I had to take off 1 stat because the AC is out. I feel bad for the young man working behind the counter, I was only inside for a few minutes & started sweating profusely. I can only imagine how he felt. Otherwise everything was outstanding!

I have an iPhone 6S and my phone had a cracked screen and the selfie camera/ear speaker was dead… Kenny fixed it in about 35 minutes and the entire bill was under $140… which included an otter box so hopefully I won’t have to get this phone fixed again, but if I do I’m definitely coming back here.

Hands down easiest retail interaction I’ve ever had. I bought a replacement battery for my refurbished iPhone 6s and didn’t feel comfortable doing installation myself; called these guys up and was quoted only $20. Got down there and he replaced my battery which was starting to bulge and was about to crack my screen. It took him less than 10 minutes and now my phone is back up and running great! He even waved the $20 fee!

I needed my battery replaced, they had to order it which was fine. I was able to give them my phone and i was told about an hour to repair. Not even half an hour later I got a call being told that my phone was ready. Extremely fast service! Only $63 for the battery and service. Way cheaper than most Places!

Ordered a back glass piece for my S8+ on 2/8. Was told I had to pay for it that day. I was told it would be here 2/13 or 2/14. Stopped in on 2/14 was told it wasnt in but he would track it and give me a call. Here it is 2/15 and I call the store because i have received no phone call yesterday like i was told i would. Talked to the same guy as yesterday and was told it would be here Saturday! Cant go get my money back either because they charge a 25% restocking fee! So here I sit waiting to leave on vacation until Saturday because I need my phone while gone and dont trust them to hold my part since they cant even return a phone call! Was offered no apologies for not getting back to me yesterday or anything! The demeanor of the guy was basically oh well. Told the guy I will never do business with them again because I could of went to AT&T and had it fixed sooner. He said AT&T dont do repairs there. That was exactly my point! I coukd of sent it in and gotten it fixed faster then waiting on the part to come! I will pay more from now on to know my phone will fixed in a more professional and timely manner.

So I bought a used phone here. And sometime later I had planned to switch carriers. Come to find out they bought the phone from a person that still owed a substantial balance on it meaning the phone is locked. So I took the phone back to them ask him to unlock it they said they did well they lied of course I expect nothing less from a shady establishment like this. My recommendation to you is take your business somewhere else.. do not become a victim from the Shady establishment

They can repair your phone at a fraction of what the large wireless providers will charge you.Also sell used phones at affordable prices. We’ve gotten multiple phones from them and never had any issues with any of them.

They offer same day repairs for most phones. If they dont have the correct hardware, you can order it and then pick it up after the repair. I ordered a phone screen, but they only called me once and didnt leave a message. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Dont do it. The screen they put on my daughters iPhone only lasted 4 months then came off. When I called them, they said their warranty was only 1 month and acted like 4 months service of the installed screen was more than enough. The manager said that there were lines running through the screen - the screen that they installed. They said they would only look at it again if we had the receipt.

Stopped in to look for a phone and ended up with a new phone and less expensive phone service. Thank you Josh for helping me to pick out a phone and getting all my information transferred for me.

Just brought my phone in to them today to get my screen replaced. They replaced the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus, however they didn’t set the digitizer with the new screen. Took me 6 hours and a call to AT&T to figure it out... here’s hoping nothing else got screwed up. Definitely not worth saving 30 bucks for all the hassle. I won’t be back.

I️ dropped off iPhone 8+ for screen repair. I️ was given a price and agreed on that price. Hours later got a call it was going to be $20 more because it was a 8+. It’s my business phone so had to pay it. Was repaired same day and people were nice other than the extortion part that’s reason for 1 star

Ive been here a few times and although the prices seem high to a less educated person like myself, the customer service is pretty great. I recommend them if youre in a jam and cant afford a new phone right away.

The only good thing about this place WAS the ONE guy that was working the wilma Rudolph store, he had the best attitude. But he quit, sathere for 1.5 hours because they werent open after we were told to be here today and they would be ready phones werent even ready $400!!!!! For this run around. .. i will NEVER NEVER NEVER come back to.this place its nothing but a huge jokeAnd Ive had to bring the phone back 3 or more times to get it fixed and now I have to wait to pick it up considering I live 40 minutes away this is BS!!!!!!!

This place is a rip off!!!!! They broke my IPhone and then said it was MY fault. I ended up paying for two screens and the screen just came up again after two months. DO NOT take your phone here! And if you have an apple product, these guys working on your cell phone will completely void your apple warranty, which they neglect to tell you. Apple will NEVER fix your phone after an unauthorized repair center touches it. They ruined my $500 phone and made excuses not to make it right. Im out 500 bucks for a new phone and 250 in screens that they never got right. Go here and you will lose money as well!!!

