I have been with Sprint for many many years the merge should be better but I guess they need more towers. This location is okay and the representatives in the standing store could be very busy. Sometimes they only have one person doing all the work. Overall I will not switch just waiting for more towers or improvements rural area and tech is roughπŸ›°πŸŒ

I am leaving this review to let all sprint/t-mobile customers know that this company will not honor their promotions nor let you speak with a supervisor to explain our dilemma. My husband had been on the phone for 2 and a half hours trying to speak with someone that can help us. This company has been taking an additional $150 a month due to not honoring a promotion that we were told would apply to our account. Coming from a one income home that pays our bills on time, uses their direct withdrawal to keep our payments on time, never having issues or complaints about my service which is poor to say the least, this is a kick in the teeth. The truth is, if they know how unhappy a loyal customer is, why not help us understand or look in to the matter for us….not this company. I would love to tell them that they can take us to court but what good would it do: it would hurt our credit score and it would stress us all out. Bottom line: think twice before using this phone service. They really don’t care about the customer.

Only a 1 because I can’t give a 0. Absolutely DO NOT get T-Mobile or shop at this store. We purchased phones before Christmas to try the service. The associates assured us if the service was bad we could return the phones for a full refund and we wouldn’t be charged for service. That was NOT true. We returned the phones within 48 hours, only 1 phone was removed from the box. The other two never unpackaged. After I returned the phones and got home I realized that refund was $98 short. So I went to the store and was informed that I had to pay activation fees regardless and they weren’t refundable. At that point I said you knew I was trying out service so why did you sell me 3 phones if I had to pay activation fees on 2 that I would never use if service was bad. The answer I got was that we didn’t get very good training. And how is that the customers fault? So I leave angry with no refund. A month later I end up with a $140 service fee. So I called t mobile support and was told they never got my phone and I didn’t call in to cancel service in 30 days. Why would I have to do that and if I did why did the store not tell us? So after arguing on multiple phone calls since January I was just told by customer service they will finally refund my monthly service fees for phones that I have return receipt for that I had less than 48 hours.Again, DO NOT go with T-Mobile and absolutely do not go to this store if you make the mistake of getting T-mobile service at all.

When I stopped in they were extremely busy.they move through the customers fairly quickly considering what they have to do with each one. I just needed to buy some ear buds. I got to observe them with several customers they were very pleasant even though you could tell theyve been busy for some time. Not always easy to be as pleasant when youre getting swamped.

Wanted to add an (unlocked, owned phone) to a plan, the incompetent and rude lady refused to assist and only gave the option of purchasing a new device. I have already verified the phone is compatible but she still refused to even check. Dont go here.Update: Called T Mobile and they have confirmed there is no issue using my unlocked phone and are mailing me the sim card. Be warned these people will lie to try to gain a commission sale. Do yourself a favor and call T-Mobile instead of walking into this place.To the rude lady here who lied even after I told you that you were incorrect I hope you continue to have a miserable time at your job, thanks for nothing.

I went in this store when it was still just Sprint, trying to get away from AT&T and was immediately put off by the staff. I went to T-mobile, when it was down by Sams club, just to rule them out but ended up liking the staff, and the service package. I have been in this store 3 times since t-mobile bought them and havent had one good experience. They are very inattentive and act like they are simply doing you a favor. I wont be going back, gonna try tmobile in circleville if and when my screen protectors this store ordered ever come in.

Sprint services are the worst ever. The bate you in with there promos then dont stand behind them. There phone service and network is garbage if you travel for work the phone is better used as a door stop. There CS is even worse they give you the run around so the can steal your money and not pay it back. Its no wonder that Verizon and AT&T are putting them out of business. Ill pay the extra money at Verizon just so I dont have to deal with this BS. If I could give minus ratings I would. Dont waste you time and money if you want a phone that is truly unlimited and work just about anywhere get Verizon.

Your insurance is a joke. How can you legally sell a phone that the manufacturer wont allow you to work on LG. V30 then you charge me for insurance after 20 yrs. Of having service with you I did go to boost for a short while but made the mistake of returning to sprint. I broke my screen 1st time ever you want me to pay $275. Plus tax God knows what else b.s. charges. I was told $30.00 to replace a broken screen. I think I know who I will be returning to after I make my last payment great news I only have 1 payment lef

Was not satisfied with my results today. She was not helpful, & told me things that turned out to be wrong. Her response was oh well. We left without buying a phone, because of her lack of knowledge them being unprofesional in helping us. As much as I hate waiting at that place--- I should have requested Dakota! He seems to go over & beyond & if he doesnt know something he engages in communicating with other coworkers to find the correct answers. He dilegently works with their technicians for us. My bill has crept up and was just under $ 150 per month for 2 lines unlimited talk and text.They lowered my bill by only about 10 -20 bucks and then my phone reset itself and ALL my icons, or playstore APPS were deleted and put back in the app store on another page so Im still re-organizing my phone.
