I had a fantastic experience at Byrider Beechmont! Doug Goodman was absolutely phenomenal. He wasn’t pushy like other car salesman. He got the financing I needed approved and explained all of the numbers the whole way. When I said I didn’t like anything on their lot in my price range, we found one at another location that I did! I drove to the other location in one of their cars, and my test drive was the drive back to Byrider Beechmont in my Ford Escape! We worked out an awesome deal! The warranty can’t be beat. They asked if I noticed any issues with the car. The only minor issue I found they immediately offered to fix free of charge! Overall it was an amazing experience. Horrible place! I bough my mercury milan from there and 2 days later the check engine light came on I have taken my car there a total of 4 times to be fixed and the same sensor keeps coming back on Shannon in the service department is rude and nasty. They dont return phone calls I have left probably over 50 messages and I have to consistently keep calling to talk to to someone. I bought my car in June its October and it still isnt fixed. Only put 1 star cause it wouldnt let me post, otherwise no stars this place is a JOKE

I receive great service from the time I made my appointment to get my car fixed thru out the process and all the way to picking up my car. Shannon Hart did a great job helping me. I should definitely recommend them.

This place is amazing! I went in yesterday because I had 500$ to put down on a car. I explained to them Im a 25 year old working full time and have horrible credit due to mistakes I made in the past and Ive never owned anything nice like the car I got from them. I was supposed to also trade in my little beater car but I explained to them I wanted to sell it off to someone else and they still even added 900$ with the 500$ I put down to help me even more to get a vehicle. Wish I could give 0 stars. We got a van that has broken down multiple times and now its going to take 6 weeks before theyll even work on it. I get that there are 9 cars ahead of mine but that doesnt take 6 weeks. I know for a fact it doesnt. Our van doesnt need to wait for a part to come in so what is taking so long? If youre waiting for a part for one of those 9, move to the next car until you get the part. Now our cats sick and needs a vet but we have no way to get there. Apparently, my familys willing to take legal action if we lose our pet due to not having a working vehicle.

They always fix what i need for a great price. Ive gotten all my cars from the beechmont location and Drew always helps me pick great cars. Byrider is very understanding and the cars Ive had from them have never caused me any major issues. That is great because i am a college student things are already expensive. Very good experience.EDIT TO POST: my cars engine blew on the way home from michigan (400 miles from home) i called jd byrider (under my warranty) & there i had the pleasure of working with service department manager Shannon. She made sure my car would be towed back to Ohio WITH NO COST TO ME!!!! She even asked for my location and went out of her way to call tow companies near me because I was in a literal breakdown. she got my car in the shop and stayed on top of her crew making sure my car got done and it got done fast!! She has kept me updated and has answered all my questions (no matter time or day!) She gave me a two week quota on how long it would take for my engine to be replaced- and it was done in exactly a week!Happy when I bought my car- and I am STILL a happy customer. Despite the engine blowing up under a month of having it (it was prior to being a rental so i knew buying it i had some risk factors) but they have taken such good care of me!!!6 out of 5 stars!!!!

When covid-19 began I lost a lot and James took the time to work with me and make sure my family and I drove home in a vehicle. However I am unable to give 5 ⭐ stars due to the issues I have had since the third day with the service department and now coming up on one year and still no one has tried to help me. When I take my car to be serviced Im never given a timeframe and I have to track someone down to get a status.

I was well taken care of and got the vehicle that I Wanted

TERRIBLE SERVICE. So I’m in the hospital and my son said the car cut off and he didn’t know why. Had it towed to the Dayton location because it’s close to home, they tell me 4 weeks to get it fixed so I call Cincy and Doug at beechmont and tells me he can have it done in 4 days so I tow it there...... well those days go by and I call and leave messages and get no response so finally I find out Doug quit (shop manager) nobody knew what was going on with my car and I believe they didn’t even know it was there. So we finally get things moving, meanwhile I’m a single mom on a fixed income who has to have transportation for drs etc. so I borrow money until I get my stimulus to pay for a rental car which I was supposed to be reimbursed because I bought the warranty. So... after FOUR weeks I go get my car today and I get about 15 -20 miles maybe even that and the check engine light comes on (mind you they said they put a NEW engine in my car) so we get to the nearest auto zone, guess what NO OIL IN MY “new engine” which wasn’t new at all. I documented everything with the employees and even bystanders and I WILL be contacting an attorney unless 1. They fix my car correctly 2. They give me a loaner at NO cost 3. They reimburse me for the $1300 I spent on a rental. If they don’t want to do that they can talk to my lawyer. I feel like because I’m a woman they got over on me, the rushed my car because I kept bugging them because I was making my payments and paying for a rental, then every day it was something else that needed fixed. I want either1. A new car 2. Fix what you were supposed to correctly 3. Reimbursement for ALL my rental fees 4. Give me a loner while you properly fix my car and I EXPECT hear from a supervisor tomorrow. Y’all are literally playing with peoples lives!!!!!! If I could give you ZERO stars I would because you deserve even less that that.
