Designers are super snobby. Save your time and go to another branch. Or go to Arhaus. They’re very helpful.We made a couple of trips to this store and both designers refused to sell us anything. ANYTHING. From the floor (clearance) and from the website. They just kept telling us to go to the website to look for what we want. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We have had THE BEST experience working with Jaclyn at Ethan Allen in Kenwood. We have entrusted her with the design and layout of the most important rooms in our new home, and it has been wonderful. She took the time to listen to what we like, ask questions, and show us things in the store. Jaclyn took all the information from our initial meeting and came up with the most beautiful plans for our rooms. We were beyond impressed with what she presented to us. Over the last nine months, Jaclyn has answered so many questions of ours, not only regarding purchases from Ethan Allen, but also relating to other home design elements with which we needed guidance. I love Ethan Allen! The quality is the best Ive found, and the service matches it. Our designer, Jaclyn, was very helpful with suggestions about furniture sizing and placement; she even came out to our house to measure for our new sectional. Our items were delivered sooner than promised. I would highly recommend EA.

Connie Dean did an excellent job in helping me to choose window treatments for my new townhome. She expertly assessed my style and helped me to select blinds and drapes that look fabulous. She was also very prompt in answering my numerous questions. Thank you Connie Dean. Our message was to lighten the feeling of our morning room. Connie came to our home with samples in hand to determine the color and shades that we preferred and presented a plan for the room with selected fabrics wood and carpet. During this presentation, we felt worried that the shades were not quite compatible with our wall color. Without missing a step, we walked through fabrics and color and she then brought them back to our home for final acceptance. Most of our order has been delivered and I feel that we have a new home. The quality of the furniture is outstanding and we cannot wait for the last piece to arrive..

I was dreading the process of furniture shopping - I just don’t have that “decorator” DNA. I decided to start by just looking for a couch. I stopped in at the Ethan Allen store and was instantly greeted by Jackie Dunn, one of the designers. She showed me around and we instantly hit it off! When I found out that in-home design was a free service, we made an appointment that day. Jackie listened to our needs and ideas and used her expertise to help us choose the perfect pieces, fabrics, colors and finishes. Our furniture was just delivered yesterday and it completely transformed the look of our home! I can’t wait to start round 2 of decorating with our friend and designer, Jackie. She is simply the best. Even the furniture delivery process was on time, smooth and the delivery men took great care with our house. I highly recommend Ethan Allen and Jackie.

Just purchased our mattress and box spring set here. We love it! Delivery process was well organized and the delivery men were very nice and professional. Most pleasant delivery experience we’ve had.

My husband and I have worked with Connie a designer at Ethan Allen many times over the past four years as we have been decorating our house. The quality of service Connie and the Ethan Allen team provides is exceptional. The quality of furniture is also of the highest among any furniture store. We have been beyond happy with every room design that Connie has designed for us. We consider the Ethan Allen team as our friends.

We have worked with both Jane and Connie during the past ten years. We have been very pleased with not just the items they have helped us select, but also how they have integrated everything together. They have never pressured us to buy anything, instead working with our wants and needs within our budget. We are very satisfied with how our rooms have turned out.

I was greatly disappointed with Ethan Allen of Cincinnati and Connie Dean. I called and spoke with Connie who was pleasant but lacking in necessary pragmatics to meet my needs as a patron. She informed me Ethan Allen of Cincinnati is lacking in staff and no appointments were available either with her or one of her colleagues for the next several days. I hypothesize that Ethan Allen of Cincinnati must run on a “skeleton crew” secondary to the cost of the new location. With that said, I contacted the Ethan Allen store In Centerville, Ohio, just outside of Dayton, Ohio. I would highly recommend individuals in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area make the drive to the Centerville, Ohio store. First, they are a family owned Ethan Allen with their own delivery crew and trucks. The Cincinnati store is a corporate owned store which outsources its delivery crew and clearly isn’t able to meet the needs of its clients. It’s unfortunate that Connie and her team were unable to provide the necessary services required to be successful. Without clients, Ethan Allen is nonexistent. Ethan Allen of Cincinnati has really missed the beat on this one.

A friend and I came in yesterday evening to look at furniture. When we came in the door one of the ladies at the front desk pointed us out the door. The other one asked, are you looking for the entrance to the mall or are you here for furniture? I asked if the store was closed. She said, no. I told her we came to look around. They assumed we were lost. I guess we didnt look like the type that shops here. We are two black, professional, educated women. We were dressed very casual, but that is no reason for how we were treated. My friend just moved and is looking for furniture. We came in and looked around, but were so upset by our treatment we left. Just some advice, greet everyone that comes through the door. You dont know what anyone has or does. Especially in a time when people can easily leave reviews on the web for all to see.

Wanted to update our family room. We’ve been Ethan Allen fans for some time and find their quality especially at their sale price points hard to beat. Excellent designer assistance with in home consultation hard to beat.

We had an excellent experience with Ethan Allen in Springdale. Please ask for Patti Buchroeder when shopping at this location. Patti is a wonderful design professional that helped me to get outside of my comfort zone, but still kept my style in mind. She saved me from making a huge mistake with a custom purchase, not returnable, that would not have fit in our space. She came up with some unique choices that I would not have chosen and now love. Further, when one of our pieces was damaged at delivery, she was helpful in making sure we received our new piece.

Had multiple service issues on multiple pieces of furniture. Hours of calls discussing how to address furniture that had stitching issues and wrinkle issues with no results (relative to what was in showroom). Big headache. Would recommend avoiding.

We do not live in the area but Connie was very helpful and full of information to help us with our to decide on what we want to do

Delivery was a month after promise date. Every person that i spoke with made it seem like it read no big deal.
