The gentleman that I talked to at the Chicago was very helpful and understanding. The Frye website on the other hand is something to be desired. I emailed them a question twice (since they didnt answer me the 1st time). Their website says that they will return emails with 24-48 hours. Im still waiting 10 days later. I called the main Frye and left a message 2 days after the last email. Once again, Im still waiting for a return call. Other than that, I love their products.

All employees that I have encountered here are absolutely amazing including Jon. I just bought a pair of lifestyle shoes there today and bought a wallet there back in December. Great company! Great culture! I want to give this company 10 stars.

This store is great. Frye is a legendary boot company known for its great look and quality. I went to get a pair of boots at the Chicago location on Rush St. The sales attendant, Alyssa, spend about 30 minutes with me to make sure I got the right boot. She brought down many styles and sizes to make sure I was happy. I bought a boot that was a little too big and when I went to exchange it, it was easy. I was then helped by the manager Nina, who made sure I was totally happy before I left. I felt that the customer service was above and beyond. When dropping that kind of money on boots, its nice to know that the people working at the store really care and want you to be happy. I will definitely return in the future to buy more products. Great company and great customer service. What more could you ask for?

Customer service was great. I came in for a pair of sandals I had seen online. They were an online only style. The adorable employee gladly looked them up to see if they were available in my size. Unfortunately they werent. Appreciate the little extra effort!

Best quality shoes/boots out there! Best return policy! Best warranty policy! And the company continues to add to their collection, on a season to season basis… I have had boots that have lasted me over 10 years! I currently own 4 pairs right now, and they are all super comfortablel, stylish, and extremely durable. I am unable to buy just any shoe, as I had my foot crushed by a bus at 1 point in my life. They are the only shoes/boots I trust. They also leave a double stitched seam, which leave the ability to put medical/therapeutic mesh inside the foundation and side walling of the shoe.

Everyone at this CHI location is awesome! Exemplary customer service both in person and over the phone! I called ahead from AZ before my visit for vacation-- to be sure the tote I wanted would be there & Kai did not disappoint! The store is gorgeous and spacious with comfortable seating for the husband :-) I will definitely be stopping here on all CHI visits. My Melissa tote in Beige is perfect, just the right size. The fold-over Melissa in brown is just as nice and perfect size for errands and when you want to be hands free.

Visited the store on Friday, 22 November. Requested to have boots shipped and was told to expect arrival in a few days. Boots arrived TODAY! Thank you, Natalie H., for your patience and wonderful customer service!

The best place to get boots. Cool store. Impeccable craftsmanship. The only difficulty youll have is deciding which pair to choose - youll want to buy them all! Rachael is a gem. She was very helpful and made the experience very enjoyable.

I purchased Allison boots last winter I love my boots but as much money as I paid for my boots my heel came off :( and I didn’t keep the receipt because I didn’t think my heel would come off. They want pictures of the boot the numbers in the boot the receipt I’m so disappointed with the company I can’t even tell you. But i will never buy from them again. And if you do purchase any th ing keep the receipt.Sincerely frustrated and angry

High quality well-made leather goods. Not all the leathers here are equal, but if you find a full grain, especially Horween leather, it will last you a long time with only a little bit of care. Expect to pay more for these but worth it. Staff in here are great at helping you out.

Be very careful when you purchase an item if it is not one piece. I purchased a Logan briefcase and the buckles have failed five times in three years. Im being told it is not under warranty (and now my expensive briefcase is no longer usable).

I bought my first pair of leather Frye boots when I was in high school. They still look brand new and they still carry a boot that looks very similar to it now on their website. Just keep them cleaned, conditioned and polished to keep them looking brand new.
