I am appalled by the customer service culture of this stores employees. Not only are they rude, they robotically acknowledge the presence of their customers (also known as GUESTS in an establishment) and appear to have zero concern for their customers. I also work retail, so I am fully aware of what a headache working with the general public can be, so I am relatively forgiving. When I am a customer, it is my duty and responsibility to treat my fellow retail workers with the utmost respect that they deserve. This establishment needs some thorough GOLD STANDARD training in the customer service department. I will gladly take my business to a company that prides itself on customer service.
Only one bathroom was open and the cashier was on her phone the whole time until we went Up to pay. The coffee and the pop was very watery and made me sick.
