Nissan really knows how to find quality dealers. I recently bought my Titan from a local dealer in Richmond that doesn’t sell commercial vehicles.I found Busam Nissan in Ohio. They bent over backwards for me. Gave me a good price on a trade and gave me several options for my commercial van.Even threw in a quick detail wile I had lunch.Do yourself a favor and shop w a family owned dealer. Talk to Sam or Keith. They will treat u like family.
I took my Frontier in for warranty work (fuse kept blowing) after the dealer where I bought it failed to find anything wrong after two attempts, even keeping it for three weeks the first time and failed to return phone calls. Busam treated me with respect and kept in touch with me about the progress. Love the customer service, and have already recommended them to others.

This was by far my best car buying experience.Keith was knowledgeable and courteous. BUt what was truly special was he listened and trusted.He listened and engaged on what i was looking for and also to details on my family. (He actually did some homework on my sons achievements)The actual purchase was easy as we were able to set up time the next day to come in and sign everything once it was complete and not having to wait in the showroom while the paperwork was being created. This was a specific request that Keith came through on that made a big difference. I then, in the days following the sale, received a book on my favorite sports team from Keith. Blew me away! This was the best experience that I could have ever imagined at a dealership! We went to the dealership to buy a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV AWD red color. My son negotiated a deal with our salesman, Keith, and when we arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready to go and we decided to purchase it on the spot! Since we had a trade in, which was a 2014 Nissan Rogue Select, we thought the price was fair. The process was fast and efficient, and in a couple of hours we got the deal done. Awful communication. I was looking to purchase a commercial van. They sent me a message saying they had the van ready to look at. I drove an hour and a half to come check it out, only for then to tell me the van we were coming to look at was not listed at the price he told me in messages from just an hour before. Then proceeded to try and sell me a same make and model with more miles for considerably more money. Just seemed like a scam to lure you to get you in the doors and sell something different for more profit.
I was greeted as I walked in. The staff was personable and accommodating. My salesperson, Mike Sames, was very easy to talk with, explained many options and listened to details I discussed with him. Through our discussion, he ascertained the exact vehicle I was looking for and could afford. I leased my second Rogue with Busam, and plan to return to them for the next. This was the best car leasing experience I have ever had. It is usually a dreaded and stressful event, but this time I left the showroom feeling very satisfied and excited about my new vehicle. Mike explained all the accoutrements and functions of my Rogue. He was very patient with all of my questions, and offered his assistance in the future. I thank Mike and the entire staff for making the experience a uniquely pleasant one!
TJ was my salesperson I I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He didnt harasse like other dealerships tried to do. He was straight to the point, helpful, and actually LISTENED to what kind of car I wanted instead of what would give him the better commission. He empathized with my financial situation and got me in a 2017 Nissan Versa Im less than a week.Even after I bought the car, I asked him if he had on record when the last oil change was because the sticker on the windshield was old. Because he didnt have an answer for me, he has now arranged for someone to pick my car up from my office on Tuesday for an oil change and to drop it back off. Talk about service!!!!

The car was kept for over 2 days and one of the things I asked for them to check out; noise was not diagnosed. It actually sounded louder than when I dropped it off. So now I have to have it checked out somewhere else. They are backed up and don’t provide rentals so I can’t even bring it back if I wanted to. Also costs weren’t communicated before drop off. It was implied they would look at it the day I dropped off and not keep it for as long as they did.

