This place is a joke they say one thing and do another. Multiple phone calls different story each time. Say they will give you a full refund and that is not the case. Say they will give you a in store credit which is a joke. Go to check out with my items done up. I get told by the employee he has to make a phone call during the phone call some how the price gets changed in there favor saying I owe them more money. This business is a complete joke. All I’m saying is research this business before you commit.

Repaired my charging port very quick

As of right now they have had my sons ipad since March. I took it there because it would not go past the apple symbol when powering on. I went ahead with giving them the go ahead for the repair which they said was the battery & charging port. After about a month I called to see if it was ready & was told that I had not yet told them to go ahead & fix it. And I had about a month before that. So far now I have been told they have tried 3 batteries & all have been bad batteries. I have also been told multiple things each time I call. I was then told about a month ago when I called it had been ready to pick up for about 2 weeks & they had called & left me a voicemail that it was ready. Never got a voicemail. I went in the next day to pick it up, the guy brings it out powers it on & proceeds to start checking me out, the iPad was not moving from the apple symbol I asked if it was going to go past that he said yes it just takes a couple mins sometimes. Needless to say it didnt go passed that. THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON THAT I TOOK IT THERE TO GET FIXED. PROBLEM NOT FIXED! I was told the battery needed replaced again (another bad battery). 6 days ago (Friday) I was told that the new battery came in & they would have it definitely ready by Tuesday. Tuesday came & no call. I call Wednesday & was told they battery would be in Thursday. Wait I thought the battery was in on Friday. I asked the guy to speak with a manager. No manager there & was told that he would give the manager a msg to call me on Thursday. I get a call today (not from the manager) RELAYING A msg for the manager. I told them I want my iPad back & my $50 diagnostic fee since obviously the problem wasnt diagnosed & nothing has been fixed. I was then told its non refundable. I told the man I spoke with that I want to talk to the manager by Friday. He said he would relay the msg & when I asked A manager will be calling me tomorrow right? He said All I can do is relay the msg to him. So now to wait for the manager to call tomorrow which I doubt that happens because rarely ever do they call back when they say they will!

Do not recommend. It took over a month to repair due to waiting on parts and it stopped working after a few days. Due to frustration, I took my phone to another phone repair shop and they notified me that they broke my phone internally. It was damaged beyond repair due to soldering issues. I was out $200 hundred dollars and I had to buy a new phone. Go some where else. Based on the other bad reviews noted, I am not alone in this situation.

Went to this place for a broken iPhone X screen got it replaced and it worked great for the time that it lasted but it ended up being broke again fixed it again…and was given a faulty screen and came back in replaced the screen and had to replace my battery because a screw was jabbed into it after that the screen ended up being faulty again and I ended up buying a whole new iPhone and giving my phone away witch they fixed the screen their self and realized half of my screws were missing in my phone I don’t recommend going here at all but they are very friendly

I was originally happy that my phone could be repaired after water damage. Once I got the phone back, the phone immediately began flashing a white light every time I opened it back up. The process time was slow on the phone and I had to restart about 3-4 times each day. I decided I could live with both of those things even though I paid over $200 for the repair. However after a couple weeks the phone white flashed again and would not come back on. Disappointed that I paid $200 for a repair that lasted 2-3 weeks. I would not recommend.

Please call around before you go here to have your phone fixed!! I would give zero stars if possible!! They tried to have me pay 3 times the amount to have my phone fixed than what I actually got it fixed for! Told me my phone port would have to be soldered when it actually didnt! Sad that they not only lie to people but also try and put other business down when I said I had called other phone places and could do it almost quarter of the price! I can’t believe how honest these guys are.I took my phone to another local phone repair place. They told me I needed a new charging port and it would be $100 for them to fix it. I thought that seemed pretty high and wanted to get another opinion.I took my phone to Fixaphone to see what they thought. Right off the bat one of the guys whose name I think was Ryan saw the issue. It was just lint and dirt in the charging port. He cleaned it out right in front of me and didn’t charge me anything.These guys earned my business for ever.