Rude and uninformative. Called ahead and asked if theyd take a Metro ZTE and a cracked Galaxy S8. They told me Id have to come in for them to see them. So after wasting my gas they informed me at the store they cant take prepaid phones or the S8. Why couldnt they say no prepaids on the phone if I specifically asked? The cashier talked down to me on top of that.

Maybe Im just impatient but when a stores says it opens at a certain time and I get out of bed early to make sure Im the first one here, its very frustrating and annoying. Oh and wait it gets better. I came into this repair shop to fix my iPhones faulty screen and battery. After the repair my phone proceeded to act faulty as the screen and battery were actually not the only problems the phone had. After bringing it back the phone was fixed and now works brand new!

I cracked my cell phone screen and needed a quick turn around. After calling places to figure out what would be the best deal, i proceeded to go to cell phone repairs. After giving them my phone, i got a call in about 30 minutes that it was ready for pick up. I spent 120 dollars to get it fixed, but little did i know it would crack 2 weeks later due to improper installation. I went to work, 5 hours later i clocked off only to realize that my phone screen was cracked right across the middle. The crack was because the screen was put on to tightly, and i went to try to get them to fix it and they were very rude and just brushed me aside and said that they couldnt help me, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY! Never again will i go back, and i will never refer this place to anyone. I have never been so angry that i spend 120 dollars, and had my receipt with the warranty in my hand. NOBODY GO TO THIS PLACE!!

This is the 3rd time my husband Galaxy S5 has messed up! We bought the phone from them in august and not even the same day the phone had a weird glitch to it and they agreed to fix it. Then a week later the screen went completely black, again they agreed to fix it. Now again not even 2 months later the phone messed up again with the screen going black and unable to use. They refused me the 2nd time to exchange it for another phone. Im so pissed because I paid nearly $300 for a phone mess up on my husband. Do not buy any of their phones unless you like to just throw your money away.

Service was done in a couple of hours and the price was GREAT! It was much cheaper than I expected to get the sims card slot fixed. Its kind of in a sketchy area, but the nice luxuary cars in the parking lot will make you feel more comfortable.

I have brought in my iPad twice and both times it was fixed. I brought my daughters phone in 2-3 times because ahe kept dropping it and the screen would go out. Every time i have gone to the Ft. Campbell Blvd. location they have fixed the phone and the iPad in a reasonable time. They have been friendly and helpful. They will always have my business! Worst repair ever! It was expensive & I had to drive 18 miles across town to retrieve my phone after a clerk took it from the Madison St store to the Ft. Campbell Blvd. store. Totally aggravating!

Buyer beware. Ive had several iPhones fixed over the years. Had a screen replaced and a new battery put in by these guys. Shipped the phone to my daughter and she noticed immediately the volume buttons didnt work. Soon after the screen popped out and developed lines across the display. In fairness to the store it was over 30 days and I didnt have my receipt when I took it back. They would not look up my receipt. They stated they could only look up the invoice number on the receipt. I dont know, seems like they may need to get a new computer system OR more than likely this is just another part of their ploy to avoid responsibility for the poor work they do.They did pop the screen back in, but refused to address the other issues. This was a workmanship issue, not defective parts. I could understand a made in China touch screen going bad after 30 days. Nature of the product. Honestly, I would not have taken the extra effort to bring it back to these guys if it were a part defect. I DO NOT understand not standing by the quality of your repair services.Good talk on the front end to get the business. VERY shady on the back end if you have a problem. It was like turning off the light switch how quickly they went into not my problem mode when I mentioned it appeared the phone was not reassembled correctly. I wouldnt risk getting a repair done here if you are looking for some semblance of support after handing them your hard earned money. (Read other reviews)In reality this business appears to be two young guys repairing phones in a low rent area of town relying on volume versus quality industry standard business practices. It looks as though they are preying on people that really dont have a choice on where they can get their phones fixed and then dont have the ability of remediation when a problem occurs. I do have a choice where to take my business. I was just trying to support a local small business. My advise, pay a little more and go somewhere with some integrity. Lesson learned.I am extending an open offer to amend my review if they will stand by their work and fix the problem they caused on my iPhone. Im sure their computer system is capable of looking up my name and number when it could work in their favor. Well see........

Ive shopped at Cell Phone Repair a lot since being stationed at Ft Campbell. Even though the prices are higher then Craigslist, I go here because I dont have to deal with meeting a stranger off the web. I had a Samsung Note 4 that I brought in 2 weeks earlier for a trade quote he told me $254 since I wanted a iPhone 6 Plus for my husband. I decided to wait because the once in stock was $656 & my husband doesnt use a lot of gigs. Today I go into the store and they had a iPhone 6 Plus for $452. The lazy guy in the back who doesnt ever get up and makes the poor other guy do all the work quotes me $132! Mind you this phone has sat in my drawer cause my husband uses his note 5 and I use my iPhone 6. This place is ridiculous and has changed over the years. Their only concern is making a quick buck over desperate people who dont know any better, thank goodness Im not one and will take my business to Nashville :)