We found a car on cars.com located at Busam Nissan. That car didnt work out for us but another on the lot ended up being perfect! The staff was efficient, helpful, understanding and easy to work with. The whole transaction, including two test drives, took less than two hours!
I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. If you’re looking for excellent service in every aspect, for all your car needs, this is the place to go. Thank you Busam Nissan for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back!
If you choose to buy a cargo van from these guys make sure you get it checked out thoroughly...I bought a 2009 Chevy cargo express 1500 with 116000 miles on it from them and the transmission went out 4 months later and when I tried to call them I was sent to voicemail countless times with no call back
Very fast service and we were out the door quickly! Then it all started. 2 days after my boyfriend purchased the vehicle he noticed there was something wrong with the vehicle. It ended up being the master cylinder. We called and called and never did get a call back so we fixed it so that he had something to drive. Then a week before his temporary tags expired they said the title had been sent out a few days before, but we never received it. They said they had a receipt showing when the title was sent, but yet it wasnt sent certified mail so how does that work? Its been one thing after another.
Being disgruntled with Colerain Nissan dealership, decided to try another location for services. So I tried another certified Nissan dealership off Kemper. Advised them prior to releasing vehicle that there was a warranty on the car and they should refer to it prior to contact. They stated they understood. Great customer service in person, but lacked on service performed behind scenes. Sent car in for general maintenance brakes and rotors replacement, and a/c service unknown. Discovered that a/c repair was for a condenser, which was covered in the warranty. Received a call from technician stating that there was damage to the condenser the warranty company wouldnt cover it and I had to pay out of pocket to repair, ok theres humidity and heat ontop of other environmental and pandemic advisories everywhere I cant afford not to have service completed. Yet intuition told me to contact my warranty. Come to find out as this process takes time with providers still working remotely, no one from the dealership contacted the warranty company. It was only upon my inquiry of reimbursement that it was discovered the condenser was in need of repair, and my warranty works on preauthorization so I couldnt even file for reimbursement due to Nissans negligence. So frustrated with Nissan as a brand. My next vehicle will not be one of theirs.

Buyer beware!! I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul on January 4th and by January 10th I had to replace the starter and battery - I am well aware the used vehicle is AS IS BUT when the manager promised this was a GOOD and SOLID vehicle that passed all pretesting prior to be put out for sale - it was one lie after another with this dealership and when I reached out to my salesman TJ the complaint fell on death ears NOT one word back!!Several emails have been sent as of 01/29/2021 AND I spoke with the sales manager on 01/27/21 with a PROMISE they would call me on 01/28/21 which never happened, so in 2 weeks of owning this car I have replaced the battery, starter, and ALL 4 tires as the other were rotted!!! This place is a scam and a joke, they are out for money NOT honest!! UPDATE 01/29/2021 I get an email from John Brumley with a phone # that has NO voicemail set up, WOW! More lies on top of lies, PLEASE PLEASE stay far away from this dealership the deals are NOT worth it they just want your money and not hold up their end of the deal!!

Not going to say any names but I bought a used vehicle with the 6 month / 6,000 mile warranty. Called about a warranty issue. I told him what was going on with my vehicle and he automatically told me it was the alternator (which of course isnt covered by the warranty go figure) and he sounded 100% sure about it and told me to call him back at the dealership which did not make sense to me at all. I did and was redirected to somebody else. I told the person I was speaking to somebody about a warranty issue and that they told me to call them back at the dealership main number. They said that they were busy and would call back. Never got a phone call back. Decided to just go ahead and take my vehicle to my mechanic and it turns out to be just the transmission control module which was a quick fix and probably cheaper. If I wouldve taken it to this dealer to get worked on, I would probably have to buy a new alternator, battery, and then the transmission control module. Glad I took it somewhere else.

This business has the rudest and most insulting salesmen I have ever dealt with in a car dealership. I called from out of state to see about buying a car. I put in an offer contingent upon them delivering the vehicle to me in my home state, but my offer was rejected, because they said it was too expensive to ship. A few days later, I made another offer, lower than the first, presuming I would come to pick up the car in person. This offer was accepted, but then they started piling on the hidden fees. They wanted $40 for a temporary tag (which is not recognized as legal in my home state) and another $250 “documentation fee”, and they insisted that they would have to collect my home state’s sales tax, too. I don’t care where I pay sales tax, but I had always paid it at my local registry while obtaining tags and title. Confused, I again contacted the registry of motor vehicles, who confirmed that the vehicle had to be legally tagged and registered in my state before I could legally drive it here. When the salesman called back, I presented him with this information, to which he started arguing and talking over me, stating over and over again that they were “required by law” to collect those fees and issue a temporary tag, instead of simply sending me the title and bill of sale so I could source them myself and be ready to drive it home legally. When I protested, he argued more loudly still and then abruptly hung up on me. He then called back offering to have his “finance department” get me the final figures. I told him that the offer I made included all hidden fees, but nevertheless he persisted. I guess these missed out on the first lesson of salesmanship 101—NEVER argue with customers, even if they are wrong, you never argue with them, and you NEVER shout, talk over them, or hang up on them. I’m glad I didn’t buy from this dealership, because I think my suspicions were correct—that this is a dodgy dealership that pretends to sell you a car for a fair price, then starts piling on the extra fees.

