They are terrible, I wish I could give zero stars. Our surface pro was there for 2 months they said they were waiting on a screen, then they changed the screen to one that was not touch screen compatible, on a damn surface pro. (They did this without asking and getting an okay from us. They said they left a voice-mail and then just did it. They just said well my manager uses it with a mouse so we thought it was okay. π₯΄) Then they told us that we had to pay full price even though they did not fully fix it. I said we would not pay full price, we would only pay partial since that is what they fixed. So I go to pick it up and the screen is not attached. The person said the screen does not sit flush I attached the picture. They wanted us to pay $250 dollars when the screen is not attached...πππ If they cant fix something they should be honest and just say it not pretend and give the runaround and blame someone. Thy said that Bentley was the one who was working on the computer, but who knows if that is true or if there is a Bentley.I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Had a SIM issue with an iPhone that just had the warranty expire. Gave uBreakifix a call and they helped us get it fixed by recommending calling Apple and asking for a warranty extension, to get it replaced for free. They could have just taken my money, because of that, I will definitely be coming here when I have another issue.
Wonderful service fixing a phone that needed a new charging port. Very professional, friendly staff, and quick timeline for a repair that often takes much longer elsewhere. They also helped a friend with a more simple issue free of charge- I am so impressed and will definitely recommend to others!
I paid for 2 xboxes to be debugged, it took 18 days and they still didnt have it near done and they were gonna charge me over $240 to replace the hard drives. I got them back today case they were taking forever to do anything, kept telling me they would call later that day or the next day, but nothing. When u got them back, neither of them turn on, I asked if they would be dusted off with the cleaning, which they werent, and one of them has a bulge like it wasnt put back together properly. Absolutely worse place to go, dont go there ever. Go anywhere else besides there. The price for the debugging was overpriced as well.

My recent experience with this place was a bit difficult. I brought my pc in for a malware/ransomware removal last week. I was initially quoted two days to finish the free diagnostic. I also confirmed with the tech I spoke with that the diagnostic was free and that they would call me to inform me of the results and what it would cost to fix the issue before they did anything that would cost me money. Three days eventually passed by without hearing anything, so I gave the place a call. The person I spoke with politely informed me that the two day timeline was incorrect and that they would get to my computer by Friday or Saturday. I still hadnt heard anything by Sunday and happened to be at a restaurant near the shop, so I decided to stop by in person. I spoke with another tech who informed me that this work typically takes a week and apologized for the previous misinformation which apparently came from a relatively new tech. I again confirmed that they would call me with a price quote after they finish the diagnostic. On Tuesday night I finally receive a call from a tech after 7:00pm and was told that they found a conflict between two programs on my computer and deleted one of the programs. After that they couldnt find any malware/ ransomware, so the conflict between the programs was the issue. He then told me that I owe $60 for a pc tune up despite the fact that I hadnt been called prior to them doing this, was not quoted a price for a tune up, and did not give consent to do this fix. From my point of view, I was being charged for something that was done as part of free diagnostic and then asked to pay for it. Since this call came after the shop closed yesterday, I had to pickup my laptop today. When I went to the shop this morning at 10 am, I spoke with a senior technician who was very polite and friendly. He understood my issue and admitted that they had made a mistake. Apparently some people were unaware that I had not been contacted. After he spoke with a manager, he did not charge me for this. I am glad that they took responsibility for the mistakes that were made and rectified the situation. I do believe that the issues I had were the results of honest mistakes, and I would still recommend this place to people looking for good quality computer repairs.

Needed an s21 Ultra screen replacement. The employees were professional and had my phone looking like brand new. The only issue I had was the time took longer than expected. This is one of those things I would rather them not rush, so that is perfectly fine. They also had the screen in stock, which was OOS at at least 2 other locations. I definitely recommend, but after the cost I hope I dont have to visit anytime soon!

