Waited outside in the cold for 4 hours for the gm to come out and say they didnt have any ps5s at all extra and to go home if you didnt have a preorder to go home and not to worry about it 10 mins after we left corporate found some more of them HAHAHAHA no big deal everythings not sold online or anything not fighting scalpers for it and waiting didnt mean anything and when we called back they didnt try to hide two for the two nice people who waited and was POLITE IN THE ICE COLD NOPE SOLD THE ALL 1/5 star i wont piss on the store if it was on fire ._.

Ive been coming to this gamestop for years. The people are always awesome. It just gets better over time. Justin the current manager is a hell of a guy and will do what he can within the realm of what hes aloud to do. Ive gained a lot of friends there over the years 2 of which i keep in contact with. You cant beat the experience of going to this store!

This place used to be my favorite store to buy video games and systems. Now with them having to raise their prices to compete with amazon and walmart, its not even worth the trip. Didnt help the lady behind the desk wasnt the most Game intelligent. One big note though, if you find something on their website such as a Nintendo Switch Bundle, dont believe it. They didnt have any of the stuff they show online. Reason for 2 stars is the used games. You buy 2 get 1. Only problem is that the price of their used games are only 5 or 8 bucks cheaper then new. But the one free one makes it worth it. We all know thats a limited time so if you want gamestop to be worth your trip, I recommend going soon!

Very helpful staffing and well stocked store. Has Xbox One, PS4 and even PS3 games amongst others. Has a good selection of accessories and if you still play PS3 games they have plenty of those for very inexpensive.

Selection was good,, only positive thing, I can say. Employees were hateful. Every item my grandson picked up was reprimanded for handling them. I informed employees that anything he damaged, I would be accountable for. Even at this, they mistreated him, at everyhand as he searched the store for that perfect birthday gift. If this store is to cater to adults only, put a sign at the door.

Honestly the best GameStop I’ve ever visited. The staff is amazing, they are always well stocked, and it’s a great spot. I once came in for a new xbox controller and spent an hour talking to one of the employees about game of thrones and Star Trek.

It said online that the chillicothe store had original wii game console in stock. I called and they said they had zero. Very disappointed!

They always have the games in stock that my kids want. And employees are always ready to help answer questions as soon as you walk through the door.

Over priced, I go there about once a month to get a shirt for my son but as far as purchasing games that is few far and in between. So that being said I would not highly recommend it over priced.

I dont get out much but when i do i dont like being watched like a child in a store im a veteran... And i was raised properly i dont need a whole staff around me watching my every move stupid stereotyping is whats wrong with this world aad im sick of being the victim.

My problem isnt with the store itself but with GameStop as a whole. On the subject of this store in particular it just feels cluttered.i would like to add that i now have a problem with the employment and how they handled a problem of mine. they were visibly annoyed when they continuously gave me false information until i gave up, erased my account and decided to never return to this particular gamestop.

Today i thought i had to get a 25 doller gift card but luckily there Was a nice employee and they said they could make a didgital gif card and we only had to pay 10$ for a xbox didgital gift card

I stopped in this store hoping to find some Animal Crossing Amiibo cards and they were sold out but did find Animal Crossing City Folk for the Wii..I took the case to the counter and the guy literally spent like 5 minutes looking for it and said he couldnt find it and apologized..I was like really..he said yea they must have sold it without the case..I was getting aggravated because he was rummaging through a drawer looking for the game and I felt like the guy really didnt want to wait on me because there was a lady there wanting to purchase a PS4 and he was talking more to her instead of trying to wait on me and find the game..so I finally gave up and left and I went to the Gamestop in Circleville and the gentleman was more than happy to help me with what I needed and I found the game I was looking for finally..probably will not go back to the Gamestop in Chillicothe from now on..their customer service sucks..to the gentleman in Circleville..thank you for all your help..to the guy in Chillicothe..thanks for nothing..
