A bit disappointed on their shipping. Order placed on 9/28. Now 10/10. Still hasnt shipped from China. I know you want to cut cost and do drop shipping but this is ridiculous... How has it not shipped almost 2 weeks after the order was placed? I wonder how much longer I need to get it... I cringe to think how much longer to get it corrected if I get a defective product... This probably will be the last time I ever order with DDM Tuning. Its really a shame because Ive had good experience with DDM tuning previously but looks like its gone down hill since... Prices are good tho I wonder if its worth it.

Do not go here for good quality products. You are better off buying what you want from China compared to these guys. The customer service is terrible, and wont replace defective parts because they cant replicate the problem.

Definitely overpriced china stuff, just because they put DDM on their supplies and its local. I bought some led headlights and foglights for $140, later i just went on ebay and orders some even brighter ones for half the price just to experiment. Do your research people and save you some money.All these reviews are bought with some LEDs for your license plate

Customer service is very poor you walk in as I did and stayed there for about 4 minutes before somebody even acknowledge you when there is only you somebody at the computer some woman at a desk you with me when you come in hey how you doing some sort of green no greeting at all but then again youre paying less than $30 for HID kit so is it the lack of customer service that youre getting such a fantastic deal on a hid kit. At one point I almost wanted to leave but then again I was able to get anything kid for the price that I did but I really think that they should have way better customer service also have somebody on the phone to pick up for you

I ordered a set of HID lights to replace some in my truck. Unsure of exactly which ones to order I ended up talking to one of their CSRs when all was said and done the order was placed. The problem first stemmed from the amount of time they took to get them, almost 10 days with a $13.00 shipping and handling charge. The lights were priced very reasonably at $15.99 and I needed them so I thought no problem. Well as time went by and my frustration grew because I was driving around on one headlight, I ordered another set from a competitor in Florida these were the correct ones and came one day after the ones from DDM (thank goodness). I spoke to the return department at DDM and explained the situation to them and how the wrong lights were ordered. The sent me an email stating I could return them for a $20.00 fee - what a bunch of crap!! Let me get this straight Im into the lights about $29 and to return them would cost me a $20.00 fee plus shipping them back on my dime. Well folks I may of been born in the dark but it wasnt last night. I am very disappointed with the service from DDM especially when they put returns into this perspective. I cannot and will not recommend others to purchase from DDM and very fortunate I didnt buy something of higher value from them!!!

Went to check out some HID lights. Crystal was very helpful and explained everything to me even showed me the display they had with the diff lights. Its rare to find someone so honest and knowledgeable about their products snd services. Thanks to Crystal ill be rolling in style with my 6k lows and 8k highs

A mechanic friend of mine recommended DDM Tuning for their HID lights... I got them for my Saturn and they worked for a week and they blew out! I sent back the wiring harness for an exchange (thankfully they did this free of charge, but I still had to pay about $15 in shipping that they said they would reimburse but never did). When I finally got the new wiring harness, I installed the entire kit in my car again. They worked but would not turn off! The only way to get them to turn off was to unplug some of the connecting wires, and when I did this it sparked and blew something!Furious that I kept having troubles with this (Ive been keeping the story short) I wrote them an email and demanded a full refund of the 80-something dollars that I spend, plus the shipping costs (equaling about $30 by now). Someone emailed me saying hed start processing my refund, and asked me what exactly happened (duh - I told him exactly what happened in my email), so I wrote back on my phone... NO response. I wrote 2 more emails after that... Then I realized that you cant respond to their emails - you have to send a brand new email to them to respond. What kind of system is this to properly communicate with your customers? My refund was not being processed as I just have a China-made and China-quality piece of crap HID kit sitting in its box waiting for me to send it back to them.I went on their site and wrote them another email. This is getting ridiculous. I made the same request as before and sent them a copy of the emails I sent them prior to this. Someone finally started the refund process for me... I sent the kit back and they claimed it was functional but theyd give me a refund anyway... of $52. What the hell kind of crap is that?!?! I spent so much in shipping to this Godforsaken company that works out of Irvine, CA but has people from China making these crappy kits!!I do NOT recommend them! Crappy customer service and HORRIBLE parts that are useless!!!

Terrible, crappy products that try to pass off as high quality, terrible customer service. They wont go out of their way to fix a problem if their product is defective unless you go through the inconvenience of taking out the product, waiting a week or two to have it sent back and then sent back to you, meanwhile your car is out of commission. Asked if they could send me a working pair and if I could send them my defective ones once I installed the new ones and they refused to do that.

I went to the San Diego location regarding my HIDs not working. I was contacted by Crystal, who was very cheerful and upbeat and eager to help. She took the time to checkout the HIDs and replaced the parts that were broken. She had great customer service and even tested the new wiring kit to ensure it was working correctly. For how many reviews that are bad, my experience was great. Crystal is a great employee and did a great job.
