves are Sun goddess, Applie Gimlet, House Green, and North Beat.

My motivation to swing by City Press is both the product and the people. They are equally wonderful- thoughtful, kind and good for you. One of my favorite places in Chicago!

Staff went above and beyond explaining everything on their menu. They were patient with my indecisiveness (because everything looked amazing!) I ended up walking out with a bunch of juices and a goji bowl -- so happy that I stopped in!

My favorite spot on the block! Very clean and super healthy options. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.Everything here is organic, fresh and vegan friendly. They make a variety of cold press juices and theres a good selection of smoothies and a small selection of raw foods. You must try the tufu egg salad.I also get my alkaline water from here.Bohemian Harvest and East of the lake are my favorite smoothies. Old Fashioned and Apple Gilmet are my favorite cold press. Ginger/lemon and wheat grass are my favorite shots!