First of all, I love my new/used car I bought from Busam Nissan. Had a pretty good experience up until I had signed the papers and given them the cash. I was told there was 2 keys for the car, but once the deal was done, I was told no, there was only one set ( one complete set and one partial set, just the key, no FOB) but he would look around and see if he could find them. We called the following Monday and was totally giving the run around and couldnt get anyone to return our calls so we stopped in to see what was going on with the key and why no one would call us back. There was no second key (never was) and was told it would cost 360 dollars to get a new one made. Salesman told us to buy a FOB online and bring it in to get programmed but I was told by another Nissan dealer, that you have to buy the whole set, they wont program a FOB bought online. So just something to get rid of us that day. We even asked if they would go in half with us because we didnt feel like we should have to pay another 360 dollars to get something that was supposed to have been included in our deal. To say Im disappointed is a understatement and would I recommend? No because customer service is lacking and not following up on things seem to be a problem here and working for a repeat customer isnt high on their list.
I went to Busam today to look at a vehicle and gather some information. Linken, the sales associate, was so nice and helpful. I was really impressed by him and his no pressure approach. Im returning tomorrow to hopefully make a purchase and will update my review at that time. Im hopeful I will be a happy customer.Update: I purchased a 2017 Rogue SL at a fair price. I also received a fair price for my trade in. I love the car and I love the customer service my son and I received from Linken. He is a great guy and he made the buying process smooth and bearable. We brought our Nissan Altima in for transmission issues and John was wonderful to communicate all need information and get the service completed in a timely manner. The only thing that would have made the experience better would to have been offered a loaner while the transmission was being replaced in our vehicle.
I brought my car in for two recalls and was told the service would take approximately two to two-and-a-half hours. The service team had my car finished in less than 90 minutes. I really cant say enough good things about the Service Department. Stefan and John are always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate their support and leadership.

This dealership took advantage of my aunt who is in early stages of dementia. They charged her for things she didn’t need on a car with only 17,000 miles (tire pressure, front end alignment, air filter). My dad went in to dispute and they just shrugged their shoulders. Luckily, the salesman that sold her the car takes to them and she got her money back.Please be aware that this dealership takes advantage of the elderly!
The sales team did an excellent job getting us setup with our new 2019 Murano. They answered all our questions and provided all the information we requested to make our decision on which model to go with. They also went out of their way to get the model we wanted from another location that same day and had it all cleaned up and ready to go for us that same afternoon. The only improvement that I would recommend would be to the paperwork process. With todays technology it could be done in a more efficient and manner.
Staff always very attentive, very hands on with all details and service. I will be buying a car for my adult son in the year or two ahead. There are other brands I might prefer but if possible or if on the fence, I will buy Nissan and buy from Busam.
I took my car in for a starter replacement! That was the only issue! After i picked my car up it had sooo many other issues! And they wanted me to be “ok” with them, even though it wasnt any before i dropped my car off, they pretty much tore my car up and thought that ill pay for the damage they did to my car while in their care! The guy on the phone just argued with me about how my car was before I dropped it off!!! My car!!! They offered to do my back breaks, and did an alignment,but failed to mentioned the lower control arms needing to be replaced! How do you even performed an alignment with that type of issue!!!?? They literally stole $834.00 and rigged my car so that i will spend more! Do not take your nisaan here! It will constantly need issues
Fast oil changes. Nice lounge area with drinks, snacks & WiFi. Car salesman didn’t come & interrupt me to try to get me to sale/upgrade my car (some dealerships have done that while waiting on service). Told me truthfully what else I needed done because I know I do. Will definitely return.

Service did not contact me when my car was finished and left for the day so salesman had to find my keys (which took over 10 minutes) so that I could have my car for the rest of the weekend. Terrible customer service and I am going to Kings Nissan which is farther from my house but way better service so far! You guys blew it and we have 3 Nissans in our household.