I called about my phone before taking it in. They said they had 2 batteries in stock for a google warranty repair (I did not break my phone, google did), and they added if I brought it by they would have it repaired within 4 hours or so. When I took the phone there 20 min later they did not have any batteries in stock. They had to overnight them to repair the phone. I brought the phone back the next day with the same statement from the store, itll be ready in 2-4 hours. When I went back to pick it up, the rubber was oozing out of the sides of the phone. The guy apologized and said sorry, he forgot to seal it properly, it has been really crazy today. Ok, no big deal. He came back 10 min later, handed me the phone, good to go. Almost made it out the door and another man stopped me and said he needed my passcode to do a final diagnostic on the phone before I could leave. Ok, gave it back to him. 10 more min and I left. The screen didnt work properly after I left. Within hours it went from working improperly to not working at all. They were closing so I took it back shortly after they opened again the next day. They insisted I had never had my phone there before, no work order, didnt have my name or number in the system. So, I gave them the tag they placed on the phone. The guy then magically found my information and said he wasnt sure the problem but it could be ready in as little as an hour but may be as much as 4 hours again. I never got a call back from 11am-7pm when they were closing. I waited until the next day and called back when they opened today at noon. The guy again said he didnt have my phone and couldnt locate me in the system. He put me on hold, came back to say - we havent touched it and wont touch it today because we have insurance claims that take priority. We wont even look at it until tomorrow. When I asked how that was possible and why that is nothing like the guy told me the day before - he said he lied to you to try to make you happy. When I asked how other insurance claims took priority over a warranty claim for which they are contracted that then they fixed improperly, a problem with their own workmanship, he simply had no answer and told me to have a nice day, call back tomorrow to check on it. This is not only terribly unprofessional, they dont stand behind their own work, and they dont deserve your business.
Okay so took my Xbox with a faulty hdmi port, said he should be able to fix no problem, even said he seen the issue from outside of the console. I didnβt get notified for TWO WEEKS even though you said youβd call and keep me updated on replacing the HDMi port. IT guy lied and said he called but no missed call from this store at all (I work from home so I have great signal and complete access to phone all week long). Anyways didnβt get updated until I CALLED MYSELF and was notified that Dustin the IT guy seen no problem put it back together and had no issues βeverything works fine, so there is no chargeβ is what he told me on the phone I get home and plug it in only to run into the same exact problem. Guy didnβt touch it at all and lied about calling me. Guess itβs okay to put people off so you can go on vacation huh ? You will hear from me upon your return to work garunteed

Had nothing but an amazing experience with this staff. Although their price seemed a little steep at first 300 for a screen for the newest note 20 ultra. After calling around I realized not only were they the lowest but they are the only ones who can make my phone water resistant after the repair. They are all certified samsung techs which is awesome. If you have a new samsung phone DONT TAKE YOUR PHONE ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THEY ARE VOIDING YOUR WARRANTY. This kind staff also let me know that before making my decision.
First time I went I asked the guy there if I it was required to update my iPhone XS to go replace the battery he said no that it was not required but that they couldnt get it done that day no problem. I come in the next day different guy and I mention again about not having to update and he was so adamant that I was wrong and that previous employee as well didnt know what we were talking about and saying youve never fixed these phones. I told him I was pretty sure he was wrong so I called the other location in Nashville and they told me pretty much what the first guy said that an update was not required!!! lol The UbreakIfix in Nashville swapped my iPhone XS battery to a new battery without updating to the latest iOS without issue, I dont know why the dude was saying all that nonsense cause even the people in Nashville couldnt figure out why he would say it was required, my guess is power trip. Oh well long story short dont go to these guys.

I dropped off a ps4 to get a hdmi port changed out. The system used to work if I had it position a different way. They said they could not fix it after changing the port. I picked it back up and took it home to start it up and now it will not even power on. What a joke. They broke it and gave it back to me like that. I am very frustrated and disappointed.
Phone was fixed as advertised. A little bit of confusion in the beginning but this was because of Asurions policy of having the phone done same day. I would recommend this place of you have issues with your phone.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I stopped in on Saturday and dropped my daughterβs iPhone 11pro off to have the power button looked at. I was told I would hear back before closing that day. I called 10 mins before they were expected to close to find out they were waiting on a manager to get parts quoted. They called back Monday and quoted me $189.99 for the repair and it would take 3-4 days to order parts.I chose to get a second opinion and Im so happy that I did. The second-place informed me that my phone HAD NEVER BEEN OPENED. Within 30 mins the second place had my phone fixed and the best part...it only cost $40!!!

On December 8, 2019, I took my iPhone XS Max to the uBreakiFix store on Madison. The previous week, I had traveled out of the country for my wedding and somehow damaged my phone late into the trip. Unfortunately, many of my pictures and videos (mostly of my bride) were on the phone and not backed up to the cloud. As you can imagine, I was in some serious trouble if I could not retrieve those photos/videos of her. The phone would not charge or turn on.Jasmine worked on my phone, which was cracked and spilled liquid from the housing, once opened. She miraculously was able to turn on the phone, so that I could back up my media (and everything else). This took hours, and she worked with the patience of a saint as I inundated her with questions and requests. She showed genuine concern for my plight, and I am literally forever indebted to her for what she was able to recover for me. It was reassuring to me that people like her and others in her shop, in this one simple interaction (for them), showed that they really care about their customers, and this gives me hope for humanity in this crazy world!I tried repeatedly to tip her three figures for their excellent customer service, but she insisted on not taking it, saying that I could use that in my purchase for a new phone. I encourage everyone to take their cell phone repair needs to this shop - and ask for Jasmine Chavez - you wont be disappointed.Total cost: $32.84
My device spent a month in the hands of uBreakiFix and was not fixed. Communication and customer service were poor, at best. More often than not, I had to be the one to call for updates about the progress of the repair and the individuals I spoke with all gave me different reports that conflicted. They were rude and seemed put out that I was asking for status updates. They never apologized for not being able to repair my device or for keeping it for so long without repair. I will never return to this business and will discourage others from doing so. This was the worst customer service Ive ever received from a business.

