I bought a new cell phone from this location yesterday, 6/10/2021. My sales representative was Tayler. Tayler was wonderful!!! She was very professional, knowledgeable, and so very patient. She even went above and beyond by going out to my vehicle with me and setting it up so I could make and accept phone calls thru my vehicle. Always seem to go at the right time. Around 5pm or after, before closing. Always seem to get what is needed here. Normally new phone, renewal of contract. Exception, an associate said he/she would have an Pixel XL ready for us during our next/other renewal, never contacted us, no phone waiting for us. Went to the store to get the phone, none available. Placed an order around Thanksgiving and picked it up Feb 12.

Very poor customer service. Took my device in to get checked out because it seemed to cease functioning. The guy that greeted me couldnt figure out whats wrong with it. So they bring it to another employee and they say the battery just needs charged. I take it to an independent repair facility and see if they say the same thing, they tell me the battery is bad. I call Verizon customer support, and they verify that the battery is bad and I need a new device. But the staff at Verizon on Madison Street were terrible, didnt seen to care and treated me stupid.

I walked into the Verizon Store on Madison St here in Clarksville TN. This wonderful young lady Ms. Kendra Collins greeted me and inquired what she could help me with?I proceeded to bombard her with questions. She not only explained the different process for upgrading to new phones for myself wife and daughters but also questions about up grading my I watch 2 to a 6. She could see the Deer in the headlight look so she went the extra mile and wrote it all down. But the topping on the cake she fixed my I phone X that I had allowed something to get downloaded and it keep giving me your phone is being hacked it has a virus! She went in and got rid of that for me. Plus later on I called her back and she fielded questions from my wife. Even thought at this time I did not up date any of my phones I did update my watch! My son and I came back and she set him up on a tablet he was able to use. This was at 7:30 she had been there all day and stayed till everything was completed and did not Leave until she had answered all my questions. The Store closes at 8? And she did not leave until 8:20 which some may say well it was only 20 minutes but when you have been there all day you want to go home! She also fielded a text from me as I still had questions. In an era were customer servive can be unheard off here is someone who not only stayed to make sure I was good to go and then texted me back after I had left with more questions. Thank you just doesn’t seem enough for this Amazing person. I hope she can be acknowledged for her hard work and attention to detail.Thank youVinnie Otis
