I always consider the mettle of a company is earned not in the job well done as much as how the company handles the job NOT well done. The first time the team came to the house they did good work and got done in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, they left prior to a walkthrough. We found our wreath to be too low on the house and some wires hanging freely. A quick call to the company and we were assured it would be done to our liking the next day. The next visit left us with a better outcome, but still wasnt perfect. Another call and another friendly response, our job is to make you love your lights. The third visit was the charm. Perfection! We couldnt be happier and are now customers for life and recommend Tylers team to anyone in the market for Christmas lights. Use these guys if you want to be a satisfied customer and want to know that they will do what it takes to make you happy.

This is the fourth year we have had our holiday lights installed and each year they do a fantastic job. We love coming home on the first night our lights are up and we always say how beautiful. Great experience with their customer service and their follow through with commitment. I also like that they reach out before Thanksgiving to see if you want to get on the schedule early!

We had Christmas lights installed and they did an awesome job. We have a very tall 2 story house and they put them up easily and quickly. We could of never done it ourselves! The price is well worth it! Thank you!

Light decorations were very nice, however my one star review is for the removal of decorations. The crew seemed very unconcerned with leaving our home the way they found it, The plastic light holders were left strewn all over our landscape beds, walkways and driveway. Also, if the plastic light holders did not come down with the lights they just left them on our gutters, eventhough they did get a ladder out to remove a wreath and could have taken down the plastic clips. They also broke a branch off a Japanese Maple in our landscape, however this tree was not decorated with lights. They just seemed in a complete hurry and really showed no respect for our home. To date the Geimans have not taken care of this issue.
