Our salesman who waited on us had a great knowledge of all the products in the store. He was easy to deal with and knew how to answer our questions without being pushy or condescending . We went to mattress firm clearance outlet at 5555 Glenway Ave and had the best mattress buying experience weve ever had all thanks to Cameron. He really took his time, asking us questions, taking us around to each bed, to be sure we found the one that was best for us. He also made sure to stay in our price range.

I went in to purchase a full size bed for a full over full bunk bed. My associate was Damien he was amazing was able to assist me in my $200 price range and even helped me save a little so I spent less than expected. I’ll definitely be back to purchase a California king ❤️

Just purchased a certified used... and apparently cleaned mattress for 522$. The mattress reeks of cigarette smoke and there’s animal hair on it . Interesting experience. I’ll buy new from now on. Now to purchase a mattress cover! UghAddendum. I called the store to notify them if the problem. Jordan immediately had an awesome solution! I’m so impressed and grateful! Excellent!

My wife and I visited the Western Hills Mattress Firm Clearance location today to take a look at mattresses and gather information on what mattress would be best for us. We have been in need of a new mattress for a couple years but had put off buying one because we couldnt come to grips with spending so much money on a good one (and we knew we wanted a good one). Everywhere we looked over the last couple years was charging anywhere for $5,000 to $8,000 (on sale!) for what we wanted. Finally deciding we cant sleep another night on our old mattress, we decided we were ready to fork out the money for a new one. Greg (and Luis) greeted us immediately upon entering the Mattress Firm Clearance store. Greg went right to work finding a good fit for us. He was patient, NEVER pushy, and had so much good information and answers to all of our questions. We werent necessarily expecting this to be where we would find what we wanted, but we left as proud new owners of a top-of-the-line mattress for LESS THAN HALF what we would paid anywhere else! I cannot express how happy I am that we walked into this store today. My wife and I are grateful for Gregs outstanding help and guidance. I bought a King Size Serta motion i series adjustable bed with the blue base. Absolutely love it! Very Comfortable and we sleep great! Steve was a great help with his knowledge and no pressure sales and the delivery guys were totally awesome too. I was totally happy and pleased with the entire experience across the board. Probably going back in September to purchase a full size bed as a surprise b-day gift for my little sister.

I stopped in today just to buy a cheap mattress for unexpected family coming in for the holidays. I was greeted right away by Steven who was very helpful on directing me in the direction of a cheaper style mattress which I was looking for. While looking a gentleman named Nate offered help if needed. He was very helpful and instead of a cheap mattress I bought a new mattress for myself and also my son. They were very helpful and recommend to all my friends and family.

The salesman was very helpful and helped us fully understand our options. Although we do not get delivery until next Sunday, we were very pleased with the sales experience.

I can’t speak for everyone but the associate Cameron who helped my girlfriend and I was phenomenal. We received the utmost care and attention while purchasing our mattress and there was even multiple people being serviced by the same associate. We were able to find the type of mattress we wanted and the firmness which I was weary of at first and talk about a realistic budget for the mattress. Cameron exceeded all of our expectations and made all of our demands happen and even stayed 90 minutes later than closing time because of how annoying and indecisive we were being. So excited to sleep in our new king size memory foam mattress tonight, thanks again Mattress Firm and Cameron.

We wasted a lot of time being convinced, by Logan, to buy a bed that the company no longer carry but keep on the floor. Once we made a second choice, their computer system went down and we were there close to an hour processing a payment. I specifically had a note for delivery instructions and when time came for delivery, we missed the truck because Logan failed to honor my request (according to the store manager). The store manager (T. J.) rescheduled my delivery and promised to refund the delivery fee. So much for Black Friday deals.

My experience with them was friendly professional and the service was awesome. I had Luis when I first came in, I explained my budget and what I was looking for and he quickly located everything I was after. Plus since I’m not up to speed on all the mattress fancinsss, he broke it all down and made it easy for me to figure out what was best. Since I was making a return trip he made me up and invoice with everything he had shown me. The deal was WOW-OW-OW!! When I came back nearly a week later to make the purchase the full size I had selected had been sold (put money down and they’ll hold it). Greg, a manager, worked with me to find a deal that was just as awesome! This bed is so much better than the original I looked at by the way. They have a great selection, great prices, awesome sales associates and service. When I say I saved nearly a grand on two super nice beds, it means I’m promising you it’s worth going up there. Thanks Greg and Luis, you’ll definitely get repeat business from me and my family.

I went to this location on Saturday and purchased a queen hush pillow top mattress and the process went well up until the point when it came time for my delivery!I picked Monday 9/2 as my date for delivery and was told I would get a call a day before telling me what day my delivery would be.I received the call and the automated system stated my mattress and box spring would come from 5:15 to 7:15.I made sure to stay inside and not go anywhere around 5 because I didn’t want to miss my delivery.So I’m waiting and around 7:40 I decided to track the order to find out what happened.It said I was order 11 and they were working on order 8.Still I didn’t panic I figured because it was Labor Day they were busy!I called this location and spoke to the guy named Cameron who sold me the mattress who was really nonchalant about everything and stated that he got a email 15 minutes ago saying it was problems with the truck and the order wasn’t going to be completed.He never called me to tell me my order was cancelled!!I said ok just reschedule for 9/3 and he states all the orders are filled and that I would have to wait until 9/5.This is the most unprofessional mattress firm location I’ve been to.I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here!When I asked if the mattress would come on 9/5 he stated he didn’t know and he thinks it should!!I spent 874$$ to be treated like I was nothing!I asked him for the number to corporate and he gave me a random 1-800 number!!——-update———Mike the district manager reached out to me and credited my account for the troubles I had.This has restored my faith in Mattress firm.Im changing my rating from a 1 to a 4!!!

Bought a new hybrid adjustable bed 2 months ago and we love it. The salesman was very friendly. They have the option of buying pre-owned and sanitized as well.

First issue was they were due to open at 12pm and the store MANAGER didn’t even get in until 12:30pm. So within that time we decided to go to the mattress firm accross the plaza which is also a mattress firm and talk to them to see what we could do. We worked with them while we waited for the store manager to open. So the person helping us from the other store called him with the heads up of what we were wanting and he already had an issue with the situation. We had issues with the mattress we had bought. Came back before the “30 day trial” period because we were so unhappy and having so many issues with numbing while sleep and back pain. So we came back in hopes of exchanging for a different mattress. The manager of the store was rude to us because we didn’t allow the 30 days but my husband and I were miserable daily getting out of bed. We just asked if we could exchange for another, keeping our business and money with this store and location willing to pay the difference. He then proceeds to get upset and tells us we’re coming at him with demands. I had to walk out of the store because I felt so belittled the way he was speaking to my husband and I. So, at this point in time the issue still isnt resolved and we just plan on buying a different bed from an entirely different company and waiting for our 30 day trial to be up so we can just get a refund and be out $250 for a restocking fee because the manager at this location doesn’t want to try and help a customer who’s literally sitting there begging to exchange because we are in so much pain. I do not recommend this location at all. If you’d like to get talked to like you’re an incompetent person and get treated with no respect I suggest coming here.

Went to the Mattress Firm across the parking lot. They were open with 1 employee inside. He said the other store had to close unexpectedly.