This is the WORST dealership in the city to deal with as far as service is concerned. The actual mechanics are awesome and get the job done very quickly, but the old man and the big guy in the office behind him are disrespectful and lack customer service skills.
We are from Manchester, Tennessee. We were hours from home and had hours left to get to where we were going and we started having car trouble in Cincinnati. We searched all morning for a car service shop that was open and available to help us. We had zero luck and eventually found our way to Busam Nissan. We met Joe Busam and he did absolutely everything he possibly could to help us out. They got our car in, repaired, and back to us in a very timely manner. Throughout the process they kept us updated and was there to assist us with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances! Big thank you to Joe and Busam Nissan as well! Highly recommend.
EDIT: After speaking with Caitlin and another sales person they did their best to make sure i could see the vehicle i found.Had a nice young man come out and talk to me. All I wanted to do was look at the used inventory. Hes drags me around inside, asked me a bunch of questions, thats fine. But repeatedly didnt listen to a word I said and kept trying to get me to buy a new car that I told him I didnt want nor could afford. After leaving I just went to the used cars myself and found a car that fit exactly what I described to him...
My experiences with Busam Nissan has been one of the worst customer service experiences, period. When I returned a leased vehicle, I point blank asked the Sales Manager I have made the final payment on the lease, are there any fees besides the damage cost found during the inspection? Mike Sames response was that no fees existed and I would receive a bill from Nissan for the amount of the damage identified. I was hit with a fee at the end of the lease. Mike takes no responsibility in this communication (or lack thereof). After talking to a Sales Manager while Mike was out on medical leave, they said to bring the bill in and they would take care of it. The bill was taken to them and a couple of months later, the bill was taken to collections by Nissan. Thanks for committing to doing something and then not doing it, and then later taking no responsibility for your lack of action. Prior to this whole situation, I had leased another vehicle through Busam and spent over 10 hours at the dealership across 2 days. Stayed an extra 3 hours the first day (knew the exact car I would be leasing when I walked in the door and had no need for a test drive) so they would take care of the paperwork and when the car was delivered, all I would have to do is pick it up. When I arrived the second day, Finance Manager said the paperwork was done incorrectly and he would need to fix it. I waited another 5 hours for him to fix the paperwork (not sure why this wasnt already fixed prior to my arrival to the dealership to pick up the car). When discussing the payments and fees, when leasing, I pay first and fees up front. Communicated to me that the disposition fee that would be charged at the end of the lease was actually part of the first and fees (this lead me to believe there is no disposition fee at the end of a lease). They were rushing me through the contract to sign the paperwork as the Finance Manager was leaving for the day in 15 minutes. I almost walked away from the deal and then they offered two years of free oil changes, so I caved. I dont even use the oil changes because I dont trust anyone at Busam Nissan. Horrible experience and I would recommend that no one EVER go there to purchase a vehicle. There is a reason they are rated below 3 stars...

BEWARE OF BUYING CARS FROM HERE. Got a 14 Toyota Avalon, found out the drivers seat was recoated to cover discolored leather (we saw a small smudge on the listing pictures but then didnt see anything in person, sales rep said that smudge mustve been a shadow from something on the windshield) and highly likely that the car was in an accident (we were assured it was never damaged).Passenger side axle boot is leakingLooks like both side axles are not originalEngine looks like it was rebuilt (badly deeper down, I may add)Oil pan is leakingTransmission is leakingTiming chain cover is leakingRepair cost is around 3800 dollars.This was supposed to be certified by a mechanic before purchase. What kind of mechanic? This is a blatant fraud.Sales rep is also not returning any calls.

Needed a replacement for a totaled car and had already started looking at the LARGE dealers. Was web browsing On Hand inventory at the large dealers when I found one at Busam. Filled out on-line quote request ( 6am in the morning). They were the 1st dealer I heard from. Stopped there on the way to larger dealer and never left. BEST buying experience I have ever had! If you are tired of the rat race and gimmicks, stop here for a no BS, family oriented, truth telling experience. Dont be afraid to ask for the sky, you just may get it!

I cant recommend our Sales guy Matt enough !!! ... if you want a nice down to earth, no pressure man ... he is your guy. He took the time to show us three cars, and explained everything to a Tee. My cons to this is, it took us hours to get through the buying process, and just to get the kid to clean the car was a chore for Matt, but Matt was excellent and kept us comfortable, had real conversation and kept the people going so we could get out of there. It wasnt busy at all, I think it could of been faster. The manger was sort of rude, when we wanted to go drive around and honestly think about the purchase, he said you take my car or we drop the deal here, and we were genuinely wanting to purchase the car. So ignore the manager and be prepared to sit
