Great service, the store is organized and plenty of products for your gaming needs.

The staff are nice and helpful. They do have a lot insight on video games if you need a recommendation.

I have 2 GameStop closer to me and I still have been going there for years but with the new employee they got I have had nothing but bad experience. When he calls me about my pre orders he tells me that he has been trying to call me for days which is not true then tells me if I don’t go pick the up he is going to sell them I have over 1,000$ In pre orders which I am now going to cancel them and take my business to another store.

They dont answer their phones and have close to no knowledge about gaming at all. Almost every purchase Ive ever made here was followed by a return or some kind of mixup

Went to two Play N Trades looking for a game for my 3DS and neither one had it. I was giving up hope and then I went to this GameStop and luckily they had it!! Super friendly staff. A little crowded but overall decent.

What a bad experience at this gamestop today. None of the workers greeted when I came in, none of them offered to help me so I just left and as I was leaving they were all at the counter laughing and talking to each other.

Always trying to add stuff i dont need or want. Other than that Good.

Called and asked them to hold an item for me since it was an hour drive for me from my job, when I get there the manager tells me they never had said item, I confirm that it was the right location that I had called then the manager goes in the back and comes back out and says they sold the item that I had asked them to hold for me and had offered to put a deposit down to hold, so which is did you never have it or did the GM over ride my request to hold the item? The Harlem Irving Plaza location had the item so they got the 600$+ sale from me. GG kidz.

Horrible customer service I was waiting in line for more than 30 min while the cashier was helping only 3 customers infront of me. She got on the phone looking for an item from another store twice and instead of helping the next customer she was just standing there. Horrible customer service didn’t even acknowledge the customer. Will never come back to this dumb store wat a waste of time .
