They do great work! I’ve been going to them since I moved to Claremore 7-8yrs ago. Just yesterday they did a brake job + 3x new tires (I had one replaced a month ago) all the same day. Staff are friendly and more than willing to help out!

Great place to get tires. Not out to sell you things you dont need. I will continue using them for my tire needs.

Dustin, and all the guys, at Claremore Tire were great. I noticed my brakes were making a scraping noise. I called them at noon, they got me in at 1pm, and the entire repair was complete by 2:30pm. They were all so friendly and I didn’t expect such fast service! I’ll definitely use them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone 👍🏻

Friendly staff, knowledgeable about their product, quick service with an appointment. Made an appointment for 4 tires on Tuesday, installation was smooth and quick, out in a little over an hour. Made an appointment for an oil change for Thursday, price was right,and service was complete in one hour.Back again today. Michael went above and beyond on customer service. Dustin was awesome! My car broke down on a road trip. I arrived about 2 hours before they closed. I let Dustin know about the jam I was in - I had no place to go and couldnt leave it overnight. He kept in communication with me and got me back on the road well before they closed that day. The price was very fair. And the work was done well. Highly recommend it!

I got a flat about a mile away from this location in the pouring rain. Luckily I was able to make it to them and called when I was pulling in to explain that I had a newborn and a sleeping two year old with me and asked if its possible to take care of as much as possible from my car. They quickly met me outside, directed me to a bay and took care of everything without making me leave my vehicle or disrupt my sleeping babies at all. Super grateful and patching tires for free was an added bonus. Thank you guys for the great customer service!

This is the second time I have used Claremore Tire. Both times I have been very happy with the service/ repairs that I received on my vehicles. I will definitely go back should I need more work done !!I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ace who was friendly and very helpful. He did not rush me through the process, he was respectful and listened to what I had to say. He quickly got me schedule at my convenience to bring my vehicle in on my day off, and he kept me informed on what was going on (diagnosis, cost, etc)When I returned to pick my car up Dustin updated me on the work that was done, and answered any questions I had. I needed new tires for my little Ford Ranger. I called around they had the best deal. It was a Sat, even though they didnt have the tires in stock they got them and called me. I went in and within in an hour and a half from the time I walked in the door I was on my way. New tires and an oil change on a Sat. Dustin did a great job. Very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions on phone and in shop. I used to go to a competitor not anymore these guys are awesome. Highly recommend Claremore Tire.

I had never been to this shop before, not for a lack of not wanting to but just not needing to. Dustin helped me out just needing a brake and rotor change, and was told it would be finished same-day.15 minutes after leaving the shop I got a call saying they had determined it was just the brakes/rotos, and 2 hours later it was finished! Extremely impressed on the timeframe, as I got there at 10am and got it back in the early afternoon.Very professional atmosphere, and Dustin was nice and willing to help! Will plan on taking any cars there in the future should they need maintenance.

Claremore Tire is an excellent place to take your vehicle. My entire family takes their vehicles there and highly recommended them. They worked with car shield to get me a good deal for my services and parts. I was informed of the price and amount of time it would take to fix my vehicle ahead of time. My car was ready on time and I paid exactly what they quoted me. My car is running great. They also informed me of some other issues I could have repaired at a later time. They did not pressure me. They repaired exactly what I asked for. I was called within an hour of dropping off my car with the price. They did not try to take advantage in any way like some other repair shops do. I was very impressed with Dustin and Matt. I received updates by text and even a follow up to make sure my car was running well and that I had a good experience. We spent $600 on new tires at the first of June. Now, one tire has a screw in it and they said it does not have road hazard so we are out $200 for a new tire. Paperwork says we declined road hazard when we were never offered the coverage. We assumed it came with the warranty as our tires always have. Check the fine print,

Very friendly but this is the second time I’ve had an issue. The first time I had a scheduled oil change and I waited over 2 hours, they did give me the oil change for free which was great because I waited so long. The second I had a scheduled oil change at 2:00, I walk out and see my car still sitting in the lot at 2:40 so I asked for my keys since I had my kids with me I did not plan to be here for this long. When I got my keys all I got was a “sorry”I’m not one to call it quits after one bad experience but after two I’m done. They have lost my business.

Dustin went above what I expected. I took my vehicle in to buy a new tire and have it put on. (Been driving on spare) The process was quick. I was surprised when I went to put my tire jack and spare tire back in the storage places, Dustin had everything put back in its place! SO, SO appreciated this!

Dustin and the staff are great help and more importantly honest. Their work ethic is very good and on time and let you know if there are any other things that needs attention. They do everything they can to keep their price at the best available. They have maintained all three of our cars, a Subaru Outback, a Chrysler Sebring and a Chrysler Crossfire with no problems with any. We are especially impressed with the work on the Crossfire as some others find the work too difficult which should be the first clue on their expertise or rather on the lack of expertise of others in town. If you go anywhere else you will pay much more but more importantly you will lose on quality of work as well.

I lucked out when my car was randomly towed to Claremore Tire and Auto Repair from breaking down on the highway. They were able to fix my totaled transmission and my cradle plus realign everything. My dad said it drove even better than before. Dustin made the process of working with my insurance so easy! And over all so much help! By writing up claims and working great with the adjuster and pricing! I was kept updated the whole time. Matt was also a big help. 10/10 would pick this place to take my car.

I walked into the store around 30 minutes after they opened and they were already busy. Normally this would be a ad thing but the service went quick and I have zero complaints. The staff was nothing but nice and the work was done quickly and with a fair price tag attached.

Friendly personable staff. They were able to take in a replace my tire passing through getting back on road in half hours time. Will be my go-to if need arises again.

Took awhile to get my tire fixed but they were also very busy. Dustin was very helpful regardless of how busy they were and let me know as soon as my car was ready.