I had some pictures recovered from a phone that had gotten wet. The process was clearly laid out, and completed in a very timely manner.It was my personal experience that I was treated fairly and reasonably.

They were not honest about their ability to fix my daughters phone nor were they honest about the status of the repair. A repair that was supposed to take a couple of days drug on for 3 weeks and the phone was it fixed even thought they acted like it was. I am so disappointed in their integrity.

Paid $354 for a “Apple certified” screen just for this screen to constantly mess up. If I’m watching youtube, itll rewind my video without me even touching the screen!! Smh. The phone won’t let me see my notifications or my control center because IT DOES NOT READ MY INPUTS. If I’m on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or even on a webpage the screen will automatically jump to the top of the page, meaning the screen is reading inputs when Im not even touching it and WONT read my actual inputs when i am touching it.. This place is full of themselves, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!! GO TO YOUR PROVIDER AND PAY WHATS NEEDED. This place will only waste your time and not even fix your phone.

Needed my phone fixed so I took it to Fix A Phone. Unfortunately, shortly after dropping the phone off a global pandemic forced many businesses to close for a period of time. The closures caused a huge delay in getting my phone fixed. When business resumed my phone was fixed for nearly nothing. The wait, which was not caused by anything Fix A Phone did, compelled the staff to waive all charges. I cannot express enough how rare it is to find a business that is focused more on satisfaction than profits, this place does! You can rest assure, at least from my experience, that this establishment will be fair and honest with you as their customer.

Super friendly staff and amazing attentiveness. My husband and I can in for the thanksgiving holiday to visit family. When we got out of the car at my mother-in-laws house I dropped my phone on the ground and it shattered. I was devastated thinking I would have to wait a week before I could get it home, that was not the case. My iPhone 7 Plus needed a new battery so I decided to order one and install it myself. I was successful except I opened the display screen too far and broke one of the connections. My Touch ID quit working immediately; next day my Home button quit working. Went to FixaPhone in Chillicothe OH and 20 minutes later got my phone back with a new display screen. (These have to be replaced when one breaks, nicks or stretches any of the 3 connections between the screen and motherboard). I was told up front of any costs involved and was taken care of professionally and quickly.

Ive essentially given Fixaphone of Chillicothe a 7-month interest-free loan to only be given back my phone (non-working) and a USB drive without my files that I paid over $200 for. Ive rearranged my schedule and wasted many trips driving into Chillicothe specifically to pick this up. Ive wasted a lot of time and energy reaching out to them when they shouldve been communicating with me about the status of things instead of promising it would be done then leaving me hanging. I feel like I have been patient and understanding with COVID and different excuses that have been given as to why I have been so disregarded and inconvenienced but things like this can only happen so much before a person believes that they are being abused by a business they have hired to perform a service for them. Nearly every week (sometimes multiple times within a week) I’m given promises of having things ready only to be either A). put off because of some excuse; or B). ignored and all communication dropped completely until the following week. This is not professional, considerate, or honest. I would NEVER recommend Fixaphone.

My fiance has a Samsung galaxy 10e that our dog got ahold of and bit, while destroying our screen. So, We took it here to the Chillicothe store. And they had to order a part which was on a friday (July 3rd). told us it would be ready Monday or Tuesday at the latest. We got the call on Tuesday, Went and picked up our phone,and its like BRAND new. They did a wonderful job on the screen, cant even tell it was ever messed up :) Thank you so much!!

Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Professional and clean environment. It may have been due to the small part I needed ordered, but it was much cheaper than I anticipated. The part came in within a reasonable amount of time and I was told to bring it in ANY time and theyd take care of it right away. I went in at a random time the next day, was quoted up to an hour (to be safe) to fix it, however, they knew & understood I was in a hurry (lunch break) & had it completely fixed in 20 minutes tops. I couldnt be happier with the service, price & time frame it took to get everything in working order.

