For what seemed like a normal transaction of a Samsung Galaxy A01 cellular phone purchased from this Cinnaminson NJ metro store, has now turned into a nightmare of deceit. The phone purchased is damaged. This store owner has refused to honor the warranty.. We want the phone replaced and not repaired. Also, we do not want to be without a phone for however long it takes. This store manager needs a class in customer service.

I cant believe I went in here only to get scammed. Me and my friend went to the store to switch over and they kept over pricing everything in the store. I knew it was over priced because I have been there before in the past with my sister just to get everything priced out. They did not welcome me and continued to laugh and talk to each other while I needed help. After a long wait I got scammed. I called so many times and they said they cant do anything to help me. Never going back.

Went to the Metro store in Cinnaminson and did my Upgrade and was helped by Adam Store manager. He went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues.Very professional and helpful. I would recommend using this store since Ive been to others in the area and never received the assistance that I recieved here.

This is the last resort place to get a phone upgrade!!! They charge you $23. to do an upgrade and while transferring the data the manager kept trying to up charge our plan....asking like 3 times and trying to sell a case when I refused he was done in an awfully short amount of time!!! I get home and not one saved photos was transferred!!! I went back the next day and confronted him why no photos were changed over and he lied saying my old phone had issues!! I stormed out and drove all the way to the Cherry Hill store and the young man there had all my 600 photos transferred in like 12 minutes standing at the door!!! I will never trust the Cinnaminson location as long g as I am with Metro by T-Mobile!!!

So glad that I went to this location. Jimmy was so helpful & patient with questions & concerns. Store is very clean,safe to go in.

How are you gonna promise me a deal and try to up charge me at the end? I cant remember his name but the salesman was very pushy. I couldnt even look around at the products without him following me every 10 seconds. Thank God I did my research before I went in, this man was making prices up trying to charge us more than what it was worth. Please save your money and time, and look else where. Any good review about this store is complete nonsense. When I was leaving the man asked me to put a positive review to get 15% off my next purchase. What a complete scam!!!!

This place is horrible!! They will steal your money. Jim the store manager did not honor metros promotion and refused to give me a free phone as metro advertise on the radio. I was switching from AT&T and was excited to switch until Jim told me I will have to pay full price for the phone and 35 dollar activation fee!!! I called metro customer service to see if i was wrong and the customer service told me no i was not wrong they filed a complaint for me and told me to go to another metro which i did and they honored the promo and was very helpful! I am going to follow up with my attorney in this matter. you guys should be ashamed of yourself!
