I cant say enough good things about this place. The second I walked in the gentleman who helped me was super courteous and very knowledgeable. The tech was incredibly nice and very respectful,he took his time explaining everything he was going to do and why. I wish that more stores would follow his lead. I would recommend Ztech 10 times out of 10.

My second time coming to this shop and each time I left satisfied. This last time my daughter cracked the screen to her laptop really really bad and I was told it would take a week however it only took a few days! He made sure to stay in contact with me to let me know how things were & I would recommend them to anyone with a cracked screen or any other issues just call him up and make sure he can take care of it! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING DUDE TRULY greatest services in Chicago! They fixed my broken and cracked 6s screen in minutes. At such a great price $60. When I was getting quotes for like $100-$140 everywhere else in the city. My screen was jacked up and the guy fixed it with no problem and it didn’t take long at all need your phone fixed this is the place to go

I called them on a Sunday afternoon and was told I could bring my laptop in for a free diagnosis. I came in a half hour later, they fixed the problem and I was walking out the door a half hour later! I will definitely be bringing my computer back here for any more issues!

My husband and I went to this location back in September or October and had our laptops updated and repaired.... since then we NEVER had any problems with our laptops!This company/business gets our service on point!!! No mess up or mistakes, he tells you what you did wrong or right and he lets you know off the bat what he can do for you.

Took my laptop to them when my hard drive crashed and the customer service and repair was great. They even fixed it the same day for a very reasonable price I would recommend them to any one with electronic device problems!