Ryan is an absolute genius! I brought him a very expensive McIntosh tube Amplifier that I couldn’t get to power on. He found the issue within 20 minutes, ordered the parts, and a week later had it working perfect!! I can’t express how appreciative I am for his wizardry. I highly recommend the team at fixaphone. This would be the 5th time I’ve used them to repair stuff for me, and every time I’ve had a great experience.

Absolutely excellent customer service, and communication. Brought an iPad to have a charging port assembly replaced. Turned out there was more damaged than just the charging port due to a faulty charging cable that I was using. They performed some sort of microscope sodering and even privately live-streamed it so i could see exactly what was done. The best part was no data was lost. I highly recommend these people. A true class act.

I purchased a new I-phone 6 at this local store last year replacing a 5. My first experience was with battery repairs on my 5. The 6 has had a few issues that were not the fault of the store ( factory issues ). But the customer service at this store has been outstanding. The staff is super knowledgeable. The repairs were made quickly and there was no charge for repairs to the 6 since it was under warranty. Ryan ( I think he is the manager ) is very professional and easy to deal with. In this day and age of substandard customer service at many establishments, this has been a refreshing change back to the way it should be done.

I had my iPhones 6s screen replaced here. The technician did an amazing job, and the price was excellent, I even had a really nice tempered glass screen protector put on it. I am thoroughly pleased with my phone repair. This place even saved me a ton of money on my electric bill by switching my electric to wholesale pricing. They also sell smart home automation security systems! Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable!

Quoted a WIDE price range over the phone. Wife took phone in a couple hours later and was quoted nearly double of the high end.edit: If you dont quote over the phone, then why did you? And then double it once in the store, even though you still didnt really diagnose the issue.Also, Ive always been happy with over-the-phone quotes from mechanics vs their in-shop repair. Contrary to your claim, Ive yet have a mechanic refuse to quote me over the phone.

The people here are great. There is great customer service. They will do anything and everything to get your phone fixed. I would highly recommend you take your phone here before trying anything else. There prices are very reasionable.

Even when I told him I was 15 minutes away, he still said “no problem.” I could not have asked for better service. He was very courteous, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed even though it was already past time for them to close. After getting a quote on a replacemen screen for my Samsung Galaxy S9+ I checked things out and found their price comparable or cheaper for both the parts and the work. After seeing a video on how complicated the fix is, I was amazed at how fast it was done. These guys take good care of you.

Do not argue with these people, call the police and file a report with the officer, he is required to take your statement. Also do not ask them to call the police, because they will make your claim against you. I took my old iPhone in with a busted screen to get all the the pictures transferred on to my new iPhone. It ended up that they couldnt do it so they put my pictures on a card for me. After that I went in to get my phone they had fixed the screen there was a miscommunication to do so because it was $180 that I didnt want done. Instead of putting my old screen back on or charging me the $180 for it. They just let me have it. which I thought was a very kind generous thing to do I would definitely recommend Fixaphone!

Trevor and Evan were great. I thought my charging port was broke but they found out it was just clogged with pocket lint. Had me out in minutes with a working phone and didnt even charge for it.

Have the receipt to show when we took them the phone and still nothing yet but one lie after another mainly from the manager, Ryan. As of today, we are still waiting for a response from Ryan for a tracking number for our phone that he claims was sent out nearly two weeks ago. We have been MORE than patient, understanding and calm but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Ryan I am sure you will read this and please know we arent just going to go away while you keep our $800 phone. I believe it is time to get law enforcement involved. Please be cautious to anyone planning on using this establishment, while Im sure some have had a good experience, ours has been horrific and seems to be never ending. After a very poor encounter over the phone at another repair facility, Fixaphone was able to replace the glass on my Galaxy s9+ without any issue at all. All the employees are extremely friendly. Trevor, was willing to spend the time to explain the complete repair process. Fixaphone charged me 129.99 for the glass replacement. The other place wanted over 350 to do the repair. These guys fixed my phone after the idiot across from the courthouse in chillicothe screwed it all up. I was so frustrated when I walked in here thinking they couldnt help me, boy was I wrong. They took the time to explain to me EXACTLY what they were going to do and how long it would take. I left and came back one hour later to find my phone like it was when it was brand new. They were so helpful and really care.

