Upgraded my air fryer. But took a walk around the store before picking it up. Love the professional, friendly associates.

This is my first bad experience with them. My Mom ordered some luggage for me and pick up was fine. When I checked it in the car the zipper was already broken. I took it back and they let me have another one. Got back in the car opened it and it was pretty bad. Material was very cheap and when I held it up the sun light was coming through the little holes in it. I immediately took it back.

My car broke down in their parking lot 😩.It was the alternator! THEY GAVE ME jumperCables since my battery 🔋 was dead and I could not get into my trunk.(battery operated) They also offered 😒 to sit inside the store to to wait for the tow truck..Extremely Above and beyond Hospitable 😑😒🙄

They are so kind especially a manager named Kathy at Bridgewater Falls. She located item we were having trouble with app. She held it at front counter and we picked item up from there.

Went to this store 9/7. My husbands mask slipped down below his nose for a second and a worker there jumped all over him. Like the mask police. Needless to say we left the store without buying a thing. Will never return. We were the only 2 customers in the whole store. Now I can see why. Highly overpriced...rude employees. Be careful if you go in there. You are being watched closely for mask infractions.

Went with my daughter and found all kinds of stuff. Pretty good prices. Dont have one near me, though.

The woman bringing out my item was extremely rude!! I drove 30 min to get to this store. I would drive a hour to get to a different store. Whoever is doing your curbside pick up needs training in customer service. I will never return!

Bed Bath & Beyond is a slowly dying store but not very many options. I am surprised to see the Bed Bath & Beyond is still around when many of the options that they provide are available online at Amazon from much cheaper price.

Too much bed and bath, not enough beyond.

Waited for my curbside pickup for 10 mins. When I called I was told my arrival notification had “just come through the scanner.” Really? After 10 mins? Either someone is full of it or BBB’s curbside pickup system just doesn’t work and they should stop advertising it.

Went in looking for drinking glasses for my sister. My toddler ended up breaking a cup... I took it up to offer to pay for it and the guy said please dont worry about it and continued to ask if my daughter was okay. Her well being was more important to him. I feel like that says something good about the workers there. The cashier was also super helpful.

You dropped my pillow.. I will never shop in your stores again.

I love Bed, Bath and Beyond. They have products I dont see at other stores and the associates are helpful and courteous.

Never seem to be afforded a discount at this store unless I have your card. Seldom shop here for that reason.

Had a curbside pickup. Used the email link to tell them I had arrived. They came out with my purchase in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way.

Ive posted before about how much I love this store on Princeton Road. I still love the store but I didnt like that this location had 2 people working last weekend which made it to where I couldnt get anyone to help me with anything and also I waited in check out line longer than I was in the store.

They were so helpful and kind here. We were asked several times if we needed help finding anything, when the cashier line started to get backed up, another one quickly opened. The selection of products is amazing and if they dont have it there, they will get it for you online!!

The Manager and staff here are the kindest most processional people Ive encountered in a long time. Well done guys! They went above and beyond to help me.

I like going to Bed, Bath and Beyond, but I have to know exactly what Im going for because I get too distracted by all the different and interesting products they have. They have a scent all through the store that after a while seems a little strong. HOWEVER, my husband, who was with me, is rather sensitive to fragrances and he didnt remember smelling anything when I asked him later about it. Weird. (Not my husband, the situation was weird.😶)

Missing a lot of regular items that I would expect to find here, like proper sizes, etc. Relatively organized, though.

I had a return of an online purchase that I had opened, only to discover it wasnt the right item. No questions asked, they refunded my money with an in-store card.

They had the lamps, that was advertised. I even had to ask the cashier to get something because I couldnt reach it and he did it with no problem. It wasnt busy and they had two lines opened, so I walked right up and checked out.

Very neat and clean store with ample parking and friendly, helpful staff. Lots of interesting cooking and bath/personal care gadgets, large selection of bath curtains, towels, pillows, sheets, cookware and utensils and more.

Had an $30 difference with pricing of a coffee maker (online vs in atore). Bit confusing explanation but store personal made price adjustment without any issues.

I enjoyed my trip to BB&B. Pic ked up what I ordered and planning a trip back soon!!

Lots of merchandise good deals

Took too long to get a bridal registry. Almost walked out and went to Target. I walked around to find something on my own and came back to service counter. Finally a woman came over and printed it out and a nice gentleman helped me order it online.

No holiday aprons this year, located other items, tidy store, no lines

Had a coupon. Bought some skillets plus some decorations for the holidays. Customer service was beautiful.

Its always overwhelming going into this store. I feel like there is so much to see crammed into such a small space. When I needed help, I couldnt find anyone to help me. I waited for about 20 minutes before someone was available to help. I had to ask a cashier where to go to find someone first...Overall, the store offers a great deal of selection of good quality items. I just feel at times I get sensory overload walking in and trying to find someone to help if needed can be a hassle.

They had only one of the items I went in there for. Staff were nice but not particularly knowledgeable. Everything is priced high. There seems to be a decent selection but that didnt help me this time around.

Got use a great coupon. Very friendly service. But probably wouldnt go without a coupon-pretty pricey

I went to shop for specific merchandise..like Yankee candles in Japanese cherry blossoms...didnt have..I did look at coffee makers and waffle irons instead .

This store is still overpriced! The choices arent that different than a tjmaxx or homegoods. You cannot find a person working other than the register. Too many books and crannies for no help. You have to have a 20%coupon for here

Had one employee who got the ladder and hunted on the top shelfs for a candle I was looking for. Then when the female cashier was having issues and I was standing for along time the same man opened up a register. Very helpful!!!🙌

Not a fan of bed bath and beyond. I can find everything they have cheaper else where. Such as at places like Wal-Mart,Target,Amazon,etc.
