My wife backed into a post in a small parking lot and jacked up the back corner of the new CRV. I’ve known of this company for years and the quality of their work, so I ran right over. Ezekiel gave me a quote within 10 minutes and had the vehicle done in 2 days! They even fixed a plastics fixture that wasn’t in the original quote for us. They’re second to none in the Cicero area! If you want GREAT service with PROFESSIONAL mechanics then this is the shop you need!!! I came in and explained my situation and the tech handled EVERYTHING in a reasonable time and for a great price!! I have been to many shops where they try to jerk me around because I am a woman. I didnt feel taken advantage of here at all, they showed me where other mechanics went wrong, showed me prices, walked me through the process and reassured me I would be satisfied. They also kept me posted on the process every step of the way through text messages and calls. I was beyond satisfied when I got my car back, fixed and CLEAN, of course they washed it because they are the best!!!! Come here if you want quality work done with great techs!!!!!! I was impressed about the reviews so i had my car repair here it was my worst luck they keep my car for almost 4 1/2 months after two weeks of having my car return end up taking it back.. Never never will i ever come.here again they just care about the insurance money. I regret bringing here wish they would of told me an not lie about having mechanical experience and bodywork i report to Springfield.

My experience with P&G was amazing.I took my 2013 BMW in to them. They were very flexible and worked great around my schedule and offered options to help my temporary vehicle situation.Ive had plenty of vehicles repaired in the past, and usually when you hear a time frame for receiving your car back, it always ends up being in the shop much longer. P&G was THE FIRST body shop I went to that estimated a time where I actually picked up my car at that estimated time. I was pleasantly surprised! The repairs turned out beautifully- my car looks brand new again like I just drove it off of the lot. P&G also cleaned my car very nicely (inside and out) prior to having me pick it up.I would highly recommend using P&Gs services and will use them in the future.
