Rude guy, Im not perfect but you need some customer service and training .I just want to make business, if you dont sell it to public ok I understand but TREAT PEOPLE WITH COURTESY !!!! .

The counter guys are well versed in HVAC parts. I usually get what I need.

Editing this review. Not all personell is unhelpful. Ive been back and there are a couple of good employees.Old review,Incompetent staff. No customer service skills. You may be knowledgeable but if you have no customer service skills and dont know how to speak professional to a potential client, you should not be allowed to represent a company behind a sales desk. Youre not in the refrigeration business, youre in the customer service business. I wouldnt go back here, I can get treated better and receive better prices at Munchs or something else down the street.

They have plenty of parts and some good employees. They do not offer refunds even with receipt

I called to see if they carried a part I was looking for, but all I got was a bad attitude. I feel the person I spoke with shouldn’t have contact with the public. I drove past them to make my purchase, and drove past them to get home, but I will never try to buy anything from them.

They wont provide you with any information or assistance if you dont have an EPA certification. If you maintain your own property, save a trip and buy online with a different company. If youre EPA certified, ignore this review because Im not part of the club.
