Wonderful staff and an even better location. Wedged between two skyscrapers and the Watertower... what more could you ask for. Other business should be taking professional advice from this location!

The store manager is rude and frumpy. I expect more from a beautiful brand! And will spend my $ where I am appreciated.

Be careful with this store; was not provided with basic courteous customer service especially by the store manager; the wallet piece I have bought didnt even last for more than 6 months without falling apart.

Beautiful store with amazing service. Felt very welcome by my sales associate. Not very busy for a luxury store on the weekend. Men’s selection was pretty good not huge though by any means.

Horrible experience, orders shoes online cost me 3000 for 2 pair . Waited a very long time for the item toArrive . To find out with no notification that the item was being shipped back to the ware house . I had to call to find this out . They keep the shipping handlers private . So you don’t even know what company is shipping the items . I was told as soon as the ware house receive the shoe they would send it back out .Didn’t happen, they resold my shoe as soon as they got it . This is way too much money to be dealing with horrible customer service and bad communication I give this company no Stars .

Bottega does NOT stand behind their products, and they more often than not use inferior materials to produce their products. I purchased the Bottega rain boots from the brands own e-store for my girlfriend, and after a week of LIGHT usage, they looked like they had been heavily used for 10+ years...the rubber started flaking away, and they were incredibly scuffed for no apparent reason. And Bottega has refused from the very beginning to offer any sort of resolution to this problem: they claim that the fact the boots are already falling apart is due to wear and tear, and therefore are not qualified for repair or replacement. I have read many stories like my own about experiences with the company, and I would caution you to avoid their products at all cost.