Very honest individuals to deal with they will take care of your vehicle and are honest about what needs repaired, or at least I thought so, so after having work done the first time I had more issues than I thought, but I didnt ask them to look for any. Now after second time in and asked to look and see if I had any other issues. Now I get to take it to a reputable shop to have more work done.

These folks are excellent! I bought 4 tires over the weekend. They had my truck in and out in about an hour! Ace was great with customer service and knowledge! Really wish I could give a better review. The first time we went there everything went pretty well. But this time there has been so many issues. We had a couple of things we needed them to look at. We dropped the car off as soon as they opened, as we had discussed with them the day before.They called later in the day to tell us that they were nearly done and inform us what all had to be done. However, they had only addressed two of the three problems that we had told them about. The person on the phone had no idea what we were talking about when we mentioned the third problem. So we told them about it again. They told us theyd look into it and get back to us. They called us later to tell us what the problem was and an estimate of how much it would cost. They said they would call back before they closed if they needed to keep it over night.They did not call us back until 11:30 the next morning. And the guy on the phone wasnt aware of the problem that they still hadnt solved. They had again dropped the ball. We told them all of the information about the issue, and mentioned what they had told us the problem was. The guy told us that he didnt think the guy from yesterday was right, and that they needed to do more diagnostics. He told us the guy from yesterday was young and new and inexperienced. So we agreed to them doing more diagnostics. He said he would call back in an hour.At about 4:30 we called them, because we had not heard anything from them. They told us that they thought they had found the problem and could fix it, but the part they needed wasnt going to get to them until Monday or Tuesday. We asked if we could pick up the car and bring it back then, as we really cant afford to go the entire weekend without access to a vehicle. They agreed.The lack of communication, and the fact that they kept contradiction one another, and the total we ended up needing to pay being hundreds of dollars more than we were told it would be (we were originally told it would be less than $300. It ended up being more than $700). Im just really disappointed and upset about all of this.

Did not try to get me to buy more than was needed and even checked on me after the purchase to make sure everything was still good. Will def. be back in the future.

They were able to locate a tire for my car, get it into their shop and get us back on the road in the matter of a couple of hours. I am eternally grateful!

I went in just needing help getting the cap off to put air in my tire and they were so helpful with that, I ended up needing a new valve stem which they were going to get fixed for me for free. I’ve been needing new tires for a while now and they noticed and brought me a quote on a few choices of tires...... anyway after visiting with them about my options I ended up leaving with all new tires, ~$150 less than the original quote with the 4 year warranty, and only $10 out of pocket!!!! I defiantly feel safer with my son in the truck knowing we’re on good tires now!!!

I was looking to buy a used car and I found one in Claremore that I needed to have a diagnostic and full inspection done on. I live in Tulsa so I called Tire Pros and asked if they could do this pre buy inspection for me and was told yes! and it would be free.When I brought the SUV in I reiterated that I needed a full inspection, I needed to know everything wrong with it now and soon to be wrong with it. Again, they said no problem and it would be free.After an appointment time, 2 plus hours of the inspection and diagnostic the truck came back with the only thing wrong was choppy tires and the blower motor needing replaced. I had told them at intake that the car dealer was going to replace the blower motor, rear actuators and a resistor switch.So, with the minor need of new tires and after the dealers repairs, I bought the SUV for $7,400. Two days later my check engine light comes on. I take it to Firestone in Tulsa and after the diagnostic and full inspection I am now looking at around $6,000 in repairs. Thats over 13,000 on a 2012 Ford Expedition that on a well cared for SUV would not have been over $10,000.I called Tire Pros. I asked to speak to the manager. Instead I had to explain all this to a worker. He pulled my work order and he said all that was on it was a diagnostic and a broke blower motor. And that the kind of inspection that I wanted would not have been free.He told me to bring the SUV back and they would do the inspection...At this point its already at Firestone and there is no way Im going to drive it all the way back to Claremore and then back to Tulsa for repairs.He put me on hold to speak with the manager and I was told that the manager was busy and would call me back. Its now 2 days later, no one has called me back.Whatever they did may have been FREE, but it has cost me over $13,000.Trust them at your own risk. I hope this will help some other car buyer in the future.

Our car sat at our usual shop for 2.5 days and nothing got done to it...with an appointment! Brought it to Claremore Tire, no appointment made. They worked it in and within 24 hours we had our car back. Ace was awesome communicating what needed to be fixed and Dustin did a great job repairing it! Thank you so much, we will be returning!

I walked into Claremore Tire on a Saturday at noon. If anyone has gone to a tire shop they know that that is not a good idea 😂. When I got there they were very busy (duh) but I was greeted by the friendliest man I have ever met, Dustin. I drive a 2017 Cadillac with stock 19 inch rims, it’s suuuuuuper hard to find tires for my car. In fact I went to Robertson tires right before and they had nothing in stock for my car. Not only did Claremore Tires have something for my car, they had multiple to choose from. They also offer a 4 year insurance plan for their tires!!!! And then to top it all off, Dustin said it would take 45 minutes but they actually got it done in 30. I live in Tulsa but I was in Claremore for work ; I desperately needed a new tire at the worst possible time and Claremore Tire was there for me and they really went above and beyond. I would consider driving to Claremore all over again just for them to work specifically work on my car. (He said they have 5 locations with a few being in Tulsa) Thank you Claremore Tires, I wish you nothing but the best!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was great I thought I needed new brakes so I called them for an estimate. They pulled off all the tires and found out that they just had dust on them. They just saved me a bunch of money and the estimate was free. Love this place!!! Ask for Michael.

Shout out to Matt! Even though the outcome of my vehicle was total loss in every way. These awesome and polite guys not only tried to fix and repair my vehicle but they offered solutions and options to having it replaced.
