If I could give T-Mobile less than 1 star, I would. They have never had the phone that I wanted in stick and in the past have tried to convince me to buy some other phone that they do have. This past week, I purchased a new iPhone for my daughter and wanted to buy one, get one free Samsung S21. They didnt have two phones in stock. I was told my Mike that they would be getting a delivery the next day and he would call me. He didnt. I called him in the evening and he told me there was no S21 in the delivery, but he said that he would be in the Roanoke store the next day and would get one there or have one delivered by Monday. Guess what? He never called me, never ordered one. I walked in to the store today, 6 days later, and walked out with no phones. Basically, after paying CASH for my S20 last year, paying over $500 each for two iPhone, plus another $100 last week for a new one, they tell me that I will have to pay $638.00 to get a new S21, which is 80% of the purchase price. What a GREAT way to reward your customer. If youre considering T-mobile, DONT. Give someone else your business.
I had the worst experience at T Mobie at the UpTown Mall in Chriatiansburg va. My son is visiting from Spain and to get a Sim card for his phone and we went there and afterpaying for the card didnt work and we were in the store over 2 hours and still didnt get the refund I am owed so they said I would get an email that day showing my conformation number to get the charge off my debit card, Its been 3 days now so I phoned the store and the agent was very rude to me so its still a battle, I wouldnt give them a good rating at all.
Went in to buy a iPhone straight out there was 3 employees working not 1 of them greeted us or said they would be right with us! All 3 of them was with 1 guy! Why? Is does not take 3 people to help 1 guy with a phone! We will be taking pur business elsewhere and switching from tmobile! Everyone at this store is rude anyways and always seems like they hate thete job!
My experience was good
Efficiently took care of transferring my service.
T-Mobile offers great wireless services and lots of giveaway perks; and many exclusive access rewards to millions of brands, products, services, and events and limited discounts only offered to subscribers and wireless customers. they have an immersive and engaging in-store experience without any hard selling, which can often kill a good shop and buy. The Christiansburg, New River Valley Malls T-MOBILE Flagship Service location is always up on the latest advancements in all segments: Emerging Technologies, Giveaways, New Services, and the best offerings possible, even if a product not in store- but, know when or if ever the new tech will be available in store. great place.of course call centre not fun.
Good service and helpful!
Terrible Customer service! The rep was not able to resolve my issue with my phone turning off and on. The store in Blacksburg on Univeristy City Blvd was able to reset my phone and gave me a few other options to upgrade.
The workers at this establishment are either rip-off artists or unknowledgeable about the plans that T-Mobile offer. I was wanting to get a LTE Samsung Gear S3 smartwatch from T-Mobile since my carrier does not carry a LTE version of the watch, I went online and saw this would be possible with a $25 Wearable plan called T-Mobile One but I had some questions, this is where my disastrous adventure began. I went to this location looking for answers and as i walked in I see two young employees just sitting around but I continue to ask about this plan to one of them, his name was Patrick, he stood there with a pair of earbuds coiled around his neck swinging it around in his right hand as he listened to my question and instead of answering my question asked me if I would just like to switch to T-Mobile to which I said no I would just like the watch. He then asks his co-worker if there is a plan for the smartwatches and this employee, whose name I could not see because he had covered his name tag with a non T-Mobile jacket, said I would have to get a $50 2GB Hotspot plan. I was stunned by their answer and told them I had researched this on T-Mobiles Website and there was a Plan Called T-Mobile One for the watches but they kept saying this is only for the Phones, during their bombardment of false information Patrick sat on one of the counters at the store and said if you would read the small print you would see were correct and youre not. Instead of yelling and cussing I just walked out of the store and called T-Mobiles Customer Service Number and asked them if you had to get a Hotspot plan with the Watches or if the T-Mobile One Plan was correct and he said the T-Mobile One Plan is correct and that he did not know why they would recommend that plan to me. Below you will see a screenshot of T-Mobiles Website displaying getting the Samsung Watch with a data plan. Until this store either trains the employees better so they know the plans that are offered by T-Mobile I will not go back.
We have been waiting over an hour in the store, no one greeted us the whole time we have been standing here. There are only 2 people working and the one person is new and training. Poor customer service.
