Adraya was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I felt confident in her skills and knowledge. Peter answered several questions as well and he too was knowledgeable and friendly. Verizon has a very slow internet service in this area. And Verizon loses internet signal a lot in this area.

The lady behind the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, they tried to charge me $200 to activate two lines on the lowest tiered prepaid plan! I called the Verizon shop down the street and they do not charge activation fees. Drove less than a mile down the road and that Verizon store didn’t charge fees. Cost only $80 there (price of the two lines).Overall, pleasant staff, but poor market rates on services compared with other Verizon stores in the same city.

If you are going to be open until 5 then stay open until 5. I left the other Verizon down the street because they were supposed to be open until 5 and when I arrived at 4:45 they were closed and the employees were collaborating inside, so I thought I would have better experience at your store. After I pulled in some woman ran outside and locked the door. This was Christmas Eve and it wasnt that big of issue, but dont advertise a certain hour and close 7 minutes early. Horrible service!!!!

I give the employees at Russell Cellular Verizon store an excellent rating for their service. The system the computers were running kept crashing which slowed things down . I suggest Verizon get their own system up and working better.

I have had a Whitestone Dome Glass protector on my S10+ since I got it when the phone first came out. I havent been able to use my fingerprint sensor even though its supposed to work. In any case, I pulled the protector off so I was wanting to get a film protector just to have some type of protection. I walked into this location and asked if they had any protectors. The woman working said, yes we do. Cool. She pointed it out and said, this one is $49.99. I said is this a film or glass. She confirmed it was tempered glass. I asked if she knew whether it was compatible with the in-display fingerprint sensor. Thats when it started to get ridiculous. She said, ummm... im..not sure? She said it in such a way that seemed like she had no clue what I was even talking about. How do you work at Verizon and sell S10 phones and not know what the in-screen sensor is?I explained I needed a film one. She proceeded to look at the couple options next to the glass one. They were on hooks that had the stoppers to prevent theft. She looked at one and said, I think this one might be film. I struggled to lift it up to read the back and she didnt offer to take it off the hook so I could look closer at it. My fiance asked her, can you take it out so we can check? She said, No I wouldnt be able to take it out. And just left it at that. Cant take it out, okay. Cant take it off the hook so I could look at it? Thats not okay.Seriously pitiful customer service. Im not buying ANOTHER $1,600 phone, so Im not worth the time for a $30 accessory? How sad.
