I have been a customer for several years! Thank you Matthew for suggesting a variety of solutions when I had some changing home+furniture situations! I was impressed because Matthew kept in mind what my situation was and made sure to update me with any new options that came up until all was resolved. That was both friendly and professional! For a while I rented two units there because my situation was changing, I still keep one of them as the place is very clean, well-organized and easily accessible and under the new management it offers various types of new storage rooms. For some time it will still be the extra room that I don’t have at home and I am sure that I will find a smaller or a bigger locker if needed, either in Andersonville or in the other HONORE locations. Thanks again to all the staff who have also been polite and willing to help and never gave me the impression that that they were helping because they ”had to” !

I cannot say enough amazing things about this storage facility. More-so their employee Matt. We were at the mercy of others, as we were in Canada while our move was being done. It was extremely stressful as our movers were not great (not recommended by Honore Storage - we found them on our own), however, Matt went above and beyond to assist us with our storage unit. At first, the unit we had planned to use was apparently too small, and our movers did not want to attempt to fit our things (which it probably could have fit). In desperation I called Matt after hours, (who was at home making dinner) with their concerns. He was lovely and was over there to find a bigger storage unit for them within no time. The entire time, he told me not to stress and he would figure it out. He was so pleasant and I cannot thank him enough. I hope you have the pleasure working with him, because it truly changed my day. I went from being very stressed to extremely relieved and calm. Matt - I hope you read this and know you are a wonderful person. Thank you for all of your help.

Had to move some items between moves, and Matthew was able to help out. Great facility, but the carts are a bit jank and there is no elevator to the second floor. Otherwise a great experience.

I had the best experience at Honore Storage. Chris was the nicest employee. We needed to get into the unit when the office was closed on Sunday (we forgot our code) and our phone call was answered immediately. The units are extremely well kept. Try these guys out!

Matthew at Honore Storage was a dream to work with. Their facilities on Lawrence are easy to access and are extremely clean. There is a small parking lot behind the garage door that you can use for your car while you or your movers are unloading stuff from the truck in the dock. I cant recommend Honore on Lawrence enough.

I was helped by Lucas when trying to find a medium to low amount of storage space. Lucas did not try to up-sell me, and showed me several different units that would fit my needs, giving me options. He was attentive to my concerns, explained all of the various benefits of each unit, and was engaged in my specific storage needs. I found a perfect unit/spot, and am extremely happy with the experience and the overall attention that Honore showed me. Great folks working there and I feel that their security and access are designed perfectly to my requirements. Highly recommended!!!

I needed a place to store some furniture while I staged my condo for sale. The team at Honore Storage worked with me to decide the best size of the storage unit for the items I needed to secure, and then they helped me select a space the suited my budget and accessibility needs. They made the process easy. The building itself is a fortress, well insulated, dry and comfortable temperature-wise throughout. I especially appreciate the indoor loading dock big enough for an eighteen-wheeler with the freight elevator just a few steps away. Excellent storage solution in the heart of the Andersonville neighborhood. I strongly recommend doing business with this team.

Amazing, amazing, amazing service! Before my move in day, the owner Frank helped me over the phone to guide me to the perfect size unit for my things- while making sure I got the best deal. On the day I was moving my things into storage, an employee Matthew was BEYOND helpful. He even helped carry my things up the stairs as my unit was on the second floor, and got a cart so that it was very easy to transport things from my car to the unit. Additionally, he offered complimentary ice cold water bottles as moving in July in Chicago is very hot - it was a real life saver! Units are very clean and new. Flawlessly run company. Great prices. 10/10 overall.

First time ever renting storage and this was a very simple process. I walked in randomly off the street and learned everything I needed to know Within 10 minutes. They had a unit available in the size needed, they showed me the unit and how to access it, and then my partner paid for the unit the next day online. I was able to walk in the next day to sign the lease, get key, passcode, and buy a lock. They have reasonable $7 per month insurance. They gave us the first month rent free, and a $5 discount given the unit had a pipe that ran through the top of it. We moved in yesterday and it was super easy. Drove the Uhaul truck right into the back up to the platform that sits at the elevator. They also have shared wheely tools for moving stuff to the exact unit. We were done within less than 30 minutes. Super easy! I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Their customer service team worked tirelessly with me to get me the best unit at the very best price. I had rented at other facilities, but Matthew went out of his way to follow up, which sealed the deal for me. He even offered coffee and water on a particularly hectic pre-move day. Kris and Matthew made getting moved in a breeze, even during their busy season Kris facilitated parking. MUCH appreciated!

Honore Storage felt like a concierge service from the minute I reserved a room. Initially I chose them because of their competitive rates but Im so happy that excellent customer service came with it. After I booked a space, I got a call from Matthew who recommended I tour the space to see if the space I booked would fit my needs. When I arrived, not only was there complimentary coffee and water, but Matthew was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. I have been renting a unit since June 2005 & finally I was able to move everything out of my unit. During the time that I have been renting new owners bought the place & they are fantastic. They have made cosmetic improvements but more importantly everyone who works there is kind, hard-working, and very friendly. I would especially like to thank new hires, Matthew & LaKesha. Moving mostly boxes of books out of my unit was a difficult task but they made it especially easy. They always had smiles on their faces & I never felt like I was bothering them when I needed the elevator. If you are looking for a storage unit I HIGHLY recommend Honore.

Honore was really fantastic when I needed to store things last minute during a move. I had a really stressful move and they were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I also forgot to cancel my monthly payment at the end of the month, but they called me to double check before automatically charging me for another month, which was really considerate of them.

Our experience at Honore Storage has been great. The staff is always very helpful and accomadating and the storage spaces are clean and well maintained. One of their employees, Matthew, even offered us cold bottles of water after we moved some items into the storage space.

I checked out a few local companies to compare options, and Honore Storage really stood out. The employee I spoke with was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in detail. The new ownership must have rehabbed a number of the units as well because they were the nicest ones I saw. Ultimately the decision to pick Honore was simple based on the competitive pricing, positive employee interaction, and the nice looking units. Highly recommend!

We love that there’s a loading dock so we can drive the car right in without having to worry about weather and parking. There are carts available to move heavy/large items. And the staff has been so nice and extremely responsive every time I reach out. Highly recommend.

Access hours very limited - only until 6:30 pm weekdays, earlier weekends. Also, they wasted my time - said over the phone they had a 10x10 locker available, when I got there it had a huge column in the middle of it.
