Good price for units nice facility great people only downside not 24 hrs and only 10ft doors however it says 10 but 11ft clearance truck fits so 10ft is recommended.

This is the worst storage facility. Since changing from Cubesmart to Extra Space theres been nothing but issues. First a fire, today I arrive and theres no elevator service!!! Just a handwritten notice advising to take the stairs, yet no directions as to where the stairs are located!!!

Best price I could find in Chicagoland. Service was exceptionally friendly, informative, and efficient.

I appreciate Manager Jeanett Hernandez taking so much time with my mom to figure out what unit size choice she had while staying within her budget. I have a unit also. All staff are great, Managers Anibal and Erica as well. Good customer service and kindness goes a long way which is why I chose this company/location over others. I cant speak to price change yet which is always a concern because we just started renting.

Anibal and the rest of the team here are great to work with. Upon realizing that the unit I initially rented was going to be too small, he quickly found another spot and had all of my info transferred over to a larger space. Additionally, the facility is clean and easy to access, about all you could ask for from a storage facility.

Great customer service there, specifically Jeanette who trained and explained every necessary thing.But, serious concern was about expensive insurance rates that did not make sense at all versus the rent rate. Totally, very kindly customer service but not a good price.

OMG! The staff at the Cicero, IL location are totally incredible!! They were so nice and helpful. I worked directly w/Erika Garcia and she was awesome. She had no problem showing me around the place to ensure I made the best selection in size for my things. Her co-workers Jeanette and a gentleman (Im sorry cant remember his name) also chimed in to ensure pricing was correct and Jeanette even gave me a key chain to keep up with my keys for the lock. The place is clean and easy accessible to my home. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Love this storage! I rent one cubic for one and half years till I moved out of the town. Very friendly and professional staff. Several loading garages there are. Spacious outside area which is easy to maneuver even an 18-wheel trailer outside. Constant temperature inside all year around. Price is very reasonable.

This place is new and is located in an area free of traffic. It makes it very easy to bring a long moving truck for loading/unloading purposes. When I moved to Chicago from California, it was a 36 hour drive prior to arriving at the facility. I was tired, stressed, and very hungry. I was fortunate enough that I was assisted by Anibal and Jeanette who were both welcoming and worked really quickly so I can go check into my hotel to rest. The service doesn’t stop there, they would always offer their assistance every time I stop by just to show that they care about their customers. I’ve known them for a year now and I consider them as my family away from home.

No issues. Workers are helpful. Elevators work. No leaks in unit. Its exactly what you need it for.

Its clean, friendly staff, and reasonable prices at the start of your lease. Cant give it more than 4 stars only because prices are subject to change at any moment during the length of your lease. Other then that, its free for your first month and its fairly new building, so everything looks and works great to come in and out of building.

Also, another staff member that goes under the initials of AC was also all the things i mentioned for Jeanett on another day when i called to inquire on their storage facilities. Super easy process to reserve online and initial set up at location. Could use better signage to locate your storage unit by numbers but otherwise pretty easy to get around. This is our first time ever using a storage unit place and the manager was extremely helpful and friendly!

Had a great tour of the facility unfortunately I went to another cubesmart closer to home but Anibal was very knowledge and helpful. He was able to help me figure out what storage unit I needed and helped me fine a cubesmart closer to home. Excellent customer service I would definitely recommend this location.
