It was this young man there name Juan. I believe he was new he was in training mode. He did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! You wouldnt believe that he was new, because his performance was absolutely PROFESSIONAL Juan deserves a RAISE for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Cicero Illinois ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!! These boys are super chill. It is a busy location so I understand sales can be kinda lengthy. They could probably use a PT to assist during busy times, but honesty they do their jobs and are kind and personable people. Not everything is a 3 minute issue or has an instant solution.
Wish they ew more about the plans they have. Around a year ago I go in and ask if they have a plan for low-income families. I was told no, the cheapest plan they had was 70 a month which somehow came out to over $100 a month. so over the past year weve been spending money we dont have every single month for internet service .throughout those 10 months Ive been asking about a low income family plan finally once they cut off my service because the charges are too much every month like I had told them from the beginning I asked again what about a low income family plan and thats when they finally say we have one an have for a couple years. nowthey tell me that theyve had this plan Internet essentials for a while now and I could have gotten so now that I need the account for telling me that I need to do if not had an account with them for over a year so how is my child supposed to go on the internet for school?!
Horrible customer service. The person who works there was telling me completely different thing from what they were telling me on the phone at customer service, just because he was too lazy to do it!
Dilan was with us the whole time, makes us feel comfortable and we will go back, attitude and good disposition matters !
I had a good experience. 3 staff members, all of them attending to customer needs. One of them went through the line greeted everyone, asked them what theyre were there for. I made an appointment and was taken care of right away. They werent able to pull my bill though, might be because theyre a branded partner as opposed to an official store? If I were staying on as an Xfinity customer Id go back, but Im not.

Went in on a Sunday around 4:30. No one greeted us as we came in. We waited our turn to upgrade just so they could deny us service. Manager doesn’t have the balls give you a reason. He tells his employees for them to tell you. I recommend North Riverside location. Ask for Miranda, she’ll take care of you.
ZERO STARS. Customer service is non existent here. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. visit the 7040 Cermak Rd store. I arrived at 4:35pm on a Sunday and needed a phone upgrade. They refused to help, stated it was too late because the store was closing at 5pm and the upgrade process took too long. They told me I had to come back the next day. The manager was extremely rude and refused me service so he could get off on time. I rushed over to the Cermak location where I arrived at 4:55pm 5 minutes prior to closing and they successfully helped me with no issues or nasty attitudes. I mentioned to the associate there my experience and the associate stated it is not the first time they receive or hear complaints about the Cicero location.
First off the store is nicely set up I think it’s self explanatory or you can ask to be directed to an item. I like how they have the seating with the tv that lets you see the line up from On Demand.Elizabeth was the first to approach us with a warm welcome. I asked her if she knew Spanish and she said yes thankfully and she didn’t make a face. We are beyond grateful that she was bilingual. She explained everything in both languages since my husband understands both languages but it’s easier understood in Spanish as that is his first language. Her customer service made me feel like we were friends and not just a sell. My husband and I were comfortable in the way she addressed any concerns and questions we had.

I was at the store to pick up a package to set up my Internet once I arrived I was taken care of by Julio Vargas who was rude and arrogant! the store had all the equipment that I was scheduled to pick up, however he said He’s computer system wasn’t showing Proper inventory I asked him to make a call or do something so he can release the equipment and he told me; I’m not doing it! he did not do anything and he Told me to call Xfinity that he was not going to assist me and that was his Final decision. This is what I call the worst customer service at its prime!, young kids that do not appreciate their jobs They do not understand, well they do understand but they don’t wanna help!Giving the business that they represent a really negative impact. and to make things worse he acknowledged And mentioned that this is the only store Available in a 50 mile radius and he said: no I will not help you call Xfinity to solve your issue! This stores owner needs to follow up with this kid so he understands the consequences of not taking care of the customer or not even trying to take care of a customer.
I walked in today looking to exchange my modem... Gerardo is the gentleman who assisted me. I just want to give a shout out, he has great customer service!!!!!! I was in an out on less than 6 minutes. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

The customer service quality needs to be stepped up and consistent. The first time I stepped into this facility was to return the modem to decrease my monthly payment and also renew the agreement as well to lower my payments. The rep who was a male Sunday March 15th in the afternoon helped finalize this. I asked immediately before I left will this reflect on my upcoming payment and his response was yes. Days later I waited for this to fully sync and my payments are still the same. I called to Xfinity and a rep mentions to me my payment will reflect correctly in a couple days. I wait again and still nothing. I come to the same location and am assisted by the AGM. The AGM informed me that basically the rep was wrong over the phone and basically thats how it is and no refund would be done. First listen then speak. I didnt ask for a refund. The young man who first help me was there during that time but did not want to put him on the spot. I have been in customer service for years and this is pretty sloppy to have three different answers and doll attitude as we leave. Needs improvement.Ill stick to the Riverside location.

Today my mom went to pick up an internet equipment and she asked the lady that works there named Alexandra what deals they had on internet and instead of explaining if there were deals or not with a bad attitude the lady answered her that it depends on what she was looking for, well thats why my mom asked her cause she didnt know but it seems like this lady doesnt like her job because her face and attitude doesnt show it.
