Ok I have had my bed for little bit. I am over the moon about this bed. I get in the bed and I don’t last 10 minutes before I’m falling asleep. Even when I wake during the night I am able to go back to sleep. Before I would be awoke for awhile. So happy with my purchase. Chris was a tremendous help with everything. Now just need a head board 😂.

They recently moved into a new location and it is very nice and clean. Chris helped me out, I had an idea of the mattress I wanted and Chris did not try to up sell me on anything and was quite knowledgeable on the differences between several beds I was deciding between. The prices were great, and the purchase process was very smooth. While there can sometimes be supply issues outside anyone’s control, my mattress actually was able to be delivered a few days early. I’ll be returning for my future mattress needs.

The process was incredibly easy! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, so Chris showed me every option I had and gave me the input I needed. I was torn between either getting a really nice bed and a regular frame or an adjustable frame and a lower quality bed, but Chris made some magic happen and got me the bed I wanted on the adjustable frame for an incredible deal! I came in with my defenses up expecting to try and avoid a hard sale and got exactly the opposite. Erik was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was ZERO pressure to buy and knowledgeable support. I will absolutely be buying all future mattresses from this store. They have beds all the way from extremely reasonable budget beds to high end premium beds. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a mattress. The salesman made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. They had an area for our 2yr old to play and occupy her time which she enjoyed. Great sales, saved a lot of money, and even had it delivered that weekend. Perfect!

Ordered a mattress in Feb and applied for financing. Cancelled the order before to got delivered. Eric said he would let Crest Financial know but never did. Now he wont answer when Crest tries to call him. I keep getting charged for merchandise I dont ever have.