Awful. The Screen is popping off the phone! the Touch Screen wont work at all. If you enjoy living in the stone age without a phone or one that doesnt work, then I would recommend this place! This is America! I have to use a Galaxy now because the iphone is toast. Its done folks it doesnt work at all. I wish i was kidding but guess what... Im not! Super unhappy customer. You should be more nervous than a cat in a room full of rocking chairs to bring your phone here!

Took tablet in for a port replacement as old one was damaged due to wear.Tablet was working at that time. While there tech noted and told me about corrosion in device. said he would clean this up. paid 50$ up front. was told it would take a few days. after 6 trips of 45 miles one way and near 6 weeks later My wife pick it up with no charge to battery and was told some instructions on how to charge it. Got it home and it will not take a charge or turn on.

My husband took his Galaxy S8 to be repaired...phone was still usable prior to this but once we paid them $50 to tell us what was wrong...when we left phone didnt work again and supposedly that $50 was to go towards a replacement part...they never contacted us again about that part....RIP off Dont let them touch your phone

Hi my names hunter lowman I went to fix a phone about 2 months ago and paid almost 300 dollars to get my screen fixed on a 6s. When I got the phone the screen worked fine but after 2 days of use I started noticing problems with it pooping out and discoloration. I called they said they would fix it cause the screen had a lifetime warranty they looked at it for 5 or so minutes said they fixed but they didnt still popping out so I said screw it and didnt take it back . The service is good but they are crooks and a HUGE RIP OFF! I bought a screen offline for 100 bucks and fixed it myself. I will never go back there

Took in a IPhone 6s that I went swimming with and that was the only damage on the phone a week later they said I can come get it and there’s nothing they can do but when I got my phone back the screen was chipped and cracked and the back had dents in it... I’m pissed thanks retards!!!

Not a happy customer at all. My wife took her Ipad here to have a new battery installed. They had it for almost 3 weeks and never called us to update their progress. My wife kept calling and would get an answer of well it will be ready by this date. We live an hour away and drove there to pick it up to find out they lost a part while disassembling. Ok that is fine but why didnt someone call to let us know instead of having us drive there? Finally we picked it up and brought it home only to find out that the battery they installed was faulty. We took it back to them. Battery was indeed faulty which can happen but if the ipad was tested before we took it home they would have known something was not right. Well this time they had it for close to 7 weeks. All we kept hearing was excuses. Nobody would call us. My wife done all the calling to them. One employee said they are now waiting on codes from apple to finish it up. If you knew you needed these codes when replacing a battery wouldnt you have ordered those sooner then waiting 6 weeks before you ask apple for them? I decided to go into the store last weekend with my wife. I wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on. An employee insured us that he would mail her ipad to her on Monday and we would receive it on Wednesday. Well it arrived today on Friday. It was dead. My wife put it on the charger that is working just fine and the ipad will not take a charge at all. It will not come on period even when it is plugged in. We were assured it would be tested before leaving their store and mailed to us. I guess I now know why it is called Fix a phone instead of Fix an ipad. Very Very Frustrated!

It’s been a month since they ordered my back glass to replace on my iPhone 8 Plus. They have now had it for two & a half weeks, it still isn’t fixed. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. They keep telling me a day that it will be done, but when that day comes it’s still not fixed & I only find out because I call them again for an update because they will not call. I will never be doing business with them again.

My son smashed my phone. Went in and they said they could fix it and I also had an old phone with a bad motherboard/locked boot loader that they said they could fix for 140. Took both phones in for diagnostic. It was 300 to fix the smashed phone so I said no. Got the run around for a week before finally being offered a loaner on July 5. They keep trying to download software to my other phone that its not taking. Havent heard anything from them since I got the loaner phone. It is now august 1.
