My boyfriend, his grandma and I went into this sprint and the lady that helped us was EXTREMELY rude and had the most nasty attitude. We will never be coming back due to her treating us the way she did. Management better reconsider who they have working at this location because they will continue to lose business because of it.

This location is seriously so fantastic. Great environment with friendly and helpful employees who are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. I have updated each line for my family in the last month here and each visit has been smooth and more than enjoyable. Can’t say enough good things about this staff! Keep up the great work.

I was told by an associate that I only owed 42 dollars on my phone and was told it would be billed on my next payment. I decided to go ahead and switch back to Verizon as that it was going to be cheaper for me. The same associate also told me that once I payed the rest of the phone I would own the phone. I went ahead and switched to Verizon and about a month later received an email from sprint that I owed 350 dollars. I called and asked about this and they told me I could return the phone and not have to pay that amount. Due to the associate telling me that I would own the phone after paying the amount of 42 dollars I went ahead and recycled the phone. Now here I am a month after I payed my last bill being charged for 350 dollars due to an employees negligence to tell me that the 42 dollars was the lease amount that I owed and not the whole entire phone. I can’t return the phone since I was told it was a product that I owned. So I’m out of 350 dollars that I wasn’t expecting to be due to this.

Chris Sparks and the entire Service team it both the NRV store and Radford store are excellent people! I live in an area without very good cell service and they work diligently to try to make things happen! You won’t find a better group of people to try to get Sprint service with!

I dealt with a employee name Julie, who helped me get a new phone after my old phone had met its end. Julie quite remarkably went well out of her way to help sort of the usual problems everyone has to deal with with Sprint, switching phones, call centers, their billing system, etc. She was able to work around my constraints and the need to have a phone that same day. Julie accomplished the uncommon feat nowadays of treating a customer like a fellow human being. Ive dealt with dozens of sprint employees in the past, both in person and on the phone, and I doubt Ill ever get the same degree as customer satisfaction, honesty and genuine care again. Thanks again Julie!

Ive had an absolute nightmare dealing with a Samsung issue. The manager here, Justin, went above and beyond in terms of customer service to help and ensure I get a new, functional device. Many other places would have shrugged their shoulders and did the bare minimum, but Justin made sure I saw a proper solution to my issue. Im very happy with the customer service here and will continue to give this location my business!

We received great service from Laquin at this store! We came in to upgrade one phone and decided to upgrade a second. Laquin took our questions and answered them very professionally and with apparent extensive knowledge. While we were there several other people came in and it became very busy. Laquin did an excellent job balancing questions and the jobs at hand. Very satisfied with our experience and will return to this store!

DO NOT COME HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CORRUPT SALES DEPT. Came in for info on upgrade. Canceled order due to cost of services and walked out. A month later I found out a phone was activated I NEVER WANTED NOR RECEIVED. Signature was forged on the paperwork as well!!! TURN AWAY!!!Edit - I was under the wrong gmail account. My name is Ben Hales. Look it up. Corporate is starting a legal investigation against these crooks.

LaQuinn was absolutely horrible towards me. He treated me like I was absolutely stupid and had no idea what I was talking about.He was completely disrespectful, sarcastic and rude the entire time no matter how nice I was or the question.He was lazy and did NOT want to do his job, and did not care that he couldn’t (didn’t want to) help me. Absolutely horrible service and trash treatment. Best suggestion is for you to fire him. I drove all the way to the other store after driving from the Radford location to come to his store, all because his poor attitude and lack of work ethic. It was completely unprofessional. I’m disgusted. I’ve had so many problems out of Sprint, but this is over all the worst in store attitude from an employee I’ve ever received.

I came into this location to get help about starting a new line of service I dealt with a young man whom I believe he said his name was “Laquin” he was not helpful as if I were bothering him by my questions. His attitude was poor very sarcastic like. Due to this experience I have chosen to stick with my current phone provider. I felt belittled and in my many years of life have never felt so disrespected by an employee.

Marcus and the new beautiful hire Sheesha (not sure if that is spelled correctly) were wonderful help today at the kiosk. I would highly recommend going to the kiosk than the sprint store, especially if either of these employees are there. Not only are they good at what they do, but they can hold a conversation which is very important when it comes to service!

They stole my money!!! The girl that helped me about a year ago said that I had to pay $350 security deposit because of my bad credit. No problem, because I was told that on my 13th bill I would receive the full security deposit back of $350. Well today I get on the Live Support and ask them when I am going to receive the cheque for my refundable security deposit. The Live Support agent told me that I was only getting $150 back. So I left the chat conversation and went to the Sprint store in Fairlawn VA. Only to be told that I was lied to, and that likely because I paid with cash, that $200 of that security deposit was pocketed by my Sprint Representative. Best believe I am getting my money back or I am going to court. That is a felony and embezzlement.

I recently purchased a brand new Iphone xs max. I had gotten the warranty, a case, and the guy even through in a top of the line liquid glass screen protector. Remember that. So about a week later, I notice a very deep scratch on my brand new $1300 phone. Huh? odd. I go into sprint and they act dumb founded and act really stupid wondering why it happened. Keep in mind, never once dropped the phone or did anything malicous to it (Obviously). Here is were the headache starts. I go back and they put on an additional layer of the liquid glass on. And a tempered glass screen. Pretty nice guy, at first. They said allow it to dry for 24 hours. I did and all was well. Until my case wouldnt fit. The case was putting pressure on the screen protector making it come off, to my perception it was the screen protector, not the case. I go into sprint and the first thing I hear is What Now in a very sarcastic voice from the previous nice guy. I really didnt know how to respond to that, I was kind of in shock honestly just because of how rude that is. But it gets better, after me telling them that I think the case was installed improperly, they keep arguing with me and the previous rude guy said I know it was installed right because I did it just being such an arse. And the other guy wasnt much nicer as well. But, he was help so I will give him that. I ended up buying a case that works which is no big deal, I had to order a new screen protector anyways because now it has bubbles in it, and since I didnt have a case on, the back got minor scratches. And the back of the phone costs over $300 to replace. Ok, whatever I mean its minor so im not worried about it. I said I would like to do the $29 sprint screen replacement (I have the warranty) and they said they dont do that there, and the nearest stores that do are in Richmond and greensburo NC. So, not only did they give me a bogus screen protector, call me a liar, act super f***ing rude, end up costing me money and time, they will eventually end up costing me a several hundred mile trip to get it replaced. Sprint sucks. Get verizon or literally ANYTHING else. And if you already are unfortunate enough to have sprint, NEVER go to this store. The most unprofessional store I have seen in quite some time.

I never write reviews but i cant get in touch with a manager so Im hoping them and Sprint both see this instead. My girlfriend and i went to the kiosk to get her S8. We told them what we wanted, how we wanted it and that were on a time crunch. We dealt with two gentlemen, Tyler and Zach. Tyler was very professional, he tried his best to fix our issue, and sought help when he couldnt fix it himself. Zach on the other hand was very rude, cursed when he couldnt figure out the issue, did not pay any attention to us due to an internal issue they were having with missing money from the drawers. When Tyler tried to help us, Zach called Tyler away from us multiple times to figure out their internal issue on OUR time. A half hour process took 2 and a half hours and it wouldve taken longer had i not asked Zach for some customer service. And on top of that, Zach did not activate her device, print out our agreements and he added a second line to our account without our consent (good thing Im not a lawyer). This is our 2nd and last time going to this kiosk. Sprint should be disappointed because we sure are.
