Great place, the trucks are easy to drive, are economical, and handle well. we drove cross-country, as well as in the city, and both experiences were good. having ipass in the car is really good too. whats pleasant is the straight charge for tolls, no extra. the only thing is backing up is a living hell: please install rear-view cameras in your fleet.

BEWARE of booking through Penske!! I made a reservation for pickup at noon today. Showed up at 11:59 to a man walking out of the office. When I showed him my reservation, he said it was a bummer they closed at noon today. He blamed Penske and said they should have told me to come at 11:30 AM. Now I am completely screwed for my move when it probably would have only taken 10-15 minutes to help me. Instead, this extremely rude man refused to help me because it would be after his hours. A little kindness to others would go a long way and after what I experienced I highly doubt this place will give you good service. Terrible and I will tell everyone I know about my poor experience here.

Great staff and quick service

They gave me one deposit price then made it higher upon arrival. The second thing is that they lied about a few things; my credit card is a USAA card which I had and used for years but I go in there and they tried to say that my card was fake. I also called before hand about someone driving on my behalf and included the legal age of 20 with a drivers license and everything was fine but as soon as I get there the age requirement changed.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have rented from them multiple times over the last few years and always have been happy with my experiences. They will pick you up if need for your rental. It’s in a convenient location for people in the city. They aren’t open on Sundays, but you can drop your vehicle off if you need to return it while they are closed.

Very experienced, helpful and kind people working here. We rented a truck and trailer for our move. of over 1,000 miles one way and felt very assured with the almost new condition of them both. We paid slightly more for insurance, which turned out to be a good thing for us. When pulling in for gas along the way, the bumper on the trailer got dented on the pole at the pumps. The company honored the insurance agreement without any hassle. We paid nothing more. I highly recommend them to everyone!

This place is so awesome. The main guy is kind of a tough guy but as long as you are upfront with him he is really nice and helpful. The pricing was great value and they were willing to work with me and actually lowered my charge per mile to a reasonable number because I told them I needed to drive about 600 miles round trip. I ended up keeping it an extra day and didnt call them and they were fine with it. I even called in the morning because I wasnt going to make it in time, and they really understanding and told me it was no problem just take my time. I originally was going to get a basic and simple box truck with a pull out ramp but after talking to the guy, I asked about a powered lift gate and he told me it was only an extra $25/day and since I was moving a large piano I jumped on that idea. I think I got a really good value and really good cust. service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They truck inventory is always solid and the vehicles themselves are always of high quality condition. Lift gates are important to us and most of their stock has it. I find uhaul to be an painful experience.... Elite truck rental is the exact opposite experience. The Elite Truck Rental crew has always taken care of my business. Weve been using them for close to 10 years now and they havent let us down. As an Event Operations company, we rent trucks sometimes 2-3 at a time for a busy weekend throughout the summer. It has been a very rare case for us to have an issue with a truck, (only twice in 10 years that I can remember) but when there is an issue all I ever ask is we get progress reports on a solution from Elite and problems are handled as quickly and politely as possible, and I can say that has always been the case! Rented a car from Hertz because I was on a business trip from Virginia. I had to change my pickup time a couple of times and they were more than accommodating over the phone. All staff was friendly and pickup and drop off were quick and easy. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I come back into town again.

I had a Budget truck cancel on me the day before I needed to move. A man called and said there was a no-truck situation and that I needed to call customer service to see if theres anything left for me to use. I tried calling the customer service but the number he gave me was incorrect. After a brief panic, I quickly found Elite Truck Rentals website and had a 15 foot truck reserved within minutes. Very friendly people on the phone. Extremely clear communication. The truck was in great condition. I was able to have the truck for 23 hours (I couldnt find a U-Haul truck to rent for more than 6 hours).For moving within the city, I will only use Elite Truck Rental in the future.

About 4 times a year, Ive been renting cargo vans and trucks from Elite for many years now. They are a wonderful and honest group of people to deal with. Elite Truck Rental takes the stress out of renting a truck. You can reserve from a range of sizes and they actually will have your truck when you go there. They will take the time to inspect the vehicle with you and show you all of the controls. Some of the larger trucks have air brakes and other things you may not be fully familiar with. The trucks are almost always in top condition. If there is something about the truck you dont like, all you have to do is ask and they will provide an alternate vehicle. The staff, service and vehicles are all top notch. I highly recommend Elite for all your rental truck needs. I have rented from them maybe 30 times over the last 15 years.

We arrived here for a confirmed Hertz rental reservation only to be informed that the place had stopped renting Hertz vehicles a few weeks earlier. The manager had no sympathy whatsoever for our situation or our justifiable frustration. Instead of offering solutions, he made derogatory comments about my appearance and directed us to wait outside in the heat. Based on our experience, I would caution anyone who openly presents as a member of the LGBT community to find somewhere else to do business.

My truck was ready and waiting for me as soon as I walked outside after paying. A man used a camera to record damage prior to me leaving ( very helpful to avoid any false claims of damage ). I was shown where to park the truck and put the keys after the rental and the truck was practically brand new. I highly recommend elite. Everyone was polite behind the counter and helpful as well.
