I saved so much money !!! i came here for a second opinion and they saved me 600.00 dollars !! i was told in a different location i needed to change my catalytic converter because i had my check engine light,,,, i took my car to these professional honest people, and they took my car in and they showed me my problem it was my flex pipe that had a small leak before the catalytic converter!!! and problem fixed!! thank you guys will recommend this location !!!

Not happy with how they fix my dads transmission leak. The leak was fixed but they left the transmission fluid bone dry which caused the transmission to slip into gear. Luckily my alley mechanic came back from vacation and added some transmission fluid for my dad. I was going here for years but the prices are steep. I last paid close to $300 for a rear brake job on my Nissan Murano. Friends in the neighborhood told me thats too much money. Ill stick to my alley guy.

Fixed car in timely manner. Unfortunately the estimate was changed three times by three different people. To me it just seemed like one of the mechanics wanted a bit more and just decided to raise the price by $100.Nothing but greed in this shop. Look around for a better price.

I called in and had conversation with Jessie about leaking brake fluid.....brought in my car same day....and he resolved my problem by replacing brake lines and he showed me Where the problem was. and my muffler as well needed replacement... and fixed it same day..for very reasonable price...now my car is purring like a happy kitten..!!! he is very honest and dependable...I will take my car there again for all my needs in future...thanks Jessie....!!!

I recently brought my Toyota Rav-4 in for a diagnostic. Jennifer was extremely helpful, she price-matched the quote another shop had given me. Will bring it in to this shop in the future, the work performed by the shop has worked out great.

WOW! I must of came at the wrong time but the lady there was rude and ignorant. Now I remember why I stopped going there and stopped referring people to this place. If you have the tolerance to deal with this person then this is your place. Good luck!

Went it to have my alternator replaced because it went out after 14 mos, was told I needed to pay for the part again and the labor. I refused to pay for the part, it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Jenny was yelling at me for not paying for the part, she calls me back, telling me she is doing me a huge favor by replacing the alternator. I paid for the labor on it (receipt was marked 1 year warranty) shady again. Told her to replace my brake pads, (2 year warranty on receipt)she said they were fine, but once she realized, she was making no money off the replacement, LIFETIME WARRANTY part again, she said the calipers were bad. Threatened me with, any day they could fall apart on me. Leads me to believe, that she had the mechanic tamper with my calipers, he just said they were fine on the test drive that day. I will now have to contact the city, state and federal agencies regarding her business practices. Also she voided the warranties on my alternator and brake pads, which further proves my case (CONSUMER FRAUD). I will be reaching out to the BBB and CONSUMER FRAUD DIVISION as a result. If my calipers go out on my car, you all know why. I will provide a follow up, if this does in fact happen, as I expect it to now that I was threatened by Jenny Nunez. Guess what??? All of my brake work they did had to be replaced and the alternator went out again!! Thank you for all the garbage repair work!! You should be out of business, criminals!! Dont play victim when your intent is to defraud your customers. Jenny- Correct yourself, I dont own a gas station. But I do own a vehicle your business did shoddy repairs too. At least admit your work is subpar and move on. Future customers will find out the truth soon enough. Edit: June 19th 2021--There is one more thing I would like to add to this review, they did my springs and struts on my vehicle and knocked out my ABS on my vehicle. Found this out recently, because if you break it during a repair, dont tell the customer, let them have to take it to a different repair shop to find out. Dont worry though, karma is coming for you!

I have been going to this place for a few years now & Ive always felt like they are crooks & yesterday I prove myself right, I had stopped in because my check engine light had been turning on so the girl that works there went out & checked it with the diagnostic device she gave me 3 issues but previously I had been told that my spark plugs needed replacing even though this shop had done them a year ago so I told her that she says bring me the receipt I said ok fast foward to the next day I didnt find the receipt for the plugs but I found 3 receipts for the same part within 2 years & by the way each time got charged different prices & on 1 of them I had a year warranty but yet 7 months later these rip offs are charging me again for a part that is under warranty. But instead of being professional the brother of the girl tells me I should go somewhere else & the girl gets loud & rolls her eyes after I told her I should get a refund, these people are scammers all they do is pull prices out of their asses & are shady as hell, I understand the receipts were not for the recent problem my car has but its the principle of it, any other place would have owned up to their error & done something to fix it such as ok hey well get U the part that you need since we charged you last year for a part that was under warranty but no just total ignorance & dismissive attitudes. I dont even understand why theyre such rip offs if the owners be shopping at thrift stores either way I dont recommend this place to anybody my friend also had problems with them & also if a business is telling you if you pay in cash its 1 price & different if you pay with another method you know they shady as can be thats why I notifed the city & the BBB.

Brought my car in two days ago to get a FREE inspection. One of the mechanics called me a day later, and told me it was $80 to look at my car. I came in this morning to get my car and it didnt start. I never had problems previously starting my car, so that was a red flag. So I told one of the mechanics, and he said we might need a new battery. I just got this car and know for sure it didnt need a new battery. I really think this business is shady. Do not go unless ur ready to get cheated.
