We had a great guest service tonight very friendly staff they where helpful and professional.

Dont really care for BL. Their prices arent that much cheaper (if at all), but the quality of most of their products is. They have a few beans name toiletries & household products that might be a good deal. But I dont feel theres enough to make it worth a trip there.This particular store is always clean & the employees are always friendly.

1st time in store . I was so disappointed, empty boxes everywhere empty shelves or mismatched items in on the shelves. I was one of maybe 3 customers in the store .

I like this particular big lots.❤ Even though my ADHDness gets me (not slyly) followed through the store sometimes, when Ive looked at and touched every object in every isle, most of the people there are just adorably nice and helpful and they have great sales. Oh! And its super clean. Everywhere! Even the bathroom! Also,, I love the manager here .As in, I want him in my que of boyfriends, but next, not an add on at the end. Ive already planned the wedding and divorce.Im joking!! About the divorce👍

Didnt have 562 AJ Styles action figures like every Big Lots in America.Also only 1 employee but I guess thats the norm for this chain.

Nice store but only had one checker working lots of other employees but none of them helped check

I liked the prices but when I went to check out there were two cashiers they were both checking customers out then there was one guy a head of me and it took like almost 15 minutes and then the cashier that was helping me called another cashier and asked him if he could finish helping me while he went on his break and he showed the guy what he had already rung up and left the guy had me signing up for rewards and he keep talking he had me distracted and he was nice older gentleman but he honestly wasnt very bright as I got half way to my car I realized that he had rung up the same items that the guy showed him before he went to break needless to say I went back in and hit refunded 9 dollars it really was rediculous I dont have time for all that

I usually go to the store on Riviera. This was my first time at this store, not only did I find what I was looking for (a shower curtain). The last thing I needed to putting my new bathroom together. I wanted a covered trash can for the kitchen, they had such a great selection!

I live very close to this store. My brother and I always go when we need to. They have a lot of things and not many people go around there! The staff are nice and provide help when you need it! Definitely recommend this store!!

Went here just to waste some time and look around. Store was pretty well stocked with the exception of toilet paper and paper towels (not the stores fault whatsoever) Certain products are priced reasonably others are priced the same maybe a little bit more than other stores (Walmart, Target) Overall cleanliness of the store was okay.

Super happy with my experience! Called ahead to see if they had a queen box spring in stock and was able to have it put on hold no problem. When we got there we had some trouble fitting it into the back of the truck. Thankfully, Amber was there to help us and was patient with us and helped us keep it secure. She was a huge help and i will definitely be back! Thank you Amber!!

Havent been to a Big Lots in a while, so when we drove on by and seen one open we just had to stop. Things havent changed some items are priced really good while others are not. The employees were very nice and helpful and everything in the store was clean and organized.

I went to big lots to get a gazing ball a solar type for my yard. I really like their outdoor patio furniture and solar lights. They have a wide selection and the young man who waited on me was very very helpful

Got screwed purchasing couches. Jeff was friendly taking my money, but when items where missing and we complained didn’t even apologize for his mistake. One of the most unprofessional, incompetent, managers I have ever seen.

Bait and switch. Manager Jeff has no customer service at all. Went in, bought sofas, and asked for 4 items total. When we checked they had switched items on us. Jeff didnt even apologize. What an incompetent manager.

Looking at couches,sales this weekend.

Very organized shelves, limited on stock, but customer service was not good and that cost this a couple of stars for it. It seemed like they had never ending excuses as to why we shouldnt buy this big item we bought.

This used to be the only place I wouldnt get hamburgers but the last few times it was really really bad the drive-thru when I got my hamburger bread was old there was hardly any tomato pickle on it

Needs to work on keeping there items priced. Its hard to shop when there are not price on item of shelf . Its not like customers what to drag stuff to the front
