Needed my screen protector replaced.I was greeted at the door, the gentleman who works here and assisted me, was coming from his break. 😉He was very helpful and quick. I was in and out in 20 minutes.This is the location where I started my partnership with T-Mobile over 7 years ago.They are upgrading the inside of the store, cannot wait to see what it looks like when completed. Great location.

Went to T-Mobile in Cinnaminson NJ for an issue with my phone. The problem was resolved and I was satisfied. They are knowledgeable and give good customer service. They have a good looking, clean store.

First thing.... the two employees that were working by the name of Andrew and Amir were absolutely amazing. Both were extremely knowledgeable and both were extremely friendly. The problem is that there were only two people working. The store had a lot of people in there and Amir and Andrew were doing the best that they could under the circumstances. Its ashame that they didnt have more help and that problem isnt Amir or Andrews. That problem is with T-Mobiles upper management.

Lied to me when I called to verify the phones they had in stock. I Wasted my time at this location 😒

The Cinnaminson store was clean. The employees there are confident and good at what they do. My cell phone problem was quickly corrected.

Helpful although no new phones in stock or at the warehouse currently. Had to order from Samsung directly. Meh

They were of no help for my problem today and I cant get help at 611 either 😡

Went in there to get new service for my family. Guy that helped was super helpful and knowledgeable about the differnt plans. All in all tmobile is the way to go!!

Thank you to the employee that messed up when I ordered my new iPhone. Rather than making it a jump upgrade they made it a normal upgrade so I didnt get sent a return label to send my old phone back when the iPhone was received in the mail. Now I have to send the phone back to TMobile just so they can reverse the order. I was offered no other solutions by the company. Now Im out $130 I spent on accessories and have to waitat least a week for the refund. I have been a customer for years and probably wont be staying with this company after the way this matter has been treated. My name is Gary James for reference.

We switched from Verizon to TMobile after many years with Verizon, biggest mistake we ever made!!!! We bought 3 very expensive phones there and were told TMobile would buy out the old phones plus Verizons ETF. After 6 months of going back and forth with them, we ended up only getting less than 1/2 due to the long process and the slowness of the representatives at the store. The store manager, Ren was totally useless and rude, she passed us off 3 times, didnt have time to assist us. I will say that Andrew did try and help but he could only do so much, the manager should of stepped in a lot sooner. The customer service is absolutely horrible and they have FALSE advertising. I really dont know how they get away with it. KUDOS to the customers who received great service. I wish I was one of them.

My third time dealing with this location, and they have been super helpful! We switched from Sprint and they have been great with helping through the process and all the little snafus that occur with such things.
