Just wanted to thank Greg at AT&T . My phone was damaged and needed to be replaced .He was very patient and helped me through process. Greg and his co workers were very courteous and efficient.

I recently damaged my iPhone XR… And even though this particular store does not handle insurance claims… They took the time and walked me through how to file a claim… And I received my phone delivered in person the very same day… I took the phone to the AT&T here at Route 130 and I have to say that I was treated so very professionally….The staff was not only kind they were very patient… I highly recommend Greg… He is not only extremely knowledgeable but very efficient at his craft… He is an asset to the company…..I’d like to mention Dan as well… They give a whole new meaning to the word teamwork!

The Cinnaminson location has been by far the best experience I have ever had with At&T. I was in and out, your employee (Greg) was very friendly and knew what he was doing, he made me feel welcomed.

I came to this location to upgrade my iPhone this past weekend and had an amazing experience! In the past I remember sitting in the store for hours and always feeling oversold on a plan, phone and accessories. This was absolutely not the case this time around! Greg was the associate that helped me and he helped me get a new phone, completely set up my new phone on top of that and I was out of there in under 40 minutes. He was friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable in the phone itself and products to go best with. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at this store. Andy was our sales associate. Super knowledgeable and very professional. Very helpful in getting us the best deal and options available. We also met Greg this evening and we really enjoyed his great input. Definitely recommend this AT&T location.

Had a gentleman named Eric who assisted me with getting my new phone set up.I tried doing it on line/by phone but was not successful.He was extremely patient and even helped me with upgrades I was not aware of.I left Verizon because of their outrageous prices and bad instore customer service.Thank you Eric for making my experience an easy and stressless one!!

This was the most pleasant and efficient experience I ever had at an AT&T store. It’s a place I usually dread, but thanks to my fabulous sales associate Greg, it was smooth as could be!! I even called him when I got home with some set up questions and he was incredibly helpful!!

Greg, the associate who helped me, went above and beyond on every aspect of the transaction. I just went in for a base model replacement phone, so the first good thing was that he didn’t try to upsell me. Second good thing: he was very persistent and creative in recovering as much of my information as possible, given that my old phone was unsalvageable and I hadn’t backed up to iCloud. And third: he took the initiative to make two changes to my plan that will result in more services for less money.

I took my son and his girlfriend to buy a new phone that my wife had ordered online. When we arrived the iPhone 11 was not in stock. Andy Kusenko apologized for any confusion and gave us several alternatives but my Son was set on the 11. After speaking to him for a few minutes he offered to review my bill to see if there were any savings he could offer.He also called and found another store in Mt. Laurel that had the phone my son wanted.To cut to the chase, after a long wait my son got a new phone at the Mt. Laurel store and after coming back to Cinnaminson, Andy helped us save a few dollars on our bill. He did not make a sale yet he was extremely helpful. More so than anyone in your Philadelphia stores. Thank you, Andy!
