I have been with Sprint for many many years the merge should be better but I guess they need more towers. This location is okay and the representatives in the standing store could be very busy. Sometimes they only have one person doing all the work. Overall I will not switch just waiting for more towers or improvements rural area and tech is rough🛰🌐

The assistant manager Abby and sales rep aubrey were awesome. They spent quite a bit of time with me to figure out the billing issues I had. When they realized what caused the increase they were able to switch me back to my original plan with my military discount so I would save money

I am leaving this review to let all sprint/t-mobile customers know that this company will not honor their promotions nor let you speak with a supervisor to explain our dilemma. My husband had been on the phone for 2 and a half hours trying to speak with someone that can help us. This company has been taking an additional $150 a month due to not honoring a promotion that we were told would apply to our account. Coming from a one income home that pays our bills on time, uses their direct withdrawal to keep our payments on time, never having issues or complaints about my service which is poor to say the least, this is a kick in the teeth. The truth is, if they know how unhappy a loyal customer is, why not help us understand or look in to the matter for us….not this company. I would love to tell them that they can take us to court but what good would it do: it would hurt our credit score and it would stress us all out. Bottom line: think twice before using this phone service. They really don’t care about the customer.

Only a 1 because I can’t give a 0. Absolutely DO NOT get T-Mobile or shop at this store. We purchased phones before Christmas to try the service. The associates assured us if the service was bad we could return the phones for a full refund and we wouldn’t be charged for service. That was NOT true. We returned the phones within 48 hours, only 1 phone was removed from the box. The other two never unpackaged. After I returned the phones and got home I realized that refund was $98 short. So I went to the store and was informed that I had to pay activation fees regardless and they weren’t refundable. At that point I said you knew I was trying out service so why did you sell me 3 phones if I had to pay activation fees on 2 that I would never use if service was bad. The answer I got was that we didn’t get very good training. And how is that the customers fault? So I leave angry with no refund. A month later I end up with a $140 service fee. So I called t mobile support and was told they never got my phone and I didn’t call in to cancel service in 30 days. Why would I have to do that and if I did why did the store not tell us? So after arguing on multiple phone calls since January I was just told by customer service they will finally refund my monthly service fees for phones that I have return receipt for that I had less than 48 hours.Again, DO NOT go with T-Mobile and absolutely do not go to this store if you make the mistake of getting T-mobile service at all.

Jennifer was a great help and very polite. She and my wife had a nice conversation while we waited for all 122k of her txt message to transfer to her new phone. 🙄

When I stopped in they were extremely busy.they move through the customers fairly quickly considering what they have to do with each one. I just needed to buy some ear buds. I got to observe them with several customers they were very pleasant even though you could tell theyve been busy for some time. Not always easy to be as pleasant when youre getting swamped.

When in and got a free 5g phone for Sis in law. Had to wait over 1 hour for service the 1 1/2 while they transfered everything but it was a free phone sooooo.

Employee was helpful but the store was very low on phones.

Wanted to add an (unlocked, owned phone) to a plan, the incompetent and rude lady refused to assist and only gave the option of purchasing a new device. I have already verified the phone is compatible but she still refused to even check. Dont go here.Update: Called T Mobile and they have confirmed there is no issue using my unlocked phone and are mailing me the sim card. Be warned these people will lie to try to gain a commission sale. Do yourself a favor and call T-Mobile instead of walking into this place.To the rude lady here who lied even after I told you that you were incorrect I hope you continue to have a miserable time at your job, thanks for nothing.

We always have no service just about anywhere we go . Its hard to get out to call or text .. Too expensive to have 2 phones for the deal they gave us and terrible service.

Everything was fine, before the merger, but now I was treated poorly by the T-Mobile employee and I can not access features that I have been taking advantage for 5 years. I never had a problem with sprint but now that its T-Mobile, Ill probably switch to Verizon.

Long lines but once simeone started helping you they stayed with it to the end.

I went in this store when it was still just Sprint, trying to get away from AT&T and was immediately put off by the staff. I went to T-mobile, when it was down by Sams club, just to rule them out but ended up liking the staff, and the service package. I have been in this store 3 times since t-mobile bought them and havent had one good experience. They are very inattentive and act like they are simply doing you a favor. I wont be going back, gonna try tmobile in circleville if and when my screen protectors this store ordered ever come in.

Horrible! Im a brand new customer, just created a new account over the phone yesterday and today was my first time visiting the store and I live 30 minutes away Im in Washington Court house and lets just say I just came home to look at phones on their website instead. Very disappointing guys 😒

Sprint services are the worst ever. The bate you in with there promos then dont stand behind them. There phone service and network is garbage if you travel for work the phone is better used as a door stop. There CS is even worse they give you the run around so the can steal your money and not pay it back. Its no wonder that Verizon and AT&T are putting them out of business. Ill pay the extra money at Verizon just so I dont have to deal with this BS. If I could give minus ratings I would. Dont waste you time and money if you want a phone that is truly unlimited and work just about anywhere get Verizon.

Your insurance is a joke. How can you legally sell a phone that the manufacturer wont allow you to work on LG. V30 then you charge me for insurance after 20 yrs. Of having service with you I did go to boost for a short while but made the mistake of returning to sprint. I broke my screen 1st time ever you want me to pay $275. Plus tax God knows what else b.s. charges. I was told $30.00 to replace a broken screen. I think I know who I will be returning to after I make my last payment great news I only have 1 payment lef

Everyone here I dealt with is awesome! They are so good with customer service that it almost felt overwhelming because you dont get that great customer service at many other places. Special recognition to Zach Mitchell for making the bad things that happened all better 😄 Thank you too to the other employees that helped me.

Sales members are really good, Brian goes above and beyond to make sure customers get what they need.That being said tech support is a joke, better off to get on YouTube and fix the problem yourself,

The man that helped me today was super helpful. We couldnt resolve my exact problem, but that was out of his control, and I did get some useful information about possibly upgrading to a better plan.

Everytime I have a problem with my account, I have to call corporate because no one in this store knows how to fix my problem. This has happened more than once.

Replaced my phones screen quickly and professionally and even commited to having it ready that same day before close instead of the projected time of the next morning so that I wouldnt have to suffer an entire night without my phone 😄 and i want to remind everyone this review isnt for the entire company just the local store!

Was not satisfied with my results today. She was not helpful, & told me things that turned out to be wrong. Her response was oh well. We left without buying a phone, because of her lack of knowledge them being unprofesional in helping us. As much as I hate waiting at that place--- I should have requested Dakota! He seems to go over & beyond & if he doesnt know something he engages in communicating with other coworkers to find the correct answers. He dilegently works with their technicians for us. It feels like he truly cares & hes not in it to just make a sale. Give that man a raise! He keeps customers like me coming back in! Because I refuse to go back into the Bridge St. Sprint store.

This Sprint store is admittedly usually busy but the earlier in the week and the earlier in the afternoon that you visit the sooner you are assisted. Friendly, knowledgeable service staff.

Not happy, really. My bill has crept up and was just under $ 150 per month for 2 lines unlimited talk and text.They lowered my bill by only about 10 -20 bucks and then my phone reset itself and ALL my icons, or playstore APPS were deleted and put back in the app store on another page so Im still re-organizing my phone. VERY, VERY AGGRAVATING. I DIDNT GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO DO THAT.I need another cell service provider.