They were able to fix my Pixel 3, I had a rear camera issue and then my back glass needed a replacement. Prices are reasonable accounting tools and parts. They get their parts directly from Google and Samsung, will return to them again if I ever have any issues with any of my devices, other than that they are pretty good with repair times and turnaround. As long as youre device is in warranty timelines then you are good.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I took my MacBook Air to them with a cracked screen, the repair was done with no problems, but when I went to pick it up the guy working at the time made a mistake and told me that my total was 0$ he printed me a receipt and I signed it and was on my way out the door, he then called his boss and ended up telling me that I had to pay the full 600$ AFTER I had the receipt in hand. I paid, even though the amount but when asked if there was anything they could do to compensate me for their mistake, and they said no. I will not be Returning to them.
I went in with an external hard drive that would not read and an entire town that wouldnβt look at it without an exuberant amount put down and zero hope. Not only did I walk out Of here with a diagnosis, but it saved me tons of money for my amazing memories. Thanks so much!!
I normally dont leave reviews but i couldnt help myself.I made the horrible mistake of dropping my phone to save my slushie... I had a horrible crack and color was looking funky on the scren. So there were a couple places with better reviews so I decided to look through samsung and they had this place listed as an authorized repair shop. I decided to give them a call and the guy i spoke with not only informed me that theyd keep my warranty and if i had any issues out side of damage i could bring it in while my warranty was in place and theyd fix it for free. Not just that but this store is one of the only places in Clarksville that can not only put my phone back into water resistance but they can test it just like samsung would to make sure it is water resistant. I am a samsung only person as well as my bf and our 15 year old so knowing this has made me so happy!
I CANT TELL YOU HOW HAPPY I AM YALL ARE HERE. FREEEEEE DIAGNOSTICS!! For years all we had was the cellphone repair store then the ifixit store came along and let me tell you how much happier I have been bringing in devices to UBREAKIFIX. My husband took a phone to cellphone repair and had issues with it right off the bat, they werent going to do anything to fix it which was VERY upsetting so we decided to take it to ubreakifix and they replaced the whole screen for almost the same price as the other place and its been months now with no issues. We also had a horrible experience with our TV and the IFIXIT place that used to be off ft campbell. They kept our tv for over 6 months and my husband and i had to put down i believe it was a 100 deposit just for them to look at it which was also non refundable. We were so tired of waiting for it and getting the run around we took it here and we were able to drop it off with a 30 dollar refundable deposit. They werent able to fix the issue but they did tell us the tv had never been opened which was upsetting because the ifixit store said they tried repair after repair.... I am so thankful for them being here!

HIGHLY recommend this facility! I had a cracked screen and went to the Asurion agent inside the AT&T store where they opened my phone stripped the screws and called it a manufacturer error so they couldnt fix it and turned my phone into a very pretty paperweight. I then went to uBreakiFix, the customer service was absolutely AMAZING, Dustin came in on his day off. Jasmine the owner made multiple calls to Asurion to make sure all was covered with my insurance. With the patience of a Saint she was able to explain everything they were going to do on the phone and keep the crazy lady in her store (me) calm. They stayed well passed operating hours working on my phone. I do hope I can learn to take better care of my phone, but if I have another accident I will definitely only trust my phone to these wonderful people.

Avoid this place. Initially we were told it would take 48-72 hours to replace a cracked screen on a Nintendo Switch. Before we dropped off the device, it worked while docked so it could be used with a television, but the cracked screen made it unusable in handheld mode.We finally got the Switch back today, more than two weeks after we dropped it off. The screen is still cracked, but now the power button is not responsive, the bottom of the case is bulging and missing a screw, and the Switch no longer connects to the dock for it to be usable with our TV. We would have been better off if we had never let this place touch it because we would have at least still been able to use the Switch in our living room.Update (6/25): Due to a character limit, my full update doesnt. You can read it on Facebook. Short version: They took the Switch back, returned it again, still bulging and missing a screw, blamed the docking problem on a dead battery (which is impossible because the dock powers the device when it docks properly) and asked me to delete my review.The power button is working now, and the Switch docks, but now our Switch doesnt play cartridges anymore. It is still more broken than it was when we dropped it off, so it is going back.

I paid 320 dollars to get my screen fixed and it stopped working within 30 minutes of me leaving, Got double charged and very rude when I came back to fix the issue. Couldnt even put together the Xbox back to normal. Was told it was bricked. Went to pick up inside was dirty with dust and rattleing with loose compactors. Do not trust if you are not going through insurance. Definitely dont take Xbox there.
I took my phone to get repaired which was through my insurance the the guy in the front said that if they break the phone repairing it then i would be liable because they are tired of paying to replace broken phones... doesnt seem like a way to do business...
